We just had our 30 foot Airstream Classic serviced at RV Pros, Riverside, CA. It was a pleasure working with their entire staff. Their pricing was very fair. Great to meet Gil, Felix, Adam, and Abraham. We most certainly will return again for great service.
We brought our 2023 Nexus Rebel 30R SuperC RV in for an electrical issue, a drip when filling with diesel, a rear molding repair and a vent that wouldn’t close completely. Their shop and parking lot is huge and super easy to navigate. They gave us a fair estimate and the final bill was even lower than the estimate. The repairs were completed in a timely and professional manner. Irving and Celia were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The RV Pros are a great shop that we highly recommend. When we picked up our RV Irving walked us through the repairs, everything was fixed and the paint on the molding matched perfectly! The RV was returned to us clean, shiny, even the tires had been dressed. If you need repairs, don’t wait, give them a call.

I only use RV Pros to handle my warranty and service issues for my Winnebago Revel. I drive by three dealers to get to them. Dealers can take 2-3 months to get an appointment and then hold your vehicle for weeks or months. RV Pros can usually get me an appointment within a week or two and get me back on the road. Very courteous, competent, and friendly staff.
Took my motor in for a new topper and 3 months later it brakes they did fix it but game me a hard time they left dirty footprints all over the interior and trash they don’t have the decency to even clean up bathroom themselves plus they shady there. They want to charge you for every little thing even a quote I won’t come back.
RV pros are top notch! The workmanship is beautiful, service is excellent, and office staff customer service is stellar. The RV pro team turned our Airstream dream into a reality. They listened to our ideas, patiently answered all of our "newbie" RVing questions, and provided their expert opinions to help us transform the interior as well as update and improve it's overall functionality, brining our 1973 trailer into the future. The integrity and workmanship of all involved provided the best possible outcome. We took our trailer out for the first time last weekend and everything was even better than we anticipated. I felt like a "glamper"! We will continue to use RV pros for any future repairs or additions and highly recommend them to others.
Don't go anywhere else. These guys are fantastic in the facility is freaking amazing. I was traveling through California and my RV and my air conditioner failed. It was a Sunday and I was worried sick. How am I going to find someone to look at my RV that is a true professional on Monday and diagnose the issue. I left messages for two companies and boy am I glad that I spoke with the RV pros. I called at 9:15 and believe it or not, I was extremely surprised when the person on the phone said "can you come in at 10:00?". I jumped to the ceiling and said I'll be right there. Within 30 minutes, I was at the facility and as I pulled up I could not believe what I was seeing. It was an incredible service center. I'd never seen anything like it. I walked in the office and within minutes I was walking out with a service tech.A minute after we discussed the issue, my RV was brought inside. A minute later they were working on my unit .Within an hour, the diagnostics indicated that I needed to replace the entire air conditioner. That freaked me out because I needed to be on the road immediately for a 3-month trip through the US and Canada. I had no place to stay. They said they'd look for an air conditioner and within an hour they had located one some 30 miles away. They dispatched the driver to bring the unit to the shop and immediately replaced my air conditioner with precision. I was ecstatic that I received such incredible response to my emergency and the attention made me feel like I was the only customer they had. I was on the road by 4:00 p.m. Happy and overwhelmingly appreciative. The manager and all of the staff from clerical to technicians were incredible. I even asked a couple employees if they liked working there and they said they loved it. It was apparent I was at the best place I could be. I live in Lake Havasu, Arizona and they are located in Jurupa, California; which is 4 hours away. I will not hesitate to drive the 4 hours to have any work done on my RV because of what they did for me. Their professional, shop cleanliness, and capabilities of their service capabilities factoring that decision. They do it all. Full interior exterior mechanical you name it.. Seriously, if you live anywhere in Southern California, make the drive. Do not go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed. If you're traveling through Southern California and experience problems, this is your go-to place for sure. Incredible! I can't say enough but I don't want to bore you with my enthusiasm. I literally cried when I left due to my appreciation and thankfulness for going the extra mile. I posted some pictures on Y.E.L.P... I wish I could have gotten The entire staff in a picture as well, but you will see picture of me with the service manager and facility manager I also posted some pictures of the facility. Great customer service. We live quite a distance from the storage facility where we store our fifth wheel. RV Pros picked up our fifth wheel from storage and took it to their facility for repair. Service advisor, Daniel was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Communication was incredible. He kept me updated on the scope of work and the progress.
When the work was completed, my husband and I visited RV Pros, and Daniel went over all of the work that was completed, and because my husband and and I are “of a certain age” and are unable to climb onto the roof of our rig, Daniel had pictures taken of the repairs and sent them to us. We even had the opportunity to meet the owner of the company, Joseph, who also made us feel very welcome. Now that the repairs are complete, RV Pros will drive our rig back to the storage facility. This made the process extra easy and so convenient.
We previously had a bad experience (poor workmanship and terrible customer service). with the service department of the company where we purchased our (then new) fifth wheel, so I’m very happy to have found RV Pros — a reputable RV repair company with excellent customer service.

We took our Class C RV to RV Pros for a list of inspections/repairs needed on our RV. Everyone was very professional and communicated every step of the way. So far we are happy with the service and will gladly come again for future repairs.

This place is great! The people who work there are completely amazing! I’ve received the best customer service from this place. Completely better than any other RV repair I’ve visited in the past. The manager Celia was very professional and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Prices are better than most places I’ve been to in the past as well. I will definitely go to this place again the next time I need a repair or somewhere to store my RV.
Most unprofessional set of workers I've seen in a while, no you "can't find me as a registered client " . 7 people on a forklift? Employee making false police reports and committing assault and battery on public property .
I don't have to be a registered client to see that...
I just called and the lady laughed said “Hold on” and hung up! They didn’t answer when I called back. Very unprofessional from the first phone call! I didn’t even get to ask my initial question. Good luck with that business because I will take mine elsewhere! Can’t even get through the first phone call is a bad sign! And yes if a business hangs up on me I will leave a review because I’m all about professionalism! Must be a family business or friend who answered. I don’t know but just a heads up, not cool of them.
You should probably fire Celia. I've never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in my life. Good luck if you take your rv to this business. I wouldn't.
I am sorry but this place should be called rv don't know. They had my coach for six weeks and did nothing but pull out a bunch of wires. No repair , had to take it to another shop. It cost me $700.00 to repair the damage they did and another $22.00 to get the original repair done . Had a simple open circuit on a 12 volt branch line.
While I do own a 35' Winnebago Adventurer, from what I saw today with zero professionalism, no matter the quality of their work, I'd never consider this establishment for my RV needs.
We were on the road and our pop up tent trailer wouldn’t pop up and needed repair. Irving at RV Pros fit us in and did a thorough inspection and great repair of the lift system!
I've been RV-ing for 28 years. I owned trailers, toy haulers, truck campers, diesel pusher and now a class B 4x4 Sprinter. We bought our class B from a dealer in San Diego CA and I live in the Inland Empire. After having the San Diego dealer work on my RV I was unhappy and contacted Winnebago for a different dealer to repair and service my RV. I was given a list and The RV Pro was on that list. The RV Pros have handled different repairs and maintenance issues on my RV. They are honest, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help their customers and assist them in manufacture warranty repairs. They give their customers options on saving money when that option is available. They even give me rides home and pick me up when I can't get a ride. I dealt mainly with a great guy by the name of Gus, Irving is also good and the owner Frank is awesome and very knowledgeable. They do quality work and they work hard to make sure their customers happy. They do it all: collision repairs, fiberglass, body, paint, interior repairs and remodels, roof, service of AC, generator and more. They work on very high end RVs and have a covered extended storage facility for people to store their RV's. I don't usually write long reviews but since from my own personal experience it's been very hard to find a good reliable place to service and repair my RV I wanted to share my great experience with The RV Pros. I'll post photos of their huge facility soon.
My motorhome had a leaking skylight. Two other RV repair shops had tried and failed to stop the leak. The RV Pros scheduled the job at a convenient time for me. They did the work while I waited. Their repair has survived almost a year of desert downpours without leaking a drop. Nice folks.
There are few places that are trustworthy anymore. However RV Pros is one of them. They get the tough job of attempting to keep these rigs going down the road. Rigs which for most of us aren't made with the greatest build quality. I am pickier than the average person and if I've ever had a concern they were quick to take care of it.
5***** place for any type of RV. They do all your RV needs. IE: painting, collision repairs, body work, interior renovations. Plus they have indoor or outdoor storage. Yes they do it all!!!!!
They also work and paint boats, cars and trucks.

RV Pros is a 5 Star + Collision and Repair Facility. RV Pros is a family owned company that takes huge pride in their work. They do it All! Paint, body repair, RV house updating, and renovations. Electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, etc. Frank and his family of employees have gutted and renovated the interior of my bus including head liner, window boxes, hard wood flooring, built a dinette booth that totally matches the interior decor. All new upholstery, electric window blinds. Build the RV GPS Nav and backup camera display into the dash. Updated the TV’s, new satellite dish, Sat Radio Etc.
New inverters, water pump, acc air pump. And some paint and body repair. All work done was first rate!
My Thanks to Frank & Celia, and to their family of employees who all made it work.

These guys are the best! Brought our new motor home to repair damage from an accident, Fantastic job and there where some minor unrelated items they found,. which they took care of at no cost. I would not go anywhere else. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quality of work is the best.

I dropped off my toy hauler after reading the reviews. I expected good service and needed my toy hauler repaired. Don't bother with them it is a complete waste of time. They had my toy hauler for a week and a half and did nothing. They never called me once. I had to be calling for status and would be told I would be called back for an update but no one would ever call me. I took my toy hauler to another shop and I had my concerns taken care of the same day. RV Pros is more like RV DON'T KNOW
