Sell you a Car with back registration over 3 years old and sneak it in on the paper work Then you end up paying Back Fees! Cars have no Mats and dirty. Bring your Mechanic trust me. Spent a couple of weeks looking for a good used minivan for my elderly parent. Came across one listed at Black Diamond and stopped by their lot when I was in the area.
They are located in the back of a fairly large area used by several car dealerships just off the intersection of Sunrise and Zinfandel. It's easy to see their office as you navigate into the lot.
The entire team there was very friendly and professional, and easy to work with. No pressure tactics and the vehicle was marked for a good deal. Took a test drive of the vehicle with one of them and once I decided to purchase the process was pretty quick and easy. It may take a bit longer with financing so can't speak to that part.
The minivan was clean and continues to perform well after a week of use. They provided Carfax and other documentation along with the regular paperwork. There is a small aftermarket warranty they really encourage given these are used vehicles and there's only so much they can verify.
No issues to report with the car and just waiting for some paperwork from the DMV. Definitely can recommend them for cars.
I just bought a used car for my daughter from these folks and they were great. Nathan handled our sale and he was polite and professional. We saw the car we wanted listed online, called to confirm they had it, test drove it and paid. All told we were in and out in maybe 2 hours (despite my bank giving me some trouble about such a large purchase). It was a great car buying experience.

THIS was an answer by this company to an unhappy customer..Blame the customer Ok then.... Went by to look at a 97 Accord that supposedly had only 59k miles. Probable no, possible yes. So off we go from Marin. The car's condition is listed as "like new".. First thing I see is the paint. No shine just dull oxidation. Next I open the door and it smells like the car had been sitting for years. I mention all these things to I think is Omar and is reply is "its an old car what do you expect?" I expect honest description Looked at a 2006 corolla supposedly with 60k. First thing I see is a repaint.. Nice job nice color but the left rear door was repaired by what could have been a one armed person that was blind

This place is trash DONT NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE .. I’m the type of person that leaves good and bad reviews I am honest on my reviews . Because I wanna help others that’s look at reviews . On February 9 2025 I went here to look at A 2007 Honda Odyssey pictures that I were looking at looked nice and clean. But what I came in to look at it in person it did not look how nice the picture looked. The seats were appealing. The paint was messed up. There was scratches on it thank God, I brought my father-in-law. He is a mechanic so he was looking at the car and make sure there is no problem. The door lock wouldn’t unlock the car and the sliding back door was jammed. It was having a hard time to open and when we asked the guy about it, he lied and said he doesn’t know why don’t we have our mechanic look at it because he’s a mechanic, he should know the problem so when we took it on the test drive the dash Started flickering and light started popping on.. I hope this helps somebody make the right decision and not go there. I am So lucky I didn’t buy a car from there . Anybody buys a car from this place make sure you check everything. Make sure the batteries is plugged in and everything is plugged in under the hood cause they will scam you and try to say it’s not their fault and bring Mechanic. but if I was you, I would not get a car from here. Try to save you, your money and your time.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. They lack integrity and are very dishonest. I purchased a vehicle and not even after being gone for 1 hour the vehicle started having issues. Lights all of a sudden started to appear on the dashboard so I immediately took the car to a local mechanic shop for a diagnostic check, and there were multiple things wrong with the vehicle. Not to mention the battery and computer system had been unplugged, which is why no lights appeared during the test drive. The system had not booted back up fully for the lights to reappear. When I went back to the dealership the same day that I purchased the vehicle to tell them about this issues they tried to lie and say that the car was fine and that the tire shop that they referred me to did something to the vehicle . I parked the vehicle because it was unsafe to drive based on all of the issues, lights that had came on , and a noise that the engine started to make. Three days later the car is now leaking antifreeze and overheating. This dealership is untrustworthy and lack accountability. SCAM ARTIST!!! Do not give them a penny of your money. If you’ve been scammed by them I strongly recommend that you file a consumer complaint with the state of Ca. Do not allow them to continue to rip off innocent people with their deceit.
To add to my post the vehicle was taken to the manufacturer dealer shop and the diagnostic check shows that EMC system and computer were completely wiped out. Being that the battery was unplugged the system had not fully rebooted so of course the vehicle was fine during the less than 5 mile test drive because the system had not yet fully rebooted. I have two different diagnostic checks that indicate the same findings and that the tire balance has no connection to the lights that came on. It hasn’t even been a full week since the vehicle was purchased and it is currently non-operable. I had to have it towed to the manufacturer mechanic. The reviews clearly show that this isn’t their first time deceiving customers. A large majority of the positive review are from people that are located outside of the United States. They’re clearly having people that they know write positive reviews for them.
And yes, I came back and threatened you with legal action because you know that you sold me an overpriced defective vehicle.
My experience was exceptional. After being jerked around by another dealership, Black Diamond Auto exceeded my expectations. They offered agreeable terms, and I purchased the car I wanted most! So far so good! We had a great experience with Nathan. We were very thorough with our questions and inspections of the car and them. They were very transparent and patient with our questions. They definitely have a no haggle price here. We bought a van from these guys and we had been doing our research for about a year before we were ready to buy one. These guys had the lowest priced cars and the best quality. Nathan is great to work with as well as everyone else there.

My husband and I were in search of a truck. We had been to one or two lots but had not find anything reasonable within our budget and price range.
