I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a so called refurbished battery. Do not come here. This place will rip you off. They do not honor their warranties. So about month ago I came in looking for a refurbished battery. So I bought one with a 6 month warranty mind you. This battery lasted about 2 days then would not hold a charge. So I returned 2 days later and he said it was my vehicle but this time he hesitantly gave me a second battery. But this time the battery lasted about a week then same thing. The battery died and wouldn’t start at hold a charge. So I returned once again to this business and the guy at the counter starts giving me attitude saying that it is my vehicle. He says to me he doesn’t sell bad batteries. I was like well it tested bad at AutoZone and I have a warranty. At this point I realize that he is indeed selling bad batteries. So he also sells new batteries so I tell him am I able to get a new battery and pay the difference on what I already spent on the refurbished battery? He said no he won’t do that. So again he replaces the bad battery with another (refurbished) bad battery. You probably see where this is going at this point. You guessed it a few day pass it died again and it doesn’t hold a charge for the third time. At this point I cut my losses and try another refurbished from another place that sells new and refurbished batteries called M&M alternators and batteries which I highly recommend by the way. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t had a problem since. So don’t go to union batteries unless you want to get ripped off and waste your money on a bad battery and still have to buy another battery that will last longer than a few days.
*****The response is not true. Actually all 3 times I brought in my vehicle. I asked you to check the alternator and it read it was fine. If you are going to lie about something as simple as me not bringing our vehicle. What does that say about you or your dishonest business. Don’t trust this place or this lying owner
I've been going to union batteries for about 2 years now. Best in the business always helpful. Free installations and the best prices around. They don't try to over sell you and they're always honest that's why this is the only place I go.
The guys at Union Batteries are great. I stopped at 1 company to buy a new battery and was told to let them check it first. I was told it was fine. I drove closer to home 15 minutes later and had it retested and found out the battery was bad. They took the time to show me what was wrong with it. I happily paid for the new one and the installed it on the spot. Thank you so much! You kept me from getting stranded miles away from home.
I’ve now had two of my Mopar vehicles serviced here, and every time, the experience has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about their customers. It’s refreshing to find a place where you feel like more than just another ticket number.
Because of the great service I’ve received, I’m seriously considering bringing my classic show car here, as well as any future vehicles. It’s not always easy to find a shop you trust, but this place has definitely earned mine. Highly recommend!
