I am so happy that we have our own AutoZone in Jurupa Valley. I purchased a new battery for my car and the associate also installed it for me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Jurupa Valley Auto Zone.

They staying like a statue no greetings no help. I waited there 15 min to find a for a car battery .
First younger guy was extremely helpful. Otherwise this review is for the not so helpful one. The other guy with a little hair combed backwards said something so utter vapid and strange in response to whether they carried a part that it made it seem as though he didn’t like his job in the slightest and couldn’t be bothered to think about his job. His response was , I wouldn’t know … then doubled and tripled down on , I wouldn’t know … he offered a muttering response about harbor freight until he slowly and reluctantly made his way to a computer (the thing that would know) and looked it up. So awkward…
Not sure if customer service is a thing at this location but there is none at this location. Never was greeted or ask if I needed any assistance as 2 employees just conversated and laughing with each other and a lady at the register just stood there as I checked out …
Went in to get an oil filter they gave me wrong one gave em vin number yr make model . Came back next day to get correct one - they gave me wrong one again - I went home tried to put on car called them told them it’s wrong they said that’s what it calls for - I been a mechanic 25 year fleet maint . Called back told em it’s wrong again they asked me for my license plate number lol I gave em vin number already twice I finally just went to o rileys got right filter first time . Send thses kids to parts school educate them oh and they hung up on me twice . I will never go there again
Unfortunately, my experience at this AutoZone was not great. The customer service felt immature and unhelpful, and staff didn’t seem willing to go out of their way to assist customers. The attitude came across as “oh well, figure it out yourself,” which is frustrating when you come in needing help. I hope management works on improving professionalism and customer care.
Was on our way from LA to AZ and had a coilpack go out. Called these guys and they set one aside for me. When I got there the lent me some tools and I was able to swap it in and be on my way within 10min.

I went in at 6:15pm one guy was counting his drawer out with three people in line and waited until he was done to mention there was a self-checkout and not really in a friendly was more with an annoyed tone like he couldn't be bothered. Once two people had used the self-checkout then magically two other employees appeared at the front and were ready to help customers. The store was neat and clean but the service part needs some work.
Ruben was of great service in the store today. Him and the rest of the employees were of great help. They are committed to ensuring you are helped and satisfied with your product and problems you may have.
1 Star - Very Disappointed
I went to the AutoZone on Mission at 8:35 PM to pick up something quick. Online AND the window clearly show closing time is 9 PM. When I got there, the main entrance was locked and blocked off with some kind of stand, even though I could clearly see customers inside and two employees working.
I walked in through the side door that says "OUT." The female employee saw me, looked annoyed, and pointed me out to the male employee as if I did something wrong just for entering the store. I asked, “What time do you close?” and the employee said, “9 PM.”
If I’m wrong, I’ll gladly apologize and delete this review—but why are the doors locked and blocked almost 30 minutes before closing? It felt like they just didn’t want to help any more customers.
I went in the other day and was looking for a part I needed and Ricardo, a manager, helped me and he was very rude and inappropriate. He was looking at the female workers and customers like a dog looks at a bone, I felt very uncomfortable and he wasn’t even able to help assist me at all. He needs to be reported or removed because he’s unprofessional, unhelpful, and creepy overall. Unfortunate because most of the staff here is polite and helpful. He’s also bald so that just adds to it. If I could give it zero star based on that experience, I would.
We gave Ricardo Perez a 100$ bill that had a small slit in the middle. Once we gave it to him, he grabbed it and he ripped it on his own. Then after said “I can’t accept it, it’s ripped” Saying the bill ripped on itd own. He didnt wanna replace our 100$ bill. Still bought what we needed it was 15$. So if you wanna waste your money for something that costed 15$ come to this location!!
