I ordered a towel assembly for my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado and when it came in, it was the wrong one didn't look nothing like mine so I went back on their website to see if maybe I had ordered the wrong one and found three different tile assembly that says it's an exact bit for my 2007 Silverado 1500. I do not recommend this company because they're part information is incorrect.
Never had customer service like this before at an auto auto parts store. I’ve been to many including auto parts location like Auto zone. Everyone is usually too young and miss informed, or arrogantly pushy. JP auto parts changed that image for me today. Shout out to Jorge. This guy was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and patiently kind. I don’t know anything about cars and you can tell. He still treated me with respect and kindness. He was not arrogant or pushy. He genuinely wanted to help me. Well done Jorge ?. I’ll be back for any and all my car parts need.
We always find everything we need for our car, sometimes original parts and the best part, they have good prices. I always like to compare prices online before buying something. The owner is always respectful and kind.
Got a part here A rebuild. With one year warranty. And now i come back 6 months laiter he says its not from here. I have pictures of the part. Now i see they use the same one to rebuild it. And give it back and they told me that one day they had to order it from another store
Ordered a turn signal light for Nissan truck, quick delivery it arrived within a week. The part did fit but could not use it, because the connector plug was wrong. I submitted a return online, no response.
Excellent place to take your business to, awesome customer service, they treat you like a real person not a number and the prices are unbeatable even compared to online stores.
I’m honestly really upset. I bought an alternator from here and it failed the same day it was installed. I paid a mechanic to do the job, and now I have to pay again to have it redone with a better part. That’s money and time I’ll never get back. This should never happen. The parts here are clearly low quality—don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a little more elsewhere and get something reliable.
I ordered a headlight and the tracking said it was delivered but I never received the package. I reached out to the company and they told me to call FedEx so I did. FedEx said it's super easy, they just need JP auto to call them and they will give them a refund so that they can reship the headlight or refund me. When I told JP auto, they told me (again) that I have to call FedEx.... I asked if they would resolve this by a certain date, because it has already been 2 months since it was supposed to be delivered and they never even replied again. I had to do a chargeback with PayPal to get my money.
Bumper came in folded into 2 so it looks warped and messed it up, took it to a paint shop and they said even with a paint job it’s not gonna look good

I placed an order for a 2016 Ford Fiesta left rear brake light assembly. After ordering it, I realized that what I ordered the the inner piece and I really needed the outer portion. I used the contact us feature and asked if they could cancel my order. It was late on a Saturday, so I wasn't sure if they would see my request prior to shipping it. I actually got a kind email on Sunday which said they did indeed cancel my order and they thanked me for my business. Unfortunately, they don't sell the outer tail light but I would definitely do business with them again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I called this morning and asked price on a canister gave him year make and model gave me one price asked him twice on it and said it was a special order I had to come in and give a deposit upon arrival gave me a complete different price and smerked about it, very unprofessional wasted my time.
Purchase a bumper, and the worry bumper was sent and will not do anything about it. Try to make it my fault.. Did not know it was the worry bumper until after 30 days .will reorder and see if they get it right this time
Easy to order my new headlights, great price. Took an extra day to get here but they provided plenty of communication and it was the week before Christmas. Had them installed by my mechanic and the truck looks good as new.
So first I never post reviews,but this place is a scam. No customer service, an anyone what's to know I'll be having this company look into for multiple fruad issues. That's it take your chance with these scam artists.
I was sold a defective pump and when I took it back I had to pay restocking fee...
There is not such a thing as a restocking fee on a defective part.
No customer should pay for a defective component anywhere.
And belive George pocket the money cause he didn't give me a receipt...
The guy who runs the shop his name is Jorge hes very informative an offers alot of help when looking for the right part for your car an his parts are warrantied. This is the place to go
Jorge provided great customer service and I also saved more then 50% on my parts. Autozone had the same part for double the price. This location also rebuilds everything for your car or truck.
The customer service is awsome and way better compared the other auto parts shop around the corner. Employees at JP Auto Parts take care of you quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
