We have been tire clients here for years and have always received good service. Firestone Checked out my tires w/ o an appointment when the low pressure signal came on on my way back from work. They Diagnosed a small, slow leak and scheduled an appointment for the next day as there wasn’t sufficient time for repair before closing. When I brought in the car, Vista Firestone did a courtesy repaired / patch.

Leo and Cesar give great service. Amazing help, friendly and just awesome overall. You’re in good hands with these two.

Excellent customer service! I came in right at closing time with a tire that was hissing air and about to go flat. They stayed late no questions asked, and replaced the tire. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you Nasario and Cesar!

I dropped my car off with only an idea of what the issue was. They took their time with the troubleshooting. The final issue was different from what we originally thought but they were super communicative and most importantly they didnt charge me for services that weren't needed. I feel they are super trustworthy. This is the second time I brought my car here and I am very satisfied with their service. Thank you again.

I wanna give a major shoutout to both Caesar and Edgar. Caesars customer service was outstanding. My car had a flat and discount sold me a spare that was the wrong size. Since I was desperate and ran over to Firestone; Edgar hooked me up and was willing to install me a spare tire so I can get back on the road. Caesar was awesome and very willing to help me immediately despite the fact they closed only 20 minutes after my arrival! Truly the best service I could have asked for in a very desperate situation! Edgar and Caesar you both are amazing! Thanks so much!

The battery in my car died and it's in a really stupid spot. I called the Firestone in Vista and they were shockingly accommodating. David told me just bring it by and we'll take care of you. David is a man of his word. He ordered my battery and had it installed in a timely manner. This is the go to Firestone for me and my family.

These guys are great, I came in an hour before close and they took care of my tire with a nail in it! I offered to come back the next day if they didn’t have the time and they immediately took care of the issue. Made my day!!

I've been coming here for the last 8 years and everytime they have had exceptional customer service! I had the pleasure of meeting David today who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Firestone to all single women who have no knowledge about cars. Because these guys these guys were very honest with me and it's a very reputable company, and I've been to 4 other mechanics that pretty much try to bend me over and screw me without Vaseline, and so I came to these guys as my last resort. And they were honest with me. The price was great. I will recommend these guys 10 times over.

He explained what was wrong with my brakes/rotors, what was needed to fix the issue, and showed genuine care in, not only my safety, but that I received the best customer service. Great experience! I heard screeching and wanted to check my breaks before I drive back to Texas. The brakes were inspected for free and they are still good. I was told perhaps the noise is rust. My brakes are level 5 and usually need changing at a 3. Yay!

Cesar helped me with a quick and free brake inspection after I got an alert on my car. It turns out my brakes are fine but it was nice to get that peace of mind! Thank you Firestone!

Sergio was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He also was able to find me a good deal as I had to get a lot done on my car. Fair prices and quick service.

Called in around 9am on a Saturday, and was fortunate enough to schedule an oil change and a tire rotation the same day. The service only took a little over an hour (which wasn’t too bad especially since they were a little short staff when I came). I received excellent and personable customer service from both David and Nesario! They didn’t try to up sale and offered me tips to get more for my buck with the rebates available as a CFNA card holder.

Amazing service! Massive thank you to Nasario! He’s the mechanic who helped make it possible for me to bring my car home same night by staying late and fixing it right up. I will definitely come here again :)

David was so helpful. I needed a special tire and he quoted me for the tire. But it was out of stock and I came back but he managed to still give me discount with a better tire. Not only that, they did it very quickly. In less time than they said! I went for a walk and came back and it was done! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I'm so grateful for my tire service.
