All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The place is clean (as clean as a recycling place can be). It would be nice if everyone came with their cans and bottles seperated.
I Don't understand . What is that ( Tare) mean . i bring more that 20 glass bottle . they just give me 0.6 ! and full 3/4 barrel of plastic water bottle!! why they put tare 20 !
Good prices on recyclable materials. Typically it's quick and easy to get in and out. The people there are friendly and helpful and can help out if they can with the sorting. It's nice that they have a bathroom and a sink with soap to help clean up after.
Friendly helpful employees often help unload recyclables. Look for coupons but otherwise great prices. Clean, no swarms of bees from smelly beer-stained concrete. They have eclectic recycled objects or furniture for sale on the side.
I've been coming here for 20 years but no longer. They rip you off and steal from you. They only gave me 29 cents for my old catalytic converter. If catalytic converter are only worth less then 50 cents why are people stealing them constantly. Untrustworthy people.

I originally contacted Quality Recycling right after I left them after they took my Cat and only gave me 29 cents for it. Not only did they wait 3 months to respond to me they went on to tell me it didn't happen because they don't take Cats and I would've been turned away. Which was a plain lie because they did take it and mentioned NOTHING about NOT taking them. Pictures for proof.
In N Out. A very helpful staff that'll make all transactions quik and gets you, on your way. And my personal favorite, plenty of bins and trash barrels to go around for all to share and not have to wait on someone to finish their transactions before you can start or finish yours.
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a good experience. As a contractor I have an account with them for the times that I have scrap metals to recycle that don’t pertain to CRV refunds, and so there’s no waiting period for me to get paid on those instances. The place can get a little busy and at times seem hectic but if you know the game then it’s not too bad. The staff is usually directing traffic into the yard to avoid confusion when it’s busy, and often times they will assist you in transferring your crv goods into the appropriate bins. Just remember the glass goes into the trash can style bins, and the rest, cans and plastic goes into the netted style bins. Save yourself some time as well as everyone else’s and have your recycling pre sorted before you arrive, as it’s far too busy to try and do that there. They have a wash sink there on the right hand side of the first building, lower level if you would in case you missed it. Always nice to have the opportunity to clean up after a messy job like that. They also have random items for sale such as bikes or filing cabinets, empty 55 gal plastic containers, etc. These items are not guaranteed to be there as it’s totally random what they may or may not have, and will be located alongside the fence just inside the yard on the lower level. Always bring your ID and have it ready at the window. They often will include a nice two dollar bill with your crv return but not always. I feel like I get the most for my recycling at this location. I’ve been other places and left kinda wondering if they got everything right because I assumed I’d have a better payout. At quality recycling Im usually pretty content with the process and returns earned here.
I have always had the besr experience with Qualiry. They truly live up to their name. They not only pay decent money for my recycle, the employees there are very helpful.
I'd probably give 3.5 stars if I could. A few years ago it would have been 4 or 5 because they used to be more helpful
Don't go when it's almost closing time. They're in even more of a rush than usual and I'm pretty sure once or twice they got sloppy and ended up shorting me a few dollars. One time I tried to bring this up with the guy who'd cashed me out and he completely ignored me
I come here often to drop off my CRV items. Staff is always helpful and polite. I never have to wait in line long. They keep things moving and the place appears relatively clean and organized.
I was there today in the morning I was pulling my trailer with my truck and I was blocking a sierra truck and I saw the guy walking towards his truck and I ask are you leaving?
I ask two times and the guy ignored me then I start opening the doors from my trailer to unload the metal when the guy start saying really nasty things I try to ignore the fat guy then he was talking and screaming then I answered back the guy came out of the truck and start walking towards me saying to leave the premises and I ask are you the owner ? He said no but he was the owner’s son he was so furious I thought he was going to attack me physically he was so angry that I left the place the. The guy went driving behind me for some blocks I was so scared I will never go back to this place know knowing his dad is the owner, also one of the workers told me this guy treats them like that
I went yesterday so it was a Tuesday, it wasn't packed. I honestly think I spent less than 10 minutes there. I've never had a better experience at a recycling center. Everyone was so helpful and fast. As soon as I got out my car I was offered help. I honestly will probably always come here because they made my first time coming so easy. So just wanted to say thank you for the awesome service!
I come to this place all the time, very friendly and they have fair prices. However I came in today from a different way than I normally do, and I did not know that the northern entrance was a one way only. The parking person then came over to speak to me to let me know that it was a one way only. I except him to let me know and ask me to not do it again. Instead of doing that, he berates me and says I need to get my eyes checked out if I couldn’t see that it was a one way. I was very shocked by his reaction because the staff is normally quite nice. I realize I was in the wrong, but I don’t think that gave him the right to be rude to me as I apologized profusely.
Super efficient - I called ahead of time to make sure they were open, they told me wait was longer than usual, and we were in and out in 10 minutes! Please they're friendly and also help you empty your car (we had A LOT of cans and bottles) and fill up their containers... Will definitely go back!
Great place to recycle your cans and bottles and whatever else you have. They make it easy, you just fill up a container with your recyclables and then they’ll push it over to the scale to weigh it and then they pay you out right then. Quick and easy. Good job Quality.
The place is as good as any other place if not better. Everyone knows what they're doing, they work hard and as a team, and I've never thought that I was there any longer than I should have been. Someone always gives me a hand, and I always shoot that person a few bucks, usually depending on how much I brought in and how much of what I got that I need for myself. They might pay more than this place, they might pay less than that place, they probably always pay fairly and competitively I'd wager and it's not a big deal to me a few percentage points plus or minus. They've never gotten less than an A- from me, and I've been there dozens of times. IOW - THEY ROCK!!
Mgmt has really looked into their internal processes and work flow. The renovations they've made has really improved the customer turn around effectively. I'm usually in and out in less than 15min. The staff is very helpful and organized. And i always tip like $5-10 to the person who helps me. Even though there are several recyclers closer to my home, i prefer going to Quality.
Been going for years, easy in and out, does not NOT require caps off bottles, workers help with the sorting. Tip if you wish, they don’t ask, and I’m not even sure if there is a tip jar! Most the staff are friendly, some are quiet. When busy they have another area they open up. 5 stars for sure!
Holy cow that was easy!! I showed up in a dress after work wanting those bags of cans out of my truck. Four guys working there had it dumped in a bin ,told me about an online coupon and had me 17 bucks richer in about 4 minutes!!! Thanks nice dudes! RECYCLE AMERICA !!!
