The customer service at this location is outstanding.

I went into this autozone thurs oct 2nd @9pm ish closer to closing I had realized one of my headlight lights went out so I rushed before closing and I was welcomed in by Cesar I went straight to the section and got my light and headed to the checkout I wasn’t sure if I got the right light so I asked the gentleman Cesar if he can double check he did and he even helped check my lights to make sure and was so kind he even changed it. I am truly thankful that I got him at check out. He was extremely helpful so I just wanted to leave a review so hopefully the manager can see that he has excellent customer service. So thank you again Cesar I appreciated the help truly!!

Good store, had what I needed.

On July 5, I went to get a battery for my key fob. The employee was unable to open it, so I asked to see it myself since I could do it with a flat screwdriver. When I went to get one, the manager, an older lady in her early 50s, tried to open it using my backup key. I asked her firmly to give me back my keys, as she could break them. She reluctantly handed them over in a rude manner without saying anything. I think management should address her behavior and encourage her to not try fixing anything if she doesn't know how.

Recycling used oil. I brought in 7 gallon, where other locations giving me hard time to max 5 gallon. This location very friendly and took care all 7 gallon

I went to this place about a week ago Antonio help me with an issue I had . I recommend this place workers are very helpful and respectful I give this place a 10

They are fantastic. Very nice and they even put my new windshield wipers on for me...

Only came here because I needed a part but my experience was not great. Staff were slow to check out customers and didn’t know how to answer questions. I wouldn’t recommend going to this autozone unless you have to. They were friendly enough but unfortunately not competent.

Leonardo S was a great help very curtious and helpful with what we needed help us with our car issues with out hesitation would definitely come back to him and that autozone in jurupa valley. 5/4/2024 I have to update because we had worst experience with the girls working here they can't do there job right and make people get angry because I just called to confirm my stuff under warranty with a previous person over phone when I arrive they can't find anything and everyone else's instead of helping they stand there agreeing went to other autozone they helped me fast and with no attitude they all need to get replaced with people with more knowledge over how to use system horrible customer experience including there manager !!!

Went in to pick up a 5 qt. jug of oil on sale on 2.13.24 because they showed 1 in stock at this store online. After searching for 2 or 3 minutes, I couldn't find it so I had to buy one that wasn't on sale. I let the cashier know I couldn't find the last one and I guess one of the other workers overheard what I had said, because he came from behind a floor display and said, "I found it!" I ended up buying both 5 qt. jugs. Also worth mentioning was that every worker nearby greeted me as I walked in. This is the best AutoZone I've ever shopped at and definitely worthy of 5 stars. This is how retail should be!

Very rude service. They don’t know how to talk with customers. Two guys work night time skiny guy was very gud . But other guy refused to give us service we spend almost 200 dollars. We just ask we need bolts for screws because we didn’t find he was like that’s not my job I said sir we are customers just asking help because you know more than us he said go out from here . I was surprised like anyone can behave like this with customer

VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!! I feel bad for the workers because the manager is never there to help with a long line of angry customers. So his workers take all the heat. At least schedule enough workers to help because everytime i walk in there (the line doesnt have to be long) i will spend at least 20 to 30 minutes minimum waiting in line to buy one product to get out of there. People got lives and things to do as well. GET NEW MANAGEMENT!

Staff is helpful. But severely understaffed. Been waiting for 20mins still have 3 people in front of me and another 6 behind. Not only are they helping with customers but have to take calls as well, making wait even longer.

Adam the manager at auto zone Mira Loma went above and beyond, he helped me replace my turn signal bulbs and brake light. I didn’t even ask he just said he will replace them for me . Thank You Adam you got a 10 today and put my faith back in humanity, there are still good people out there.

Waited in line an inordinate amount of time... With registers shut down & employees stocking shelves or helping phone callers (I'm guessing) but not the customers in line. It wasn't just me, the people in line, in front of me, were turning around sharing their frustration I don't know how long they had been waiting... I set down my products and left. I have other options closer to home.

Every time I come here it's always a problem. All I wanted was a basic battery check and then the genius pulls off the negative terminal while the car is running. No problem, I have a battery warranty at this location. Come to find out it's not in the system when they put in my phone number. I then had to call AAA for a battery charge. I used to work in this area for 2 years and I can tell you from all these reviews and all this time they clearly have not changed or improve. Avoid this place and go anywhere but here.

I have not been treated this well in a while. From the moment I walked in. Attentive staff. Victor assisted me finding the correct synthetic oil and supplies for my German vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and highly efficient.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a while the “manager” Ashleigh was unhelpful and made sure to let me know she didn’t care about helping me . Rude and unprofessional. Laughed in my face continuously after I asked her to just simply help me instead of showing you could care less about doing my return. I let her know I’m leaving a review for her and she told me “I don’t care”. Will never return to this location. Employee needs training on customer service and possibly should step down if she doesn’t Know how to properly manager a location or treat customer with respect. Just watch cameras and listen to the audio and youl see exactly what I meant I arrived on 6/02/20 Approximate time when I arrived 2:50pm

The guy was very nice and helpful. He showed me what battery cable to buy and how to attach it. Also charged by battery and gave me three options of batteries to buy, in case mine was not good. The red Optima battery sounds like a great choice. I wish I could remember his name. It wa at 3:57 pm at the Limonite location he had a beanie on.

I was served kindly, efficently, and quickly. Unfortunately another clerk was being yelled at and berated by a customer who wasn't nice at all. But they all kept their cool. I was the one rolling my eyes at the lousy customer. Congratulations to your employees AutoZone

Left my wallet on the counter the other day I placed a call and they have my wallet in custody and in their safe. Thank you for your honesty and I will be continued to be a loyal customer.

It was awful. After waiting in the correct line for assistance, the guy left to ring up his customer in front of me. Then proceeds to take 3 other customers after that. Though I've been waiting. Finally he comes over... Now I've going to AutoZone since it was Chiefs Auto parts. Anytime I've needed help, someone has always assisted me. So when I tell the rude cashier about my engine light, he literally handed me the little machine, told me look for this little part and said bring it back when you're done. Seriously? I come to your store because I honestly don't know what I'm doing. It's been your amazing helpfulness for years that keeps me coming back, every spark plugs, battery, engine coolant I've only ever got it from you, until now. I am but one person, but I swear, I will never step for into another AutoZone, until I can buy it out right and encourage proper customer service????

Great customer service! Most of the guys are so very helpful with the exception of the heavier set older guy. He is so very rude! I would give it a five star but to be honest the area this AutoZone is in is not good. The have had many burglaries and have a lot of sketchy people walking around outside the store at night. I don’t feel it is right that this AutoZone is opened so late. You would think AutoZone would care about the safety of the staff. Incident after incident they still have no true security and I understand why the staff feel so uncomfortable that the store is open so late. Shame on AutoZone on not doing something. Hopefully something changes before a customer or a staff member gets seriously hurt. Great customer service though and that’s the only reason I come back the young guys seem to have a great deal of patience and understanding. Sad the store manager and higher ups are not more concerned for safety.

They had the battery I needed. It was disappointing to hear they were robbed after dark while helping a customer and now they just dont help anyone once it's dark. I am a woman and managed to get the battery out with the help of a stranger that shopped there too. In the end Mr. Avila who works there ended up helping me install new battery so thanks for making it an experience that will help me come back. We r not all thieves or bad ppl.

Auto Zone for all your auto needs. Friendly helpful staff. You can also recycle your used motor oil there.

In the last month I have bought windshield wiper blades and a new battery and they always are friendly and put these things in my car for me without making me feel like I have to do this. They are always happy to help you.
