Love there point program……….. I left this post originally about four or five years ago lately there’s been nobody at the counter and a severe shortage and basic parts like vacuum and fuel line. Seems like they’re more interested in listening to music and talking in the back and they are coming to the counter to help with the long lines of customers
Horrible customer service. Stood for 10 minutes in line as associates. Chatted it up. Looked at me and said nothing. Do not go here. Spend ur money at Amazon it's more personal.
Came to buy head lights for my Honda CRV and was helped by Samantha was professional and helpful choosing the right deal to installing both of them. Thank you AutoZone for hiring friendly and professional staff and most of all knowledgeable.
Needs more cashiers up front, service is slowed down significantly because of this when only one cashier is working the front, answering the phone and dealing with customers in line. This makes service a horrible wait.
I was there to get my battery checked & Mike was so helpful and very patient with me! He answered all my questions and was very very patient! Would definitely go back to this location!!
I went there to get some engine oil for my motorcycle, Matthew was really patient with me as I got the wrong engine oil twice. He didnt make me feel silly AND he told me of a discount they had that day. 5/5, especially matthew arroyo.
If I can leave zero Stars I would so I went to the store this afternoon around noon and order the thermostat which you guys had in stock and a thermostat gasket which the store did I have a stock was told I could either go to the Indiana avenue location or the Rialto location to get my part or she could guarantee me let me say that again she could guarantee me that my part would be there by 4:30 this afternoon I went in a little after 5:00 this evening we sold my part wasn't there didn't know when it would arrive I inquired about every fund so I can go to one of the other locations to get it and we still don't worry it'll be here just come back very unprofessional very shoddy customer service and I will never use the store again if at all possible thanks for reading my review and have a very blessed night
Great customer service Zack is a great help fresh and doesn’t give up!! This guy deserves a raise in my opinion! Don’t want to bring anyone down but I’ve have not met one person willing to go beyond to search in that computer!!! Thank you Zack you are appreciated

I bought the belt and they said I have to rent the tools but O’Reilly give you the tools to change for free
Would always come to this autozone specifically because the staff and managers were always helpful but today I went and a new manager (one I had not seen) seemed to be in a rude mood to customers , I had came to return a item I had not used but lost the receipt but had used my phone number to purchase and was hoping to get atleast store credit item was only 10 dollars talking about I don’t have warranty ? , but the manager didn’t even bother to explain why I couldn’t receive anything back , really unprofessional
Ruben Flores was a great help and had quick and fast service! I appreciate him taking the time to assist me and even come out to my vehicle to help with that. Thank you and I will definitely be back ?
Was very helpful in finding out items for my car but waited in line too long even though I could've been checked out right away? Was very unnecessary wait time. Younger staff was much nicer.
Thank you so much for all the help and advice! Not sure exactly the names of the few guys who helped me, however they were all fantastic! I’m sure they know who they are, they helped with my Silverado and the serpentine belt/water pump. The one guy knew exactly what was wrong and on both my visits in the store he helped walk me through everything that was needed and recommended a few other parts to make sure everything worked! They all seemed very knowledgeable, I would highly recommend coming in here! I felt very welcomed and confident they were doing everything they could to help me!
I was literally the first one in line at check out register and I was standing there for about 30 min waiting to be attended until I decided to just leave. Ended up not even buying anything. The employees saw me standing there waiting and didn't bother to go and attend me there was another guy there behind me and he ended up leaving too. We both ended up at O'Reilly's right after and we were both out the door at the same time didn't even wait one minute in line to be attended with and amount of employees and customers as here.
Robert is probably one of the more (most?) knowledgeable folks I've dealt with in any parts store over the past 50 years. He was also personable and efficient. I watched him deal alone and well with a line of nine people. His help to me with my problem was more than appreciated. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend to friends as well.
Junior Diaz was a tremendous help. I walked in, waited a minute & Jr. Helped me fill my shopping list. He didn't just point, but walked around gathering a the correct products. He knows his products & his job well & he has a great attitude. I left smiling because of his service to his customers. Jr is a huge credit to your company. He needs a raise, I'm sure!
When I first walked in I was disappointed to see such a long line. Fortunately they had five people working the parts windows so it didn't take that long. AutoZone lets you use their testers if your engine light comes on so I learned how to do that today. They even print out the diagnostic for you. I was pretty pleased
Very clean tidy and in order but very understaffed. I needed to have my battery tested so the employee told me after he was finished with the customers in line that you would come outside and test my battery. After waiting about 15-20 minutes the employee came outside and inform me that he was going to be unable to test my battery because of the lack of employees or help.
Great customer service from the manager (Alfonso O). I had issues finding what kind of oil to use for my vehicle, he came to help and explained to me which oil was best for my truck. He also taught me how certain types of oil benefit the engine and how full synthetic is better for performance applications.
Not enough employees actually working. You could hear the other workers horses playing and having a break while customers are waiting. I already dislike AutoZone. These made it even more of a reason to not shop there.
Always welcomed by entire staff upon entering store. Every staff always seem to be in a great mood and being as helpful as they can be! Like others store is always very neat clean and well organized inside and out!
