My mother needed a tire change and called for the service. A rude man named Lorenzo showed up with a bad attitude and yelled at my mother your son could do it! He was very rude and gave racist vibes. Without warning he Drove off saying explicits under his breath. My elderly mother was left stranded and in shock at the incident. Avoid Lorenzo at all costs! He needs some serious help and owes my mother an apology!
Randy with Hadley Towing, through AAA, provided outstanding service! He called to let me know he was on his way, kept me updated throughout, and called again once he arrived. He was very kind, patient, and informative when answering all my questions. Randy went above and beyond, he replaced my car battery, tested the first new one (which turned out to be defective), and made sure the second battery worked perfectly before finishing the job. I truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and dedication to making sure everything was done right. AAA is lucky to partner with Hadley Towing and to have someone like Randy on their team!
Had my car towed to a shop on Friday 10/24/2025. Hadley tow was on time and technician was very helpful, professional and friendly. Always good to have good service. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you Hadley Towing.
Hector was terrible he should be fired. This tow company is horrible they are not prepared for anything and they want you to damage ur car for their unpreparedness.
I called AAA and they sent Hadley Towing to help me with my car. The driver Gregory, was very helpful and gave great service. I truly appreciate him because I had just gotten off work and had car trouble. Thank you Gregory!
The family & I were recently on a Japan vacation, when l received a call from our neighbor that the city had just placed a notice on our street that street re-surfacing was to take place in (3) days. All vehicles are to be moved or else towed & impounded. My F-150 was parked on the street, locked, & with steering-wheel lock in place on the street in front of our house.
After making (4-5) overseas calls to local tow services to request tow service to re-position my truck onto our driveway, - No tow-service could assist me, as my locked F150 could not be moved without dragging my F150 & potentially !damaging my locked in PARK transmission.
I finally called HADLEY TOW in FONTANA, and they offered a rear-wheel lift tow-truck service to move my truck. As my AAA tow-service did not cover this type of tow, Hadley Dispatcher Jimmy upon hearing my oversea’s predicament, also offered a substantial discount - l readily accepted.
Within (30) minutes the tow -truck arrived, & with the assistance of my neighbor, the F150 within (10 minutes had been repositioned.
I was able to monitor the entire tow service event from my outdoor surveillance camera system on my iPhone. The tow-truck operator (Jose) was able to gain entry to my F150, to move the steering-wheel as required.
After service completion, my F150, was locked, re-secured with NO damage to my truck.
Good service, if ever l require local tow-service, l’ll reach-out to HADLEY TOW.
This place is a disgrace to be called a business.. they told my roadside assistance that it would take less than 60 minutes to tow my car... after an hour and a half we inquired and they said it would take another hour and a half to 2 hours... when I confronted them telling them that my roadside assistance had told me it would take less than 60 minutes she hung up on me and will not answer my phone calls. Hey then call my roadside assistance again to express my concerns they told them they can't get here to 1:00 in the morning mind you my original call was at 9:00 p.m I will not stop trashing this pathetic tow truck company
On Sunday 8/24/2025 Hadley Tow Damaged my daughter’s tire rim and refused to pay to replace it! It’s going to cost her $900 to replace her 2021 Chevy Trailblazer rim. That’s how they treat AAA member for over 25 years!
I lock my keys in trunk your driver open door but my car would not open due to the security alarm driver help getting keys from the back seat through a tiny opening his name is jose great man thank you
Had an amazing experience with a very competent and delightful young man who towed my vehicle on a flatbed.
Elian, a young man destined to serve his country soon, was fast, efficient, safe and extremely personable.
If this young man is any indication of the service that Hadley Tow offers, then they deserve 5 Stars plus!

I have been repeatedly stalked, followed, and harassed by drivers from Hadley Towing for the past two weeks. I have multiple videos and documented evidence of their trucks pulling up beside me, hitting air brakes, and engaging in intimidating behavior.
When I finally confronted one of their drivers, he covered his face and fled the scene. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and dangerous. I have already made my situation public and will take legal action if the harassment continues.
The public should be aware of this pattern of behavior. For my safety, I am leaving this review so others know what I have experienced directly from Hadley Towing employees.
After waiting multiple hours for another tow company to show up, we were so appreciative that Jermey rushed over to our rescue at 3:30 am at LAX! He was efficient, kind, and got our battery started back up in no time with a few tips for the next day too.
I had a tow truck driver Anthony come and pick up my classic on 6 -28 and it was the best service I've ever dealt with. He was on time. Polite. Took time to strap down all wheels. His response was 10 minutes. I've heard stories and read reviews on Hadley. But after service from Anthony they seem they are going in the right track.
I had the Pleasure of being assisted by Alejandro today! He made everything easy and was kind through the whole process and so helpful. Also Clay came before him and he was also very kind! I left my car keys and had to go and get them. He said no problem things happened and was very professional yet understanding about it. Hadley has a great team from what I experienced!
If I could give zero stars I would, they damaged my vehicle, driver denied causing the damages while I had 3 witnesses and videotape evidence. Took almost 4 weeks to settle with the company, but they did eventually take full responsibility
Years ago Hadley Tow had good service. My car was towed by WPD. My fault. They took it while I was not at my car. They used that safety lever by the the automatic gear shift. It had a small cover. They didn't put it back and I can't find it anywhere in my car. I don't like the way it looks without it. I know their goal is to get in and get out quickly. But that's unacceptable. It is still someone's car. They are open on Sunday 10a.m. to 12pm and I got there at 10. The girl opened the window without acknowledging me for about 15 minutes. She took calls and made at least 4 or 5 calls before asking me for my paperwork. About a month ago, I waited with my friend for Hadley Tow. What was supposed to be 45 minute wait, ended up being almost 3 hrs. During that wait, I called, was put on hold and hold again. After quite a few minutes, I gave up and hung up. Terrible attitude and Terrible service. The driver was OK with his service once there.
Semi truck hit me and ran. I spun off the side of the freeway into the embankment. It was a Friday evening, so understandably the wait was long. In the almost 3 hours, not even CHP showed up, but Hadleys tow truck, through AAA, fished me out. The car seemed operable, so I drove it home. Thank you for being the most helpful that evening and getting me out of that situation!
I called AAA to unlock my car and Hadley was supposed to be my service provider. They never showed up, they started by pushing the arrival time to an hour, then 3 hours and until I complained to AAA they still did not show up. SUCKY Service to say the least.
Was hit by one of these guys years and years ago and they had no remorse. Recently, they were driving so fast on small streets. Would never work with them, even if that means paying more with someone else
My son and grandbabies broke down on a busy intersection Rene and his partner not only towed our car but made sure oncoming traffic didn't endanger the babies and helped get our family across the intersection safely and got the car on the tow truck and at a repair shop within minutes. Very efficient professional and they truly went the extra mile Thank you so much Rene as well as the other driver who made sure our vehicle was safe from oncoming traffic
When you have to spend 3 hours in traffic with a tow truck driver, you definitely want to ride with Hector. Thank you for the great experience and your help. The universe knew what it was doing today.
Had to go through AAA and this is where they sent me. Do not use this location for a tow. They were two and a half to retrieve the car and refused to take it if I spoke to them. I only had a pleasant experience with Rodney, the other two drivers, Asmodi and I believe Adrien, were completely disrespectful and unprofessional. If I were Rodney, I would leave this position and search for a much better company. He was respectful and courteous, very understanding of the situation. The other two were of the rhyming with tick variety.
Set it up through AAA which was a bit confusing but I called the actual place and the person on the phone was very helpful and with in minutes Jason the driver called me to tell me he on his way.
Picked up my car like a champ and we made it to our location.
Richard from Hadley Tow in Whittier was great. I had a misunderstanding at first with the dispatch and the address but they worked to get it fixed and take care of my situation. AAA chose a good company to do business with them. Thank you Richard
My car was stolen December 2023 by a 19 year old. Hadley picked my car up and towed it to there shop. When the Whittier police department called and told me where it was, I called the following morning and got the information on getting my car (location, price, etc.) When I arrived, I was able to check for damages, missing items. My car was cleaned out…front seat covers, booster seat, portable battery charger, gold sweater, company ID, cheep sun glasses, car cover, hand sanitizer. Keep in mind it was not ransacked. I went back inside and told them what was missing and their response was “This is how it came in”. I spoke to Ron the manager and told him that I think the DRIVER took my stuff. He said he would take a look at the video camera and get back to me. Oh, I was also charged an additional day. When I asked if the key was recovered they told me no. A few weeks later when I received the police report it stated the key was indeed recovered . I immediately called and asked about my key and of course they had it but NEVER called to let me know. I did have a spare but had to pay $400.00 to get an extra FOB. Because the guys were caught, I was contacted by the DA and I shared with them things missing. Come to find out when they were arrested the items missing were still in the car!!!! Hadley is very dishonest. Thumbs down to Ron, the office workers, and the THIEVING TOW TRUCK DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!
This company is not professional. They refused to tow my car 3 times thru AAA. They made me wait for over an hour just to cancel the order. I’m a good customer of Hadley Auto Body and l have reffered my family as well, and l felt disrespected by this company. The first time l went in person to the yard’s office the lady in the window was arrogant. This company sucks!
Juan or John was dispatched by AAA, called, arrived on time, hooked up my damaged vehicle & deposited it at ano location, where I would meet him there! I never got to say THANK U, as he'd already completed task! I was unable to fill out AAA survey, system err.
