Most of the employees are decent. They definitely have room for improvement with regards to the logistics of ordering parts and communication with customers. I ordered a part in the morning and was told it be there the same day. So I was scheduled for work and to take my car to the mechanic before I head to work. In the morning the very next day. However the part didn't arrive until 2 pm the next day and I was told it was delivered to the wrong store. Without any call or heads up regarding a late delivery. Every call was my calling them until the last call when they finally let me know that the part arrived. This is a classic example of O'Reily's making their problem my problem. I don't care what the supreme court says. Corporations don't deserve the same rights as a human being. If humans need to be accountable for their actions, so should corporations. Extremely unpleasant experience. Go to AutoZone instead and save yourself time and money.

While some of the employees are very nice an understanding. The entire incorporation as a whole is extremely flawed.

The manager luis was actually the individual that I spoke to on the phone and I told him I was having the issue looking for the daytime running rear lights for my car, and without me knowing he was super helpful. I thought prior to arrivkngvto tge store ( he told me it'd be easier for them to see what the issue was before telling me what it could be) who I was speaking to was just a general employee. But it was nice to know that the person I was speaking to was a manager who also went above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate that from o'reilly's.I don't even get that at autozone

Hardly ever has enough cashiers up front to handle the volume of customers coming in the store, making efficient service poor at best.

No more Autozone for me!! This O'Reilly location is going to be my new go to for parts foe my 1995 Toyota. ALAN WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to make my alternator change quick, painless, and best cost effective on a Saturday. Thank you, Alan. ?? The customer service is phenomenal at this location, I promise! ?

Horrible customer service .....whats the point of the line if your going to take care of others that walk up to you and ask for help when they see a line of customers ready to pay and leave..... when you call them out on it the lady julia had to let her ego blow up and walk all the way from the other store to try and say its a accident and procceded to tell the worker not to sell me the parts and he knew they were wrong because he told her its ok hes going to take care of me and she took the parts from his hand and put them back like shes his mother......plain and simple take care of the line ...on top of it i called in advance to get the part ready .....btw i spend thousands at these stores in a week i already contacted corprated and if shes comfterble acting like that i know it isnt her first time having a ppwer trip...really need a manager watching her

I've been buying parts from O'Reilly for a couple of years now from different locations and this is by far the word place you would find. Employees treat you really bad there. Stay away

The customer service the handsome guy Eloy delivered was great! I asked if he could help me put oil in my car and he didn’t even hesitate, then checked it to make sure I had enough. I had mentioned I previously had my check engine light on and he took it upon himself to check it for me again and he said it was all good. Appreciate this kind of customer service.

The manager was very helpful he took the time to find the right part and even made sure I got my money back from the warranty. Really good guy. All the auto part stores are the same and have the same stuff. It’s the great service at this store that makes it worth driving the extra two miles

I just experienced the best customer service here. I needed a headlight and Christian helped me. He recommended a light bulb that was reasonable and offered to install it for me! He recommended I replace both of them which made total sense and he installed them both without hesitation. I was in and out in 10 minutes with 2 brand new headlights bought and installed. This is my new forever auto parts store.

They are working to give you and every one the professionalism you and everyone wants. Just wait patiently for your turn. If you get wrong part no worrys theres more !

Horrible customer service. I asked the worker if he could give me hand with carrying out a car battery because I was buying other iteams and was told to wait until he “clears his line.” This guy didn’t want take a quick second to help even with my car parked right in the front. The level of customer service is horrible and clearly they don’t know how to handle pressure with people who are inline. I will never visit this store again.Also just to add I asked for a cart on a different occasion and was offered a target shopping cart. I have nothing against o’Reilly’s as a company but this store definitely needs some attention. Trust me fellow readers I know. I’ve been in the parts world working a parts front counter for over 13 years.

Very nice and helpful Frank assisted me in purchasing windshield wiper blade for drivers side and air filter that Valvoline said should be replaced. Then he was kind enough to put the parts on the car! I told him he was better than a husband. He smiled. Excellent service and attitude towards this old lady.

Perfect professional customer service. Anthony, this is your random customer approval shout out so read it. I had a part that is under warranty but I could not find receipt. I was referred to the mission Blvd store due to necessity by the limonite/medley store clerk who was most helpful also in reminding me of the warranty I didn't know made the part replaceable (but none in stock there). I brought what was left of the destroyed part to Anthony, I've probably met once before with good interaction. This day is his shinning point in customer service. I explained to him that I had been relocated to his store due to part availability. He looked it up found the part checked my phone number for warranty but found out I had not applied my phone number and I had no receipt. At this point I explained I hate AutoZone and if I couldn't find a warranty on this part I would find the store that does. Now I don't think he went beyond the scope of his employment when he found a warranty on the part and applied it and replaced my part. I asked him if it was under my phone number now, he says it is now. And with a wink he made O'Reilly's my favorite part store because I think he understood that if he didn't have the part under warranty I would simply find a new parts store and like AutoZone never come back. Now he knew that and made the perfect customer satisfaction choice. Good call Anthony. I think I'll drive out of my way to come to your store now. Well if the car runs. In the end I did find a receipt and anyway about it he could have gone Anthony chose correctly, and blindly finding a warranty to honor for the customer that made that exact part purchase but can only just now prove it, that was golden! #givethisguyaraise, #leadbyexample, #managermaterial,

Love this place. I especially like it when I go to a business and the employees actually like their jobs. It shows in the helpfulness and interactions with they customers. I have NEVER walked out unsatisfied. Employees are FANTASTIC!!

I needed an inexpensive battery charger right away. O'Reilly was the only store within 20 miles that actually had one on the shelf. The clerk who helped me was polite and knowledgeable and the charger was exactly what I was looking for. 5 stars

Wish I could say I was a little more thrilled about this place because O'Reilly's as a whole is a great company is my go to autoparts shop. But the dudes in this store are the most misinformed unhelpful people in the chain. Lazy except for the lady who tried to help as much as she was capable of doing at least the effort was there. She's the only reason y'all got 2 stars.

I went in with a low battery that I purchased from the store 3yrs earlier. The battery had a 2yr warranty and they still exchanged it for free. They gave me tools for changing out the batteries as well great service from Chantel Joe and the mngr. Marcos!

So, on the way home from my 90 mile commute from work I decided to stop by to get oil/filter + Rislone Engine treatment and a few other things for my oil change/tune-up i wanted to do today. They refused to let me even though Im a paying customer. I hardly made it home. You dont treat customers that way. I left my stuff due to the principal involved. Im a mobile mechanic who lives 1.5 miles away with a 5 vehicle household.. Autozone will continue to have my business from now on.
