Paige, the office Administrator, is very kind and helpful. They are very thorough in inspection during oil change. They fill all fluids during the oil change, which I think should be and used to be common practice. I've discovered in recent years that some places on the coast only change the oil and charge the same fee as the others that do full fluid fills and inspection. I feel that I am not alone when I say that I have trust issues with auto shops, due to past experiences. I trust this Rizzolis almost as much as I trusted Pacific Auto in Los Osos.

Paige was great to work with. She fit me in for the service I needed and the work was completed ahead of time, even though I added something at the last minute. All the staff was very gracious and helpful!

It is not typical for auto body shops to charge for a basic, visual, or written estimate (often taking ~30 minutes), as these are standard for attracting business.

Walked in and was set up for installation of a new battery promptly. Purchased battery from you also. We were from out of town so self install of battery in this model auto was difficult., All handled with good customer service and professionalism. Was a bit shocked at price, but due to explained side problems, it was understandable. I would recommend your shop. I was recommended by O'Reilly' s

I expressed concern to the new service provider that recently started (Tim Lyon) and he immediately became combative because I asked why he would tell me my tires were undrivable and showing wire when upon inspection by Hensons there was in fact not a single shred of wire on any of the tires. He started raising his voice and after he lost his temper, about a sentence or two into the dialog, he kicked me out and told me to pay him and get out of his shop, he threatened to not give me my car back, when I said I’ve been coming here for 4 or 5 years and I loved this shop but I wouldn’t be back as long as he worked there he told me “good we dont want you to come back” and when I paid he threw my keys on the counter and told me to do my oil change myself next time. He tried to tell me the car needed a coolant flush becuase the coolant was “old and diluted”. I made the mistake of letting him know I’d just bought the car but little did he know I bought it from a good friend that had the invoice from a coolant flush being done on the last oil change. And it was on the car fax which they’re very clear that they check as a standard. If it was “diluted or old” then he could have told me the freezing/boiling temp of the coolant or a test strip result proving that, it shouldn’t have been a big deal. Upselling is expected but deliberately lying and trying to do people like that is not. Since I’ve been in Morro bay I fell in love with the sense of community and the way we all take care of each other and are KIND. And it’s that sense of community that has made me a loyal customer to Rizzolis but this time I was disappointed and treated extremely harshly and unfairly. If that’s what they accept as customer service I’ll be sure to find myself a shop that can keep people around with some respect and self control. On our way to Cayucos from LA, the check engine light came on. Gulp! By the day before our scheduled departure, I got very nervous about driving back home. Another friend had told me she had work done on her car while she was visiting the area. So I knew to head to Rizzolis. Thank goodness! I needed, to be able to drive home, a new auxiliary battery and new drive belts. All the items were ordered, and arrived quickly. By 2:00 the day we were leaving, the time they told me it would be ready, it was! Vacation saved! Thank you so much! They even provide a shuttle service so you’re not stuck there waiting. Three cheers for Rizzolis!

I've been going to Rizzoli's for a few years and they've been very honest and accommodating. Their customer service goes above and beyond and I've always been very happy with the work they've done on my car.

Found the cause of vibration in vehicle as a tire “out of round”, that tire shop missed, after returning the vehicle twice for “rebalancing”. Tire shop replaced the tire after Rizzoli’s inspection. Vibration resolved ! Thank you for the attention to detail you rendered.

We recently purchased a used car and wanted to have it checked out as much as possible. The service dept. Updated all fluids, Checked the automatic transmission, tires and everything else that may be needed. We were satisfied with the service provided, including the service advisors and shuttle provided. Best auto repair shop I have ever been to. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff at checkin. Clean bathrooms at an auto shop? Yes! The work was done in a timely manner and I received a text when all was done. Will be using Rizzoli's from now on. No more dealership indifference or gouging. Take your cars here and you will not be disappointed. Love this place!

My car died close to Rizzolis I was able to put it in neutral and make it to their shop 5 minutes before they closed. Paige was an absolute angel, she reassured me and got me set up for it to be diagnosed the next day. They were able to fix my issue in a timely manner and give a thorough diagnostic. Their prices were super fair! Paige was able to squeeze me in for tires just before the weekend. Our family lost a very important member during this horrid week, and if it wasn’t for Paige I wouldn't be able to make it through and make it to be with family. Her reassurance, customer service, and kind heart is an absolute asset to this company. We’re now forever Rizzolis customers!

I ran over a curb. I damaged some pieces on the bottom of the car. The mechanic repaired the Bent materials on the bottom of the car and I was on my way.

I believe I have found my new mechanic. Being a single woman, I rely on my shop to be honest and trustworthy on anything needed to be done to keep me rolling. I’ve only been once, but I know I will be back.

They have friendly staff, clean office and oil change done with no issues. Staff are very attentive to your cars needs and your satisfaction with service. They got me in quick the next day when it worked for me. They had a friendly driver to shuttle you some where if you had to wait. There was a kindly gentlemen that brought my car to me. It all worked out in the end!

With your coupons or my AAA discount I’m saving $$ and telling people to check out Rizzolis. When my window power switch stopped working the replacement part was very reasonable and installed within a couple of hours. A coupon saved me $$. I have a lot of confidence in Rizzolis!

We were stranded on the side of the road on our way to Morro Bay. I called Rizzoli's to see if they could help us if we brought the car there. Moe answered and was so cheerful and nice. When we arrived Paige took it from there. She was so sweet. I knew we were in good hands. This amazing lady even gave us a ride to where we were staying. And....she unloaded all of our luggage for us! I can't say enough good things about her. She gave us updates on the car throughout the day and it was ready the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a trustworthy place to get work on their car done.

The work they preformed was good. But I wanted my tires rotated since it had been a year. I was told they would not do it because they were to old. My tires have more than half their tread ware left and are unchecked.

Dropped off my car at Rizzoli's in Morro Bay for annual service and was able to promptly get a ride home. Service was completed by noon and I was picked up by their driver. Very efficient and painless. The service writer reviewed the work that was done and what to expect next time. Thank you very much. I greatly appreciate the Morro Bay location and the pickup service.

Thank you so much for saving our vacation! We came in very spontaneously because the battery of our car key was running low and we couldn't figure out how to change it, as it was quite complicated. We were helped immediately by the very friendly staff. Great service, we would definitely choose Rizzoli's automotive again and highly recommend them.

Rizzolis went above and beyond to help. AAA needed to drop off and they made room first off. Next Honda did not make the part I needed individually, so in order to save me money , not only called salvage yard, but got the piece for me. The communication was constant and the work was done in a timely manner. The car is driving like a champ again.The bestest thing of all is once you pay, they put your keys in an outside lockbox. Give you the combo, and you can pick up your car at anytime you want!!!!! What a great experience and beyond helpful staff! Thank You!!
