My car was tire was losing air fast as I was driving go school after running over a screw so I made a stop at this Firestone location where Anthony took care of all my vehicle needs. Anthony got my car in and out of the shop very quickly and my car was good as new. His customer service was amazing.

They recommend this particular Firestone People are very kind and helpful. I appreciate when honesty it’s more important than doing lots of work on your car Which is what happened at the Carlsbad Firestone when I went in for emergency tire fixe

The staff were very friendly and upfront about potential timelines and cost. The maintenance team was professional and efficient so I was able to get my car back sooner than projected.

Friday afternoon and in a panic to get the engine battery replaced on my hybrid. I called Firestone and Gabriel was great! I want to take a moment to recognize this Firestone location for consistently solid service—but especially to highlight Jason for truly exceptional customer care. What stood out most about Jason was that he went above and beyond without being prompted. In today’s world, it’s common for customers to have to beg or plead when an honest mistake occurs—especially when that mistake directly affects them. That was not the case here. Jason took ownership even though it was a colleague at fault, acted proactively, and made things right simply because it was the right thing to do. That kind of integrity and customer-first mindset means a lot. It turns a routine service visit into an experience that builds trust and loyalty. Because of Jason’s professionalism, accountability, and genuine care, Firestone has earned my continued business and my recommendation to others. Excellent service, great people, and a location that clearly values doing right by its customers.

I just want to say how really awesome Jason Mcintosh is in regards to customer service . My Honda Accord had a message " Check Charge System" and I had bought my battery there so i took the car to have them looked at it . They did , they told me the battery is fine and the alternator is also charging well but the message kept popping up while I was driving so I thought let me take it to Honda. Honda told me they don't do diagnostics over the weekend I would have to leave the car there with them during the week. I just started working a full time job in San Diego and I needed my car so with prayer I felt the Lord leading me back to Firestone so I called a Friday evening , Jason spoke to me . He said brin it in early tomorrow morning and we will look at it .i was there 8:18 am and he checked it in . They called me around noon telling me I may need to change the alternator it is working but it did send a message to the circuits and that's the message I am seeing . he told me to come pick it up Because I didn't have the cash to do the repairs and my card was maxed out . I told him sure I would change the alternator. I am saving up for it . They didn't charge me for the diagnostic and he said to me if you have any issues bring the car in . That was so nice of him and so comforting to me . I had prayed the Friday before I took it and he was the Lord's instrument to take care of my car. I praise the Lord . This week I saw the message came back so I am saving up with the grace of the Lord it drove well and I will take it in the first week of January . I put my Faith in Jesus and the fact that they told me the alternator is charging well and placing my trust in the Lord he is faithful and He has never let me down. Thank you Jason. In Christ Jesus my Lord and savior Lilian I returned two weeks after My car had stalled and i lost my job not because of the car I was happy though it was relationship a new hire was just pouncing down on me and the Lord miraculously drove my car to the shop after I had waited and waited for a tow from travelers insurance and Josh Mc Intosh and his team took care of my car . They were so nice like a drop of water in a desert

I had a great experience with Jason and his team. I had called before I came in to ask about their three-year alignment special, and Jason was very nice over the phone and explained everything to me as well. He told me I could come in whenever and they would take care of me and get me in and out in under 90 minutes. I was there for about an hour. I had also asked him if he could give me a before, and after numbers of the alignment metrics, and they also provided me with that, which was really reassuring as well. I would definitely go back and visit Jason and his team for any other service as well.

My son owns a Chevrolet cruise bought in on the 11th of December 2025,we new we had issues with the car and started a process of elimination towards getting it fixed.A dionostic was done as issue were displayed instantly, work was done that was a priority but not as much as the major issue at hand. When leaving the the Firestone at 1120 North Hamilton road the car ran worse then the issue at hand.The manager Mr.Kyle was called as he listen very closely to detail and heard where the problem could have been and asked to bring the car back. Not only did he refund us back during such a financial hardship, but he was honest and didn't continue to rope us in. Thank you Firestone for listen and helping your customer with honesty and integrity - It goes a long way and ill continue to bring my vehicles to the Firestone on 1120 north Hamilton rd. Gabriel and Matt were super helpful! I came in the day before my actual appointment and they figured out a way to still do my oil change. Very friendly and communicative. Kept me informed the whole time. Will definitely come back again!!

I had a great experience at Firestone! I brought in my minivan for a bald front tire, and Jason took such good care of me. He helped me save money by getting two brand-new front tires at a fair price and even gave me helpful tips about my fog lights and struts. He was honest, friendly, and easy to work with. I paid with my Firestone card and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend!

Jason was amazing! We needed some very reliable all season tires. Integrity is a huge thing with him and his staff. He gave me the best advice for saving money and treated me like family. Anthony is my go-to guy, he’s always helpful always very informative, and is a great vibe, he assures of any time frames for my vehicle, and recommends me the best services I may need, he hooked me up with a great deal on tires, and walks me through with any oil changes with the best oil. Anytime I need an oil change, I always make sure I go through him, he’s very charismatic and hilarious, my services won’t be the same without him. 10/10 Service.

I have been going to this Firestone since I moved to San Diego last year. without fail, jason and anthony have provided excellent care for my cars and tires. its important to me to know people who provide services are putting me in their best interest, and I feel that jason does a great job of that. great service! fast and efficient work, I was very satisfied with the time taken to replace all 4 of my tires and a oil change. The sales men in the front were very welcoming and helped me get my appointment done and helped me with the maintance services my vehicle needed. I would definitively recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone.

Came in for having a nail in my tire, greeted me with respect and enthusiasm and reassured they would take care of it. They had an hour and 20 mins left until close and ensured they would get it done before closing. No charge, just great work and patch on the tire. Truly appreciate these guys and recommend highly!

Really great customer service. Greeted nearly the second I got out my car at 3:30pm, even though they close at 6pm they told me they could fit me in for a same day alignment and tire balance. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. There was definitely upselling but Gabriel explained the reasons for choosing between the different options as well as potential discounts associated with them. In the end I got upsold but I’m not unhappy about it. They did a fantastic job with my alignment and tire balance and provided a printout of the numbers and angles. Definitely taking my car back for any alignment needs

We had some issues with our car and brought it in for a service. Gabriel and the team are wonderful to work with. They were very clear about how long the repair would take and have wonderful communication. In addition, they offer very fair pricing for the work they do. I would recommend anyone take their car for a repair or tires. Also they're chill dudes so that's a plus too.

Firestone employées at this location are very knowledgeable and treat customers as if they are friends and family. The service is quick, and walk-in customers are treated like those who have reservations. I really trust their judgment, and actually enjoy waiting patiently in the lobby. I bring four of our family cars to this location and would not take them anywhere else.

Needed new tires for two vehicles today. Jason at Firestone was able to get me prices below nearby competitors. Jason’s went to great lengths locating and delivering 4 of the tires. He not only met but exceeded my expectations with regard to customer service and expertise. His knowledge in the industry is unparalleled by most I have done business with. I came in for a replacement on a flat tire, after being unimpressed with Evans Tire across the street. Immediately, I was greeted by Anthony, who listened to me explain my whole debacle of how I got my flat, and searched up the correct replacement tires. He showed me the different prices, and recommended one with a comparable price. After ordering the tire and estimating the time frame that it would arrive at the store, he scheduled me first thing in the morning on Saturday for the service to be completed. When I walked in, he remembered me from when we last spoke, and was just as informative and helpful. I feel comfortable knowing that my car is getting taken care of properly and efficiently!

I am so thankful to have Firestone down the street from our house. Everyone in there has made me feel welcomed and take the time to explain to me things I have no idea about. Jose was so helpful to me over the phone last night and Jason was helpful in getting me in as quickly as possible.
