What clients say about AGS Recycling Inc. in Morro Bay (CA)
Poor customer service and rude employees. I feel like they’re ripping people off. I write down the weight of the recycle I bring in just so I’m keeping track of how much I’m bringing in whenever I recycle and it seems to be alarming to them that I’m paying attention. It’s pretty weird and suspicious for them to get upset at a customer for keeping track. If you’re not doing anything wrong, then why be upset at someone for paying attention ? If we aren’t allowed to take note of what we’re bringing in , then why have your rates posted at the front ? It seems pretty unprofessional. If you could avoid going here, I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else. If you must go here, then I would highly suggest taking note of what you’re bringing too so you don’t get cheated.
I turn in all my recycling at A.G.S. Recycling in Morro Bay. Martin always provides excellent service. Always friendly and professional, it is a fast easy process and the pricing is always fair. This is the only place I go for my recycling needs.
Thanks so much for having this recycling center! I live in San Luis Obispo and there is nothing. I either have to go to Morro Bay or Oceano. So I really appreciate you.
They are never open when they say they are. It’s a waste of time and gas to gamble it they are there or not. Also confusing the websites says glass is by weight but they don’t accept wine bottles ? Website hours also don’t match the sign.
I’m updating my review because the guy is so rude. I tried asking a couple questions because the sign is unclear and his response was “did you read it all of it“
I would avoid this place if at all possible.
All the other reviews say it’s scammy and quite frankly I agree.
