Very disappointing experience overall. The owner, Tom, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful during the interaction. The shop also appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made the experience even worse.
I expected much better professionalism, especially from a business connected with roadside and accident services. I hope higher standards are enforced moving forward.
I honestly hope the California Highway Patrol does not continue working with businesses that operate with this kind of behavior and lack of professionalism.

They came late on a Saturday evening to Los Angeles all the way from Vista Ca and did a great job taking care of my Ford F350. They loaded it with care and off it went. I called and received an update from them that it arrived at 8:30pm to the dealership Cali Auto Sales in Vista Ca from where I bought it. Thank you
Absolutely impressed with their service. I bought a wrecked Tesla that wouldn't move, they pulled it off the delivery truck and maneuvered it into my garage in a tight space. Very professional and very good at their jobs. Well done!

Amazing company totally recommend to those that are in need. My car stopped and I needed a jumpstart and the company was here in minutes! Great workers, and very understanding and reassuring.
