I purchased a vehicle here and I did encounter a problem with the car. When I called I was told by Rose to bring it in. Although the car was "sold as is" Syed stood behind his car by fixing the problem for me and I wasn't charged for the repairs. The repair did take longer than I liked but there were circumstances that came up. Everyone there was nice and I'm happy with my purchase.

One of the worst dealerships you will ever have to work with, if you were ever looking for a vehicle, this is the last place you want to come to. I have been asking to get my title for almost a year and a half now, I still have not received my title. Syed the owner is too afraid to call anyone back to even show any accountability. They will scam you, as soon as you think that everything is done after you make your payments on a car and it’s a done deal, I promise you they’re going to come out with something. Mind you, I called them every other week and I have been following up with emails and gave them proof of every single thing that they need from me. Spend your money somewhere else, they get auctioned lemons anyway, I doubt they have any resource to actually run a successful business without scamming. To this day, no resolution, no title, nothing. I can’t do anything with the car without a title and they treated me like a dog. I will file my complaints with the DMV & anyone else I need to. Absolutely disgusting, left 35 messages for syed over the course of a year and some change, not even a phone call back.

It took me a month to write this, but people need to know the truth. Buyers, beware! This dealership sells cars knowing there are problems, then turns around and tries to charge you to fix them just days after you drive off the lot. To make things worse, my tires were completely bald on the inside — a serious safety hazard they clearly ignored. I was advised to report them to the attorney general office with my documentation and I will. The owner is dishonest and manipulative, and I deeply regret not researching this place more before buying. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere!

Everyone was so amazing and accommodating! Was able to get an amazing deal on a Suburu Impreza! Rose was so sweet as well as the owner being incredibly personable as well as knowing his stuff! Timmy did an AMAZING job detailing the car so it had that brand new car smell and look! Even waxed it for me! They even helped me cut off some rusted bolts from my old license plate! I couldn’t recommend Berlin Auto Sales enough! Thank you for everything!

When I reached out to the dealership to report the issues, they gave me the runaround and insisted I would have to pay them just to look at the car. That is not how a reputable business operates. Instead of taking responsibility, they claim all cars are sold “as is” — but when you’re paying over $4,000–$7,000, the vehicle should not be sold in such poor condition without properly disclosing it. This dealership misleads customers, provides no real support, and sells unsafe, unreliable vehicles. Save yourself the stress and money. Do not buy a car from here. This place is a scam.

Had a bump in the road with Syed with one car I purchased from him I felt like he miss treated me and took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge of cars but in all actuality he made sure he stood on his word got me out of that BMW and put me in a better one which I love and I have no problems with so to me he is a guy that’s a man of his word and he will take care of you if you conduct yourself right!! Thank you Syed I love this new BMW!!!

I bought an inexpensive ($4500) car here and to be fair, this part of the process was average, maybe even above average. However, 3 weeks after the sale, the car blew a head gasket and the engine siezed, causing the car to need thousands of dolars of repairs. I know these cars are sold "as is", but often the dealerships want to correct any serious problems. So, I asked the dealership if they would help me and stand by their car, as they must have known their car was likely faulty just 3 weeks before it literally blew up in my face. The dealership said they would be glad to help, but it took them almost a week just to look at the car, and another week to let me know that they could fix it for the cost of several thousand dollars which was 2/3 of the car's value. They tried to reduced the cost by getting used parts, which they thought was "helping" me. And it took so long for them to complete this process that I ended paying nearly $1000 for a rental car while I waited. I was dumbfounded that this company either did not understand what it meant to "help" their customer in this situation, or basically did not think they had any responsibility to fix (at mostly their cost) their car which malfunctioned just 3 weeks after it was purchased. Instead, they offered to help, only to bring the car in and charge a fortune. I'm out $4500 for the car, $1000 for the rental, and a priceless damage to my sense of trust here in this business. The bank that financed my vehicle is now currently investigating them for fraud. Consumers beware!!! If this could happen once, it could easily happen again!!

For all of those saying Syed is a great BUSINESS man just make sure you never miss a payment. Even if you miss one payment he will buy your car back from the bank and then repo your car and then pretend not to know anything that happened. He will then blame everything on the bank knowing it was all his doing and not the banks. Then he's going to pretend he doesn't know where your car is located when he actually does. And just keep in my mind he's not going to give you the opportunity to pay whatever it is that you owe to get your vehicle back. In my eyes it's almost like a scam where you work hard to put money down on a car miss one payment he then buys it back but keeps your down deposit and whatever payments that you have previously made(Also makes me wonder if the bank is in on it as well if they scamming together ) The car shuts off while driving and when they were asked to fix it they said since there were no warning lights on the dash that means there was no problem so yes good job Berlin auto sales. Customer service was poor from the beginning so if you are looking for a car and some good customer service this place is NOT it. I have sued this car dealership years ago(and won) and it's pretty sad that their still operating the same way. It's called a review and you can blame the bank all you want this was all of your doing for 278 dollars and on top of that you wouldn't give him the opportunity to pay the 278.00 so I knew right then and there that something was not right because when a bank does a repo they give you the opportunity to pay and get your car back and he didn't have that opportunity.you bought the car back on January 9 and had the title meaning you own the car back we asked you numerous times to call the bank and you stood there with your hands in your pocket refusing because you knew it wasn't them that had the car repo. When I then told my son to call the bank you walked towards the back and then tried to kick me out and threatened to call the cops on me and my son because we were on the phone with the bank and you didn't want to hear what they were about to say you wouldn't tell my son where the car was so he could get his belongings and that's all we asked you for I keep saying to you his wallet is in the car where is it so he can get his ID you still blamed it on the bank once the rep from the bank got on the line and said they had nothing to do with the repo and didn't know where the car was you then came from the back and said I just received the fax from the bank of the cars location my son was still on the phone with the bank and asked the bank if they had faxed anything over to Berlin auto sales LLC about the location of his car and they said NO there is no records of us faxing anything to them because he bought the car back from us weeks ago(meaning you were still lying )And for the record when we were leaving after we got the location of the car your walk way was not customer friendly you had all the cars in the front row blocking the entrance to the office then there was a shovel now blocking the little bit of space laying on the ground by the garage door and the little space there was to exit I then said to my son if I fall I'm sueing because the entrance area was cluttered and unsafe and then a few minutes later my son and I saw you come outside and pick the shovel up that was laying in the walk way are we good people yes we are but unfortunately we got scammed by a horrible car dealership owner.

Paid over $9,000 cash on 9/14 for a used vehicle. Syed the owner promised to make repairs as written in agreement. Several different dates of repair completion promises passed and each time the vehicle was not ready (this went on for over a month) with zero transparency with what was going on. I showed up 3 times and it was not ready and nor would Syed (the owner) be available. His receptionist is nice but can’t provide any actual assistance for Syed’s shady actions. I asked for my money back and Syed denied my request. 11/5/2024…I still have no possession of the vehicle, nor have I been given my cash back. I havnt heard from the dealership at all. It’s all actually pretty comical at this point as I’ll end up making more off the treble damages my lawyer will be suing for as well as my rental expenses that have been piling up. Highly recommend avoiding this dealership entirely unless you want to play the long game on a lawsuit investment. Contact the Federal Trade Commission, DMV, and keep dates of contacts and visits when dealing with these guys especially photos of actual visits and bring anyone who can attest to witnessing requests for money return and visits. Syed is cooperative, professional & an all around good businessman. It was my 1st time buying a car from Berlin Auto & they did not disappoint. If you’re looking for a car, look no further! Whatever needs you have, they are willing to meet those needs as best they can.

I wish i can rate more than 5 stars , my friend referred me to Syed and that turned out to be best advice. He did all repair and worked needed with the best quality. On top of that it literally cost me less then half what dealership was offering. I would really recommend if you want any advice related to car and get the things done with best quality on timely manner. Thanks for making my car back to new again

I bought a car from them and they took care of everything, the car was in excellent condition. Syed also service my other car, put in new brakes, oil change and four new tires. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the service that was provided to me.

With my car being stolen a year ago, I needed to find a new car off the lot that was reliable, but still affordable for myself and my child. I just purchased a 2013 Sudan last week and I’m a very happy customer. The car seems to be in great shape. I’m only having difficulty with my key fob. Other than that I would highly recommend. Tyler’s mechanical service has been phenomenal. My Audi Q7 has had some critical issues over the past several months and the dealership had quoted very high rates. Berlin Auto Sales Auto LLC is a one stop enterprise for my sales and service need . Syed , Tyler and team are exceptionally courteous , understand customer needs and budget and acts as customer consultant. In terms of service they know how to save a part and reuse ! They have a descent fleet of cars !! More important they do not have corporate tantrums of “appointments” . Many times owner Syed is personally available on text messages and gives recommendations/ next l steps. I highly recommend them . Both my car - Honda Odyssey and Toyota Camry goes there.

Had a great experience buying a used car at Berlin auto sales. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable on the lot helping me find a car that fit my needs in my price range. They were able to get me the registration and plates to drive off the lot in a couple days. Included a final once over of the car and some brake work to make sure everything was working correctly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car.

This dealership was very efficient and had a good selection of vehicles. I walked in and told them what I was looking for and Phil did a great job at telling me which cars fit my needs. I was very impressed with their professionalism but more importantly their customer service. Syed, Tyler and Ashly were fantastic, though I am sure everyone is, but these three were who we dealt with primarily! Always friendly and VERY helpful! I have had a good experience with these guys and was beyond pleased with my car. Good quality for a great price! Even when there was a problem it was taken care of with care and attention to detail and Syed definitely worked with us every step of the way! You can tell he really wants his customers to be happy and he is very loyal to them. He answered any questions we had and was not happy until we were.
