Let's face it. Any time you have to go to the auto parts store, you know what's coming $$$. This Orielly's has friendly, helpful staff, so I keep coming back.

Assistant manager Diane was very unprofessional. Refused to help me with our commercial account. Very disappointed

When my husband and I went to get a part we had put on hold, while paying the cashier at that moment accused us of having a fake $100 bill since it didn’t have a blue line on it. It was super humiliating for him to even accuse us! He said he had to keep it since it was fake with no blue line, we ended up leaving next door to CVS they scanned it and the marked it with the pen and said whoever told you it was fake obviously didn’t check it right, to top it off was an older $100 bill. What a humiliating day! After we went back to notify him and get out part we had ordered and he proceeded to say he couldn’t comment on the subject anymore ?

Today O’Reillys is a waste of time needed a stud from my water pump and have nothing but exhausted studs

Staff was helpful although they did not have a remanufactured part I needed. They only had a new part in stock at twice the price for a Ford F150 the most popular vehicle sold. Seemed like a sales strategy rather than a shortage since other local parts dealers had the remanufactured parts in stock.
