Richard is an excellent mechanic, and trustworthy person.
I had a breaks replacement in a different place and right after having done it, a chirping sound was coming from the breaks , I stopped in Richards place and he fixed the issue placing the break pads in the right spot. he didn’t wanted to charge anything … since that day I have Richard as my mechanic, great prices and great human being.
Do not go here. They are liars.
I dropped my car off this morning at 8:30 after calling the day before to ask about their service fee and how long it'll take to diagnose. They told me it would take no more than 2 hours and that they would call me once they figured out the problem. After dropping off my car at 8:30 I called at 3:50 then again at 4:15 because nobody answered the first time and they said " oh we found the problem and it's going to cost a lot but I know a guy and I'll make sure it's cheaper. But you can’t pick up your car today because you close at 4:00. So you can pick it up tomorrow" I knew for a fact they closed at five based off google so I had said okay but then called back and said “hey I see here close at 5:00 and I need my car tomorrow.” Then he said I could pick it up. They lied, didn't call me when they found out, and wouldn't have called me until the next day." DO NOT GO HERE.
These guys KNNOW what they are doing. Brought my honda and isuzu rodeo to them.

I called several places to get a quote for work I needed done on my 2013 Murano and this place actually took the time to talk to me. I took my car in and they were very friendly and the most important thing, honest! They did not try to tell me I needed more work done just to make the bill higher and showed me on my car what the problem was not just telling me. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and will continue to get my car serviced here. Richards auto is great I had to have 2 vehicles get brake and light inspections done and they got me in and out in no time at all. Even hooked me up with another issue for free.
Complete lack of communication. Picked up vehicle after weeks and still not fixed. FAIR DISCLOSURE: Richard Spears and family are no longer associated with this shop.
I called up Luis Arturo for a brake and light check and smog and was able to do it. I was pretty happy and he did it as fast as possible. I'd recommend this place to anyone really. Luis Arturo is friendly and professional.
Wow, we looked high and low for anyone that is "certified " and it was such a challenge for us and our timeline... We are so thankful for all the help that was given to us and all our questions were answered. Very polite and extremely thorough. We were in and out of there with a certification to take to the DMV and to have our plates and registration completed. We will be going back again and again. We are truly grateful.
Awesome service. We are transferring our title from out of state and we were told we needed a brake and light inspection. It took about an hour and we got all of the paperwork we need. Would definitely recommend.
