They have the best customer service around for over 20 years unlike the new stores where the kids don't want to work

This is sad I went to go return a part that they sold me that I didn’t need and now when I go to return it there’s not money in the register to pay me back for your mistake? I paid 60 in cash and they don’t even have 60 dollars to pay their customers back. I will be taking all my future purchases to auto zone.

Would give 5 stars but the parking situation can be a problem when the street vendors customers decide to use orielys parking .

Very slow to attend very poor service.

The staff here were knowledgeable and quick with customer service. I would always recommend coming here for parts and other products you need

Anytime i need a part I can’t find I call O’Reillys if they don’t have on site “they will order it for same day or next day delivery

Good supplies, good service, seldom have any of my parts for my toyotas or ford van in stock strangely. I find these parts are better quality than AutoZone

Horrible customer service! I have lived here in JV for many years and never received treatment as if, I don’t want to be bothered at this establishment. There are 2 very young men that work there, they must be new within the last 3 months, as I utilize O’Reillys often. They seem to need more training on how to treat the women customers. Very disrespectful . I suggest to get better training from your parents too, that when you work with the public you should be more respectful and helpful. if not, quit this job! You OBVIOUSLY are not happy working there! Get some help. Thank you for your time Mr. O’Reilly

The men that work there are rude and I didn't get any help from them at all. When I asked if I could get help or if the had deals on oil. They guy went and help my husband not me I asked the question. He still refused me help. So I left with my husband you lost my service.

Had to change my opinion, the last 3 visits have had to wait in line for quite a long time, as they only had one counter person working ,but you could see several workers out back meandering around. They didnt seem to care that the line went all the way to the door. That's how you lose customers.

This branch is closest to my house and I needed a battery. I came in after work and didn't have my tools on me (robbers recently stole them). The person behind the counter acted as if I was wasting his time burdening him with my questions. I asked if someone could install the battery after I explained my situation. He stated that there is a box of tools that I could use. There were NO tools that I needed of the specific size. I brought this up to him and he said that I could buy the socket or wrench of the size that I needed. He did not care. I got a jump from another customer, left, and installed my new battery at a friend's around the corner. I will not return unless I absolutely have to.

Terrible service, and I went in the other night, and was grabbing some oil to buy and the old man with glasses and warts named ken all over his body stepped away from the counter and was just watching me. I'm a paying customer. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief. Nvr giving this location my money ever again.

The men behind the counter were knowledgeable and fair.The young man who installed my battery was friendly and kind. I'm definitely going back for all my automotive needs.

Bryan was an exemplary employee, Kind & so helpful and full of knowledge & good advice. 8-10 years ago I decided to never shop at this location due to terrible attitudes and poor service. They must have changed management because this is now a different establishment. Keep up the good work & give Bryan a raise!

They had the Color-Match Touch-Up Pen I looked everywhere for! And they can even get Color-Match aerosol/spray paint for DIY paint jobs! I remember color-match paint used to be hard to get, now it's readily available in about 2-3 days when ordered. Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this store. The only reason they didn't get a 5 is that I had to order a part and pick it up the next day.

Super busy location. They have a lot of staff working, its just there are so many ppl patroning this location. Really I can only think of 3 auto parts stores in JV. This one midtown, one in Rubidoux & one in Mira Loma so I guess that might be why. I went in to replace my Sears battery-since they are no longer in business.

Definitely a cool place to grab parts whenever there not busy and or maybe open up another register to help your team out when they have a very long line if not the hole team fails cause I went to a competition store and i was in out out cause they seen the line and came out from the back to help out and that i respect.

Well because of the recent rain, I noticed that my windshield wipers were due to be replaced. they always help me find exactly the ones I need for my car, and then they come out and install them for free for me. All three of them. Picked up some more windshield wiper fluid too, & car fresheners.. I saw one of the workers checking the codes for a trouble light on a customer's car. I thought this was a great feature too. Someday when I have more time I'll have mine check to see why my traction light is always on

This is the fastest I've ever done my shopping for car parts...i was standing there like a normal Samaritan when like 5 customers later the guy said woohoo this isn't autozone... And attended me real quick at first I took it personal but then realized why he said that.... Really neat spot

Great customer service. I get it, when they're busy you wait a while. but they do take good care of you.

It's the closest auto store from my house, the parts and everything is the same as any other auto store. The reason I'm only giving it 3 stars is cause they are hit and miss with the oil dump which is super annoying, I get they only have limited space but if they know they fill up quickly they should get an extra container or get it dumped more frequently. I think it's super unprofessional to walk to the front door and see "oil container full" it's a frequent thing and something needs to change about that. Managment needs to step up and do something about their oil problem, never had this issue at any other auto parts store.

Excellent customer care. I want to give a big "thank you" to Daryl for helping me and my sister. We were trying to take our car battery out and he saw us struggling, came over and helped us, even though he had work of his own to do. "Thank you" so much. God Bless you and keep you safe.

This O'Reilly has a very helpful young lady named Chantal... She is very helpful and goes out of her way to help you and is very professional. I ordered a H2O pump and more info and it was taken care of really fast and smooth

Loved it. They were busy, their car battery kiosk helped me. Needed tools, they helped me. Thank you, car battery switched in 10 mins. It helps when I get more time to enjoy my Saturday with my family.
