Excellent, helpful staff! Dropped everything to help us when we broke down when driving through. Hannah figured out what parts we needed and Oliver was great getting us spark plugs. We needed a part late in the day and they had it the next morning. Highly recommend!
The assistant manager Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable he knew exactly what I needed and he made sure I got my military discount and he was so polite I wish there was more people like him in the world I won't buy my parts anywhere else but Morro Bay O'Reilly's.

Sean in Morro Bay is AMAZING!! He is very knowledgeable and super helpful! My husband and I are local to Morro Bay, and he has made us loyal to O'Reilly's from now on! We had a problem with our tail light assembly that we purchased, and before I had to explain that it was a combo of regular bulbs and LED lights (because it's after market), he already knew. He then took the time to "take a look and see"...He fixed the light assembly for us! It only took him a couple minutes, but saved us from having to go to a mechanic. He was so nice about everything, and I could tell that he really loves what he does. He is an asset to this company and may need a raise! :) Thank you Sean!
Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for my family and I when we were in a jam. They even installed our battery and wiper blades annnd headlights for us. I went to m.b. store last week and the young man at counter was discussing to a women about the bee gees, Saturday night fever and about the clothes that were worn I looked through the complete store 3 times and after 20 mins they were still talking about the same stuff not auto parts,I had to leave and go to AutoZone it was sad
The whole staff is very nice and very helpful. When I was having issues with my car, I originally went to AutoZone for help but they were rude and refused to help me, so I came to O'Reillys and they checked it out and even recommended a good mechanic.
My experience was awesome!! Alberto the store manager was an incredible help to me after a bad experience at auto zone. I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to my car needs!! Oreillys in Morro Bay is the place to go!!
My girlfriend and I came to Morro Bay to visit and my truck was having battery issues. We pulled in to the O’Reilly s parking lot and within 5 minutes Alberto had the issue figured out. He let me know that he and his brother could help me out after he got off work (9:00 pm). At 9:15 pm Alberto and his brother were there at our rental place to fix the issue! I am super appreciative and wish I had an Alberto in my home town!
I called this place on Sunday night when my battery died and left my wife and I stranded in Morro Bay. Kevin was very helpful in providing the different replacement options.
After walking four blocks from the restaurant, he had the battery ready for me and told me he would credit me back when I brought back the old core.
I highly recommend this establishment for excellent service. They had my back when I needed them most.
Ever since my first visit to Oreillys in Morro Bay Alberto has been a God Send! He has helped me with every thing from when my check engine light came on to required maintenance checks. He is always super friendly and knowledgeable ……5 stars!!!
Wow, I have never had an auto parts shop actually offer to help me put on my windshield wipers. Thank you so much to Hakim for such great customer service by not only going above and beyond with my installation but also helping me learn that there's a difference between the kind of 26" wiper that even works on my car . I appreciate you so much and will continue to return to this store for all my auto care needs!
