I came to All Auto Truck & EV and left with nothing but amazing things to say. I originally bought a used OEM taillight from Alex at an amazing price. Found out that it was getting condensation through a crack on the back of the housing and called Alex back within the week. He sourced another taillight and held onto it for me. Due to my job it had been a couple weeks after that call I finally came in. I swapped the cracked taillight for the replacement and with some bad luck that replacement was shorting out. Alex then went above and beyond. He called around the same day and didn’t stop till he got me a solution. Within the hour Alex got me, not a used, but a brand new taillight! At no extra cost. Alex is truly an honest man that puts customers first. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back.

Five stars for integrity in business. These guys found an expensive machine in the back of a car that belonged to the public library. Alex contacted the library and arranged for someone to pick it up, saving the library (and likely the customer) a lot of money.

As a woman, it can sometimes feel like certain places try to take advantage, but not here. They treated me like their own sister and made sure I got the right part at the best price.
