Run!! If you have a vehicle under warranty stay away and try another dealer. They'll make up stuff like you had a prior accident so they can void your warranty. Even the manager said they do this because they dont want to cover warranty item because mbz head office keep rejecting and they lose money. So stay away if you have to get something covered under warranty

My sister accidentally left her driver’s license at the office after we checked cars for her. The following day, we were informed that the ID was ready for pickup and would be at the front desk. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, no note or endorsement left, and the desk was unattended due to a break. When the front desk staff member, Kim, arrived, the interaction was unfortunately disappointing. She was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic customer service. Instead of assisting us, she dismissively told me to go check upstairs on my own. She also raised her voice, showed a disrespectful attitude, and made the situation uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member, Alejandro, stepped in and completely changed the experience. He was extremely kind, professional, and willing to help. He went back and forth with us to locate the ID and eventually found it on Alex’s (the salesperson’s) desk. His effort and positive attitude were truly appreciated. Situations like this could be handled much better with clearer internal communication and proper endorsements when important items are left behind. Additionally, front desk staff should be trained to address customer concerns with professionalism, respect, and a willingness to help rather than redirecting customers without assistance. A simple, organized process and courteous interaction can make a significant difference in the overall customer experience.

Went to buy a car. Sales guy got me what I wanted but had to think on it and get my car to trade in. Told him to give me 15 minutes to think on it and I’ll decide to buy. Call the guy 15 minutes later and say like to buy it. Go to the dealership and fill out paperwork. His boss comes in and says he sold it out from under him. Basically told me to pound sand and I’m screwed. The sales guy was pissed at his boss. So yah worst place ever

I never leave reviews but i had to this time. I was calling around many dealerships to get a good deal. I finally found a good deal and asked Long Beach Mercedes-Benz if they can give me a better price. They came back and gave me an amazing deal that topped the other places. Alex was genuine and made the process very easy.

I went yesterday and was able to get out the door with my new car due to Zaryab’s outstanding costumer service. I cannot recommend him enough if you are looking to buy a new car. He makes sure you feel welcomed and helps you all throughout the process including. He also follows up with you the next day to make sure the whole process went smooth. I had an excellent experience working with Cesar in the Parts Department. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to make sure I got exactly the right parts for my vehicle and explained everything clearly. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with deep product expertise, but Cesar does both effortlessly. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and even followed up to ensure everything fit perfectly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude — it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you need anything from the parts department, ask for Cesar — he’s the best!

We are so tired of looking for cars and are so happy we can put this task off for a year. But we loved Long Beach Mercedes. I did my research and knew what I wanted. I called. They had it. We met the salesman who was great. I almost bought the car because he spent so much time with us, and it is a great SUV, but sitting in it I realized it was just to boxy looking for me. I ended up with a BMW SUV Hybrid, but this car, the Mercedes is amazing. The one I wanted was expensive, but you can get ones that start at about 44K, this one was about 90K. My photo was terrible so I asked if I could use the one I saw on their website. They said sure so I did. It is beautiful, just not the right size for me. Our salesman knew everything about the car and knew that I was the one to really talk to, which was nice after being ignored by a few BMW dealerships. I was the one that made all these calls and had the million questions. I thought it was pretty clear that it would be my car, not my husband's. The car has everything you could want on it. They will train you on all the new computer stuff and the sound system is amazing. I loved it. But I am disabled and the height and boxy issue was too much for me, but if I was not disabled that would be the car I would have driven home. They are super safe, have high ratings as does this dealership so if you are in the market go to Long Beach. I was not looking for a used car, but they have a bunch with warranties. I loved this place and if I get another car I will be looking for my salesman, even if went to another Benz place. Thank you for all the help. These cars are great.

THEY KNOW NO MATHEMATICS OR PLAYING DUMB! No patience at all from the actual desk manager who came to talk to me after the salesman who couldn’t even explain anything that kept going back and forth to the office to get the answers then we call someone who knows what they are talkong about but turns out that they dont even know mathematics or they are playing dumb!! Once I pointed out a false outcome on the discount they are supposedly doing that manager literally took off from the table as we are sitting there! Worst service ever!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the world🌎. My baby boy 2 1/2 year old and I we're towed here at 6pm. At that time you guys were closing therefore there was nothing you guys could do. We are not from this area and I said okay then realized my phone was about to die then realized I had no way of contacting anyone. So everyone was leaving until the last person about 8:00 p.m. it was it was dark already. We were inside our car my baby and I and one last person came to us and said we have to leave. I simply couldn't leave anywhere because I had no phone no money and no way of contacting anyone plus I have a baby with me. So we stayed inside the car all night. Hungry at midnight we walk to the get food. 2 hrs later we are back in the car. Then Police came and said what are we doing. Well I'm waiting for them to open and see about the car to fix. They thought I kidnapped my baby. I always carry his birth certificate. I showed them. They said okay. They called management and management said they did not give anyone permission to stay. That's how awful they are. So after being down talked and harassed and almost having my baby taken away, and me almost jailed they leave. We are still in the car. The next morning two or three mechanics come and talk to me and give me this face like I'm Freddy Krueger and simply say we cannot help you without money. We're going to need $2,000 and you have to leave your car for 2 days. I had put in the wrong gas so I would not start. I couldn't pay that amount and they just turned around and ignored me the entire time I didn't know what to do. Then my idea was just to take the car out of the dealer and park it outside on the street. But it did not want to start so it would it did not move. I had to push the car out by myself with my baby kind of driving it and no one I say no one helped me push it out they all saw me struggling sweating dying. Inch by inch. People and workers kept passing by and just looking cuz they were so busy doing something else. I pushed the car out of your dealership by myself. NO ONE HELPED. NO ONE. My baby did more to help me. We got out on the street. And got stuck again. After a while police came and said that we were blocking people I told him Im simply stuck. Results is simply I worked on it myself. All I did was unlatched a hose drained the gas then filled it up with the proper gas and it started. They did not need $2,000 I did it for free and by noon I had it running by myself and I don't know anything about mechanics. GOD IS GOOD. HE WONT LET THAT GO. ONE DAY IT WILL BE THE POPELES TURN THAT KEPT WALKING BY US. IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN MERCEDES EMPLOYEES. MERCEDES DOENST NEED MONEY THEY HAVE ALL THE MONEY IN THE WORLD. THEY NEED JESUS.

If I can give NO STAR I will definitely do so.. such a bad experience I had with this Mercedez Benz service location. PLS WATCH YOUR STATEMENT WHEN YOU ARE GETTING A LOANER.. they will charge you the deposit hold of $200!!!! I went to this location for the first time for a recall that was sent out.. made an appt on Sept. 3rd and got a loaner due to the duration and time I was dropping the car off. The next day afternoon I returned the car and took off with my car.. the following week I checked my statement for the credit card I used for the loaner and came to my surprise the $200 hold charge is still there.. I called the loaner dept and I was told that it would take 7-10 business days., mind u I always get a loaner when I get my car done and typically it’s just a hold and not charge. It’s now about 3 weeks and the charge is still on my card.. it took many calls to them complaining about it for them to look into their vendor that handles that piece and sure enough they had an issue that was found.. No one called me or said anything about this complaint even after talking to the mgr. Now I was told that I have to wait another 7-10 days for the deposit to reflect on my credit card. It’s not about the amount or the money it’s the accountability and there’s definitely nothing from this MB location nor the mgr I spoke to.. PLS CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS.. who knows how many customers this happen to without realizing they are charging for the loaner!! Will never go to this location again!

I truly had a great experience with this team. I’ve been to many dealerships and I’ve always had great experiences. This one was special because I was going to buy out my lease through my credit union, which they handled it perfectly. I definitely appreciate them assisting me through it all.

My 2024 vehicle’s screen stopped working, and since it’s still under warranty, I expected proper support. The service advisor gave me no information and refused to provide a loaner car, even though my warranty covers it. But the worst part was when I decided to take my vehicle to another Mercedes-Benz service center because I didn’t feel comfortable here. As I was leaving, the manager came up to my car and said: “Good luck when you drive it in the dark, especially at night.” How unprofessional and rude is that? Instead of helping a customer, the manager basically wished me bad luck. Completely unacceptable behavior. I will never return to this location.

I brought my ML350 into Merc of LB because of a broken drive belt. I usually take this car to Southbay Merc where I felt the service took forever. It was always such a long wait just for them to bring my car up. I was really hoping the experience here would be better. My service representative's name was Jasyn, and he was polite and professional enough in the beginning. However, after they replaced the belt, he failed to read the invoice, wherein, it describes a low rpm condition after the work. It was strange they wanted me to pick up the car in this condition. I had to explain that it was doing this before the belt broke, and I told him I thought the car was in limp mode. Sure enough, after looking again, it turns out the shredded belt caused more damage than initially thought, and the oil cooler and heat sensor had to be replaced. To his credit, he did arrange a loaner for me because it took another 4 days. So, $4300 dollars later I pick the car up, drive it home, and the check engine light comes on. I call him and leave several messages but get absolutely no response. Even at Merc of Southbay, they always called back. Looks like Im stuck going back there. It's time to get a new car, too, so looks like Jasyn just has lost his dealership a sale. I'm going to change to a different brand entirely. I bought my wife a Tesla Plaid which is the best car we've ever owned, even compared to a Panamera, Range Rover, and definitely the Merc. Will just get another one.

I originally came to your dealership to look at a used car on your lot and ended up buying a new one. My sales rep Marlon was amazing and made the car buying process easy. He was very attentive to my desires and offered cars suited to those likes. Marlon was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about each car and took time to go over all the features. Marlon was respectful of my time and finances and made sure every car and deal he presented was within my comfort zone. Usually the car buying experience can be so daunting, but thanks to Marlon of Mercedes Benz Ontario, my experience was an enjoyable one!

No pressure sale. Toshi went out of his way to ensure all my questions were answered and to make this a relaxing purchase. Got a great deal on a C300 to be used by the wife. Do wish the final paperwork could have been a little quicker (finance) but was not a terrible experience since we came in with large down payment and pre- approved financing. No pressure to purchase add on’s.

My experience began with an inquiry to Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach regarding a new GLE. From the very beginning, Joel was incredibly helpful, he made the process extremely easy. Thanks to his effort, we quickly came to the decision to move forward with the purchase. When we arrived, everything was ready to go, and the finance process with Andre was just as smooth and professional. Overall, the experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Picked my vehicle up and found 5 or 6 new scratches on the hood. Pictures from my insurance claim right before i dropped it off did not have the scratches in it. Their video they took of the vehicle when i dropped it off didn’t have the scratches visible. My picture when i picked it up had them visible. They claimed they were too hard to see so they were probably there already and that’s it. Terrible customer service. Handled the issue very poorly. At one point he said i left the vehicle there too long so maybe i should have picked it up sooner….which translates to yes we did do it but bc u left it too long its not our fault. Which is it? …. Didn’t matter he made his mind up no matter what they’re not doing anything about it. Just trying to find the reasons to justify

Purchased 2023 Sprinter 170 AWD van for $70K+ with defective body that the sales person Herb was aware, I’m sure he was because in fact that was noticeable and the vehicle was on the yard for 6+ months. I didn’t pay attention while walking around the van at purchase till made couple hundred miles on it I didn’t even expect that the body can separate from the frame on both sides. Now seating and waiting in the service for already an hour to talk with someone but it appears everyone is hiding from me saying - someone is coming soon. Let’s see how they handle this situation Stay away from Long Beach Mercedes if you expect quality service and customer care.

I had the worst experience in any dealer I have ever been , I own a body shop so I have deal whit plenty dealers , this dealer is the worts , I took a customer car 2003 SL Class 500 to fix something we can't fix , believing this was a Mercedes dealer they are professionals at what they do , they have better equipment and qualify people , that is why they charge so much , but no at all , Raymon Yamboa the service adviser gave me two estimates one to repair and the other one to replace parts but both should fix the problem , so we went the repair , it took almost more that 4 weeks for us to get the car back and still no fix cause they said they found more damage after they all ready gave me two estimates , I was the one calling to check on the car cause they never call me or email me before I call them or email them to check status of the car , worst customer service ever had , and finally when I just decided to take it like that whit the same problem I took the car to began whit , and paying for they did that did not fix the problem more the $2500 , we I get the car the car was so duty and whit glue on the top of the car , they do not even look at the car when they deliver the car to me , now after I spend so much money on them I have to clean it up and find out how we can fix the problem they said they can fix

Had a rear tire replaced. The appointment was at 1045 AM , we even arrived 20 mins early. 4 hours later we are still waiting on our car. 1 rear tire replacement = 4 hours thats not very efficient. The staff has very nice, but the process needs to be improved

My girlfriend and I were in the market for (2) new leases. We had visited Range Rover, Lexus, Jaguar, Volvo, etc... It was a battle to come to a place where we felt comfortable giving them our money/business at every dealership. We became more and more disheartened with the entire process of getting a luxury vehicle, so our expectations going into Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach weren't high. ALL that changed within the first 30-minutes at MBLB. Shawn in the sales-department was friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent about their process. He made sure he found us two cars that not only had the features we wanted, but he even found us the colors (in and out) that we wanted. Steve, in the finance department, along with Shawn, worked with us to get us an AMAZING deal. The cars are GORGEOUS; we couldn't be happier. MB has a saying on their lease paperwork folder, "Welcome to the family," and after our excellent experience at MB of Long Beach, we truly feel like we are. Getting your vehicle serviced here is almost like being on a mini vacation. Free coffee, cappuccino, donuts, snack food. Free internet. Beautiful lounge with 2 TVs (one in a special kids area). Text msg updates. Free courtesy ride home & back to pick up car. If there was a 6 Star rating I would use it!
