They left the lug nuts loose on my back wheel causing serious vibration on the freeway and could have caused a serious life/safety issue if the wheel came off. Horrible quality control.

Crash Champions provided a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Dustin and all staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. Every update was timely, and Dustin, he truly delivered on his word—when he said my car would be ready by December 22, it was actually finished early on December 19. The level of service and transparency exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Crash Champions and especially Dustin for outstanding customer service and quality work.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping. Dustin is the man! He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle in clear, honest terms and answered all my questions without rushing me. He explained the financial process and was just honest about it all. The work was done early and at a reasonable price. What really stood out was the attention to detail and pride they take in their work. My car doesn’t even look like it was broken into. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place has earned my loyalty. I’ve brought my in laws Cruze and now my Sierra. If you’re looking for honest service, skilled workers, and great customer service, I highly recommend them.

This place sucks, I came here to get my car fixed and the lady who helped me her name was Leslie i was quoted 5 thousand and somehow it got updated to almost 12,000 and thats not even the worst part she did not communicate nothing in regards to my car I had to keep calling to get updates she told me my car would be ready on a specific date I did not receive no call or nothing so I assumed it still set for me to come so I get off work early and calling while im on the freeway they told me she reached out to me when she did not ever call me saying my car was now set to be ready 3 days later. I waited the 3 days more once it was that date I called her and she finally answered she let me know it should be ready after 2 pm because she said she give me a call but never did I called and she didnt answer around that time and another person said they will have her call me and she never did so I never got to get my car or updates. Before I knew it the shop was closed and still no updates the worst part was the following day they were closed and it annoyed me so much because my car was their for almost 2 weeks already. She gave me a call Sunday to let me know what their waiting on and did not even let me know one part was not covered by insurance so im thinking they fixed it but when I went to finally pick up my car they didnt even fix it and someone had to let me in the supervisor. Their communication sucks I would not recommend this shop they also did a horrible job because im experiencing pop ups on my screen for my honda hybrid 2023

Crash Champions at Gundry Ave are amazing! All is handled professionally, promptly, and in a friendly manner. The quality of the work has not failed us either of the three times we went to them (dented hood; vandalism with broken window and steering wheel; broken door handle). I feel confident leaving my car in their care. Special shout out to Jimena - efficient and knowledgeable tech.

My service was exceptional. I was treated with dignity and respect. They recognize me as soon as I walk through the door once it was determined that they could handle my repair. I was scheduled the next business day, and my service was completed. My car was washed. I was very very happy if you need to get a repair done That’s the Five star service place to go.

This was one of four bids I got. Their estimate process gave me the most confidence that the work will be done right and will cost the least because they were so thorough in their estimate and very reasonable in pricing relative to the other bids. The process between contracting to drop off to completion was also informative and timely. The work was very well done and completed on time. I recommend them.

Well. We were referred here by the other parties insurance (allstate.) I was given a heads up by someone that this auto body was a "joke" but we decided to give them a chance bc we didn't have major damage. Our bumper and driver side wheel and tire needed to be replaced so it wasn't a complicated job to do... or at least it shouldn't have been a complicated job but here we go the explanation (stay with me): 1. I was given a quote at drop off for the repairs and was assured that the parts listed were the exact parts the truck had (wheel and tire included)... LIES. They did get a bumper but we had an extravagant game of who's job is it anyway 2. They insisted we accept a different "wheel" since they weren't able to find the exact one on the truck (wheel=rim) and of course not, we had just bought the set a few months back so no, we're not going to drive around in mismatched wheels of different sizes 3. They couldn't find the same tire. Keep in mind they had assured us they had found the exact parts when we dropped off the truck 4. After a long game of back and forth with the insurance and the shop "advisors" jimena and Michelle and their lines of we have it and we dont have it, it was decided that we would find our own wheel and tire then get reimbursed then take the parts to the shop so they can install. 5. Turns out my suspicions were true and the "advisor" didn't know the difference between wheel and tire so that little bit of knowledge in an area of what your work entails would have saved us a lot of time and a massive headache. 6. When we picked up the truck, there was a deep scratch on the rear passenger door that forget about even calling them out on bc if they kept the truck to fix their mistakes, we'd be down a car another 2 months. *it took just shy of 4 weeks to complete a 1 week job. (The picture without the bumper was taken at 3 weeks at the shop. They said the bumper wasn't installed bc the wheel and tire weren't installed yet. Not sure what that had to do with it) Beware, if insurance refers you to them. Know that you don't have to choose them bc honestly, you'll probably be doing your own shopping around too. Unless you get an advisor who actually knows what they're talking about and what they're doing. Ps. I did take auto body in my younger years and we own a tire distribution business so I'm not just talking out of my butt. I just don't want people to go in blindly.

Wasted +5 hours of my life that I’ll never get back cuz of Tony and this branch. Tony, don’t ever demand 10/10 rating from me. Good customer service experience but quality of work is extremely poor. From noticeable panel gaps in all the parts that were repaired to paint chips I’ve noticed on the edges of the door. It looks like it was done by amateurs.

Crash Champions worked on my car during the holidays and I was concerned their estimated time of pick up would be delayed. Surprisingly it was not. I was notified every step of the way on the progress of my car. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star review was because I had to to return to retrieve my spare tire and cargo mat, which they forgot to put back in my car. After the necessary repairs were done to my vehicle, my car looked great! The last picture is after the final repairs.

I am completely satisfied with how my car turned out. My car looks brand new and the headlights would signal normally. The service was 11/10. It was friendly, professional, and appreciated.

Sadly my car was hit while parked in my driveway. Extremely frustrated having to go through everything you go through when something like this happens but it was definitely a sigh of relief having my suv taken to Crash Champions. They were compassionate about the situation and made me feel 100% at ease that they would take care of my car. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. Jamil was my point of contact and he was on top of any delays or just a simple hey this is what's going on. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I know I will recieve the same great service.

Went to this business for insurance work with my car, small rock damage on the roof, and windshield replacement. I don't want to badmouth them because the assistant manager did fix the problem that came up after the first fix wasn't done correctly. But damn man went in for a small fix and ended up fixing things that were not even broken or damaged when I dropped the car off. Still not completely satisfied with the repair on the roof still have dust under the paint in spots if it gets bubbles again I will for sure be taking it back thank God they have lifetime warranty on there service.

I've dealt with horrible situations with health insurance, car insurance, the IRS, you name it and my experience with Crash Champions was one of the worst experiences by far. Brought my car in to be repaired after an accident because my insurance recommended them. I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my car here because the negatives ones are unfortunately all in line with my experience. My car was "repaired" in a timely manner - this was around the holidays and they quoted me around Dec 23rd or so for it to be completed and it was just after Christmas that it was done which I felt was reasonable. The problem, however was the terrible quality of work. Seconds after I drove away I noticed my infotainment screen was completely scratched (before photos they themselves took would later prove that the screen was in perfect condition before I brought it in). I immediately turned around and they tried to tell me it was just a film from whatever they used to clean it. No, it's not. Then they tried to gaslight me MULTIPLE times and tell me it was like that when I brought it in...no genius, check the before photos that YOU took. Then, the same day as I was getting out of my car the entire plastic panel where the door closes fell off followed by another piece coming out of place. Then I noticed a small piece of plastic (a lining) for my back passenger door (where there was no damage and they shouldn't have even been working on) was missing. I also found a wrapper to a joint on my floor. It is now March and they replaced the plastic pieces but I'm still waiting on the missing lining for the door and they still haven taken no responsibility nor apologized for the screen so I'm now having to deal with it through my insurance. It took about a month and a half to get the other parts in and I was calling weekly for updates and each time someone would say they'd call with an update. Finally I called a couple weeks ago and they said "oh ____ didn't call you? The parts have been here..." WORST COMMUNICATION, WORST SERVICE. If you even remotely like your car and want it back in decent condition, do NOT bring it here.

Crash Champions was absolutely the best company we could have worked with during the ordeal of fixing our car after an accident. They kept in touch with us during the process, sent updates for any delays, and explained the steps thoroughly. They did much more to help us through this, I feel than the insurance company, or rental car company combined. I am recommending them to my friends, and family if they ever have an accident. Hopefully I won't need their help in the future, but if so I know I can trust them 100%. Attached is a before, and after picture of the damage they repaired. The Prius handles as good as the first day we got it.
