Second time using them. Last time was quite a few years ago. They were great then and Noah is fantastic and prompt and communicates very well. Recommend them very highly.
Responsive, timely, fair pricing, easy to communicate with. I've called a lot of tow trucks and these things are rare. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. Saving their number in my phone for eternity.
The owner of American Tow is honest,a man of his word and he might even have the cheapest prices in town. American tow are professional and prompt with a good attitude.i know this because i am a faithful customer because of the price but most of all they have never let me down in any way ..
Needed a tire change. Specifically stated I needed a locking wheel nut key (as modern cars often do). I payed $140 and the sent a guy out with a small pickup with basically no equipment, specifically not the one piece I said I needed. They refused to refund the money. After waiting one hour roadside on the guy, roadside in the dark, I lost $140 and had to call another company.
Requested a rollback to assist in loading some vending trailers onto a semi trailer. Showed up to location promptly with an operator and assistant, who were very knowledgeable and beyond helpful in performing the task! Charged a reasonable fee. Not a ripoff towing company like a lot have become these days!!
10/10 Recommend!!
These guys are awesome !! They towed my Harley 2 days in a row and by far the best service from a tow company I’ve had. Had multiple phone calls with them and they were very professional and on time I like most tow companies. Will definitely use them in the future!
These guys are awesome! Towed my heavy van about 4 times without any problems. Showed up quickly and tows are priced fairly. The drivers are great. They are the only ones I would use in the area!
Noah is a stud! He showed up to tow my car and asked what the problem was. After I explained what had happened he had an idea of what might be wrong. After less than 1 minute under the car the problem has been fixed! Not only did he fix it, he showed me how to fix it if the same things happens in the future. I definitely recommend Noah and America Tow & Auto with the highest regards. Thank you!
Noah was great. I called them, they respod right away, took my information, picked up my car fom the side of the frwy. He took us home and parked my car in the garage.

I currently use the rental app hyrecar. I was involved in an accident in the pouring rain and hyrecar out sourced the toe company to assist me. The dispatcher from the tow company as very nice and followed up several times to make sure everything was going good until the driver showed up. Thanks for the great follow-ups nd great service
America Tow & Auto helped saved me a huge amount of money and offers excellent service. Noah picked up my call within 1 ring and got a driver out to me in less than 15 mins. He saved the day and also saved me from being ripped off by an outside of the area tow company. Will definitely recommend and use in the future!!!

My car's battery died and I was looking everywhere in Ventura for someone to help. Thankfully America Tow & Auto were the guys!!! They took less than 20 mins! Not only were they quick their customer service was great via phone and in person. A gentlemen named Noah saved the day! He brought his positive energy and was so polite, extremely helpful. He restarted my car in no time! The transaction was quick via square. I highly recommend them!
These guys towed my car to the Honda dealer and 10 minutes later while on route I asked to change the drop-off. They refused to and insisted I had to contact progressive insurance though when I contacted progressive they apologized, said it would now have to be a separate ticket and said it would have been quicker to contact America Tow and Auto. I would understand wanted to bill again for a separate toe if the place I wanted them to take it to weren't a block or two from their yard essentially amounting to a return trip being that the car was not dropped yet. They clearly wanted to book a separate ticket for one job and they got it. They also got this review.
Fast friendly service. My disabled father had a mishap on the busy 101 freeway. The driver was very helpful and accommodating of his physical limitations. He was quoted a very fair price to tow his broken trailer to his home and offload it there. I would highly recommend!
