This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. I do not recommend them to anyone. They assured me everything would be removed, but instead of taking all the junk, they threw some of it into my swimming pool to hide it. The person in charge of the cleaning was Joaquín. In the photo below, you can clearly see the items that were originally placed in the pickup area and were later found dumped in the pool. Be very careful if you leave them unattended — this is how they handle the job. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Also the person in the phone giving excuses why they did that!

Quick and Easy!! Nick and Jesse showed up, were very respectful, took all the junk from our recent move out of our backyard and gave me a break on the price. Called them two hours ago and now all the mess and stress is gone. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with the guys that came out very professional cleaned up really well they were very affordable. Would highly recommend them. They came in packed afull truck. Of cardboards thank you so much. We’ll definitely use you in the future if you needed it.

So I am doing spring cleaning at my home. I had some large items to get rid of. I called on Junk King because they were highly recommended by neighbors and friends! They came to give me a free estimate on what I needed done. I had received other estimates from other companies. But Junk Kings representatives were up front and transparent with me. They wanted my business and beat my other estimates. They scheduled to come back the next day to do the job! I like the quick scheduling they offered because I wanted it done as soon as possible! They came the next day and got right to work! It was impressive watching them do what they do best! They cut up my old spa and loaded it on the truck with no problem! They also cleaned up my yard when they were done. Now that was impressive to me! They were very professional the entire time! I gave them a good tip because they deserved it! Roland and Rudy were great! They were both extremely professional, kind, and hard working. They did a “full load” for us, and I was shocked at how quickly they got the job done. We even had an extremely heavy pullout couch upstairs which they removed free of any damage to our walls (unlike when our movers initially moved the couch in years ago). We give Junk King San Diego North 5/5 Stars and highly recommend to Family, Friends, and anyone living in North County San Diego who needs junk or even large furniture removed at an affordable price! The guys who managed my pickup were kind, efficient, and professional! I was able to negotiate a price with them (considering I only had two items for pickup) and representative, Joaquin, went above and beyond to accommodate. I booked an online appointment last night, got a call from them the next morning, they were on my doorstep no more than 10 mins after the call, and my junk was taken care of within mere minutes! Fantastic service all around, can’t recommend these guys enough. :)

Junk King is a great company. They will work with your budget. Two guys show up if you have heavy stuff. Super great guys who came to my house. I don’t have much money.so they helped me out a lot. I recommend using them. They came one time and were gone in 15 minutes. 💕💕

They broke down the bed frame we were discarding and carried out our heavy items carefully without scratching up anything, which we appreciate. Had a 7ft.double recliner couch that had seen better days. This heavyweight needed to go. Found Junk King on Google. Called them about noon, and they were able to be here in a few hours! Nice. Once they arrived, realized it was too big to get out the front door. Plan B was through the laundry room and garage. Before I knew it they had it out and in the truck. WooHoo! Great job! Price was reasonable. I’m sorry I forgot their names, but the 2 guys were so personable, too. All around great experience. I’ll use them again.

They did an excellent job clearing out an entire house full of junk (about four truckloads), including debris inside and outside the house as well as in the garage and shed. Their price was much lower than other quotes I received, and they communicated clearly with me throughout the process even though I couldn’t be on-site. Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely use them again.

Nick and Dylan were very very helpful and accommodating. They were willing to work within my budget and was able to pickup everything that was laid out for pickup. They worked very hard in breaking down a lot of the boxes we weren't able to so they could make sure they could fit everything in their truck. They worked quickly and efficiently and were good guys to chat small talk as well while still concentrating in their work. Nick and Dylan did a great job and good people which reflects the company in a positive light. Couldn't recommend this service and their hard work enough. They are well deserved the high rating I see they have posted here and other sites as well.

Junk King was quick, clean and easy. It was a good thing that we were organized and ready as Junk King came to our house within a couple of hours. Two very nice guys negotiated a fair price and had everything loaded and gone in a very short time. Importantly, my wife was favorably impressed and while we will miss some of the treasures, our home and lives are better.

I had an outstanding experience with Junk King when they removed my above ground jacuzzi. Their team was incredibly professional and accommodating, especially when I needed to reschedule my appointment they were flexible and made the process seamless. The four man crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had the jacuzzi removed in just ten minutes! They took great care to clean up the area afterward, leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend Junk King for their fast, reliable service and exceptional customer care. Five stars!

I reached out and got quotes from 4 junk companies, and Junk King truly came out on top. I called them to help demo and remove a tiki bar and empty jacuzzi from the previous owners. The deck was rotting and there were rats inside the electrical components. Junk Kings has a great phone service, prompt email confirmations, and their men are professional and considerate. Their price could not be beat, and they offered some serious discounts and great advice. I got a very affordable written quote on the spot, and they had an opening the very next day. Jonathan, Nathan, and Jason were very efficient, mindful of my nearby plants, and took care not to damage the patio and wiring we wanted to keep. They were also in and out in under 3 hours with some of that time spent raking, sweeping, and cleaning for me. I fully intend to use them again on my future projects!
