Had a great experience with TRU Auto Mall yesterday. They had the car I wanted on their lot and had a great price on it. Reached out to the dealership during the holidays only to find out they were closed till January 2nd for Christmas. But Sal responded to my initial inquiry for more info and subsequently to several more e-mails, answering all my questions while they were closed. Photos on their website showed the car in a great light and combined with Sal's responsiveness made me feel this dealer was very customer oriented and the car was worth travelling to Berlin CT from out of state. Got to the dealership on Friday morning at 9:45AM, drove the car and validated what the pictures showed me, this was a very well-maintained vehicle at a very competitive price. Knew from prior research that their price was a great deal for the car and we quickly negotiated a deal. Sal expedited the paperwork and had me on the road heading back home by 11AM! Came to Tru Auto Mall looking to purchase a BMW 530i. They had the perfect vehicle in excellent condition at a price that was reasonable. I was greeted by sales man Geno. He was great to work with and ensured I took my time test driving the vehicle despite the weather being complete raining downpour. I loved the vehicle but it had a little shaking as though it may have required a wheel balancing. Geno and Ken assured me they would take care of the problem. They contacted me the next day and said they are putting new tires on the vehicle although they looked as though there was nothing wrong with them. I arrived to pick up the vehicle paperwork completion with Ken was smooth and he ensured I had a warranty to cover the vehicle.
