My Auto Insurance company had Gerber Collision listed 1st for places to take my car. Upon a quick Google search, I chose them. Making an appointment was easy. I was warmly greeted by Trina, the Receptionist and provided information on the steps the process would take, and also given the name of the person coordinating the repair work. Anthony Gomez, my Estimator was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel my car was in good hands. He estimated my car might only take 3 days although their system stated by the 5th day (they send you text messages to keep you informed of each step your vehicle is in). As Anthony estimated my car was ready in 3 days, and the rear bumper, the only body part damaged is brand new! Such a great job the Painter did to match the paint color. I appreciate Gerber for handling my car and making the process simple, even to contacting the Rental Car company and having them pick up the Rental Car from their location saving me a step. Beware of Tony Domingues the Estimator at Gerber collision he tried to deem my car totaled and it was just a side door damage and bottom a little damaged and also tried to bullshit me but I knew better for the people I suggested you do not take you car truck or bike here!!!! when I spoke with my adjuster from my insecure he was like why would he try to say it was totaled..looks like a legit place but don't be fooled by the looks.. I pulled my car out of there the next day took it to another body shop and in 1 week got my car back and was vary relieved it can be vary stressful PLEASE TAKE MY REVIEW INTO CONSIDERATION AND DON'T WAST YOUR TIME HERE..

Gerber was excellent in every way. Extremely professional, fast, efficient, and so very kind after my car was smashed. They helped me with every aspect of the ordeal, going over the car, the paperwork, texting me every few days with updates - even driving me to the car rental place. It made a horrible experience almost painless. Thank You Gerber for the great work!

I took my truck to Gerber Collision for some work. They were very helpful. Thomas was extremely efficient and professional. He was able to get my truck out in 1 day looking like new. Erick also did great work on it. The truck looks great! I recommend Gerber Collision for any car work needed.

They were informative enough to tell me about how my repairs were going. I received my truck back well before its estimated time and the work was beautiful. Hopefully I never get rear ended again (knock on wood) I know where I'd get my repairs done.

I've worked with Gerber on two occasions, once when I was rear-ended and a second time most recently when a kid with a motor scooter side-swiped my car. The parent who took responsibility wanted me to go to his shop of choice and I insisted on going to Gerber. Thomas was very helpful and was able to come up with an estimate that matched the three other locations I had gone to. They did excellent work and it was done in a timely manner. Trina, who manages the front desk and communications was also excellent, she keeps you updated via phone or text at your preference and they work with to determine when you can drop off a vehicle and when you can pick it up. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who would ask.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Signal Hill is amazing!!! My brand new car was hit by some road trash and needed body work. AAA recommended Gerber and I am so glad that I took my car to them. Not only was the quality of the work top notch (you can NOT tell ANY work was done - structure or paint), but the Gerber team was great - personable, knowledgeable, and patient AND they got my car back to me very quickly!!! Joe was designated to work on my car. He did a superb job beyond my expectations. The detailing on the body of my 2011 Sienna Van looked better than it was when I first bought it from the dealer one year ago. Amazing how a skillful detailing of a worker like Joe can impact the overall looks of the car. I definitely would recommend my family and friends to go to Gerber Collision- Signal Hill location and look for Joe. I'd like to mention Tony as well, a very engaging and courteous Estimator who overlooked the repairs of my van. Last but not least, Trina in the reception desk deals with customers with an awesome and personable professionalism, both on the phone and in her day to day interaction with people.

The quality of work from Gerber was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed with the level of service I received. I had a great experience with Tony and Trina. They went above and beyond to make sure I got all my questions answered and were very patient. I would highly recommend.

The team at Gerber was outstanding especially the communications from the start. Concierge pick up and drop off too. The Technician Eric did an outstanding job on my Ford Edge looks perfect. Great experience working with Tony in the office to work through repair options and parts availability. Will definitely use again and recommend.

First Visit 11/22/2024: We had a terrific experience with Thomas at Gerber Collison & Glass. He was very professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with and made the process of getting our vehicle repaired and back on the road as smooth as possible. Trina in the office was very helpful as well and we were very happy that we chose to go to Gerber Collison & Glass over the other shops we visited. If you need help with your vehicle, I recommend you give them a call. New Visit 12/13/2024: I didn't think I would be back so soon, but took my other vehicle in to Gerber this week and this time Anthony helped me and just like our first experience, it was excellent. He very professional, thorough, and committed to making sure it was done right and the results looked great. Natalie in the office made sure paperwork and everything went just as smoothly. I was in need of a body repair, and Gerber Collision & Glass was able to help me out right away and with excellent service. Trina was so welcoming and nice on the phone and when I walked in, I immediately knew I was in good hands. Anthony was my estimator, and he really took his time and effort to explain everything to me. He answered all of my questions, empathized with me with my concerns, and helped me out to get my car issue fixed. Overall, Gerber Collision was very professional, accommodating, and quick. Had an amazing experience with my repairs. Somehow Tony turned this horrible accident situation into the most simply and calming experience. I do not wish for another trip to the body shop, but if I had to go back, I would definitely choose Tony and Gerber Collision again. I recently had my vehicle stolen with many parts stolen. I had my car sent to Gerber and they helped me out greatly. I had zero problems with them and their customer service was phenomenal. Gerber got the job done quickly and helped me out greatly.

Came in for a minor scratch on my bumper due to someone else hitting my car. The insurance recommended this auto shop and the whole process has been smooth! From the girls up front to Thomas the techniciin charge of taking care of my car. Costumer service is always superior and everyone is always so friendly and professional. I explained to them my time restrictions and they worked around my work schedule and repaired my cin 3 days, I couldn’t be happier and will recommend this place to anyone!

My GTI was hit by an SUV, with only 10,000 miles on it I was devastated. I only wanted a shop with GTI/VW experience to fix this and after reading reviews for here I gave them a shot. From the very beginning they treated me with care and respect and made sure I felt at ease that they knew exactly how to care for this car and took all my concerns about the accident seriously. I am blown away by the results. My car looks better now than when I drove it off the lot with 3 miles on it. I got updates through the whole process so I always knew what was going on and they completed everything faster than originally expected. I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Great experience with Gerber, you can't even tell it been in a accident, my grill was cracked, bumper scratched quarter panel dented beyond repair, head light broken and hanging out now it looks like new. They went above and beyond I highly recommend them.
