And yet again, trash day comes and goes and they don't bother to pick up and dump my trash. Always love having to call in and have somebody come out the next day to do it.

Your drivers are so lazy they don't even wait until the bin empties itself to slam it back down. Leaving trash all over my street.

In the last year or so, this company has really gone down hill. I pay my bill but I have had my trash cans taken away from me 3 times in the last year. For some reason they come on to my property without permission and take all my trash cans for no reason and I have to call them up to get them back. Every time I call them, they say they dont know why they took my trash cans. I'm also having issues with them not fully emptying my trash cans. The truck driver dose a poor job of making sure the trash if out of the can before he puts them back on the ground. I think there is another trash service that gose around my neighborhood, and im going to switch from these guys. There website is terrible, there customer service sucks and im sick of have to go for days at a time with out a trash can because of there incompetence.
