I use there tow like I had many many times before the tow man towed my car home after the tow truck left I looked at my car on the trunk of my car was a few dents and abrations I call enterprise towing to let them know what happen the person that answer when I went to explain what happen kept enterrupting me try to defend the driver she didn't really want to listen to my story when she wasn't at the tow at the time my inccedent happen they have no integrity as business owners they had no reason to not take care of me as a customer they have insurance for things like that but refuse to allow there insurance to take care of me I also own my own business I would never ever treat a customer like they treated me I will never use there business agin in life and I pray that this review is seen by people who know who they are they are not upstanding people in our community when it comes to towing your car so always have second thoughts about useing there towing business if your car is damaged by someone that works for them they will refuse to take care of the damaged I wasnt surprise but I am upset that they handle me in a very unprofessional manner the owner argued about whether or not the driver damaged my car well the abrasions weren't on my before he towed it be careful who you give your money to in this pandemic businesses will scam you for no reason now what are they gaining from this. Car blew radiator on busy Hwy 29. AAA quoted 90 minute estimate and expect Enterprise Towing. I’ve used Enterprise before and have found everyone super polite and helpful. Deb, dispatcher, called right away with two hour estimate! We thought yikes, but after a ten minute wait, Deb called back with a 10-15 minute wait. Felix showed up, quickly got the car up and met us at the house. Five stars to Deb and Felix for their professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. Cheers guys!!!

Deb is a terrible human being. Do not do business with this company. My dad broke down in Middletown and needed a tow to Healdsburg. Fully within his 100 mile tow. She claimed he wasn't on my account even though I have his number and said she didn't want her driver driving to Healdsburg. That was the real problem, it's not that he doesn't have AAA it's that she didn't want to honor his 100 mile tow. She told the driver, who already had him in the truck, to drop him off and leave him on the side of the road when it's dark and raining. This company should not be in business with her shady business practices and AAA should not be partnering with a company who won't uphold their end of the deal. If deb is an employee she should be fired. If she is the owner she should not be in business.

I was locked out of my truck.. my fault.. had to wait 3+ hours in over 105 degree heat even though I was right down the road. They wouldn't take Farmers insurance. It may be Farmers insurance problem though. I was willing to pay but there were no services trucks available.

My husband's car was impounded and we paid to get the car out and when we went to pick up car the stereo and all 4 round speakers been stolen from his car and the speaker wires was hanging out of the car. My husband's car had been ransacked and gone threw , the back seat was sideways and the spaire tire was standing up in the trunk. His impact drill, work light, brandnew vapor pin, all his change in the middle console was gone. The thing is they removed my husbands 2 subwolfres and amp and an old broken cell phone from the car.(now my husbands amp isn't working) i had showed The driver the condition of the car when we were there to pick it up and he told me that the owner knows that people are breaking into the yard to steal things from cars and that the owner doesn't even want to repair the lights in the yard. And to call cause there office was closing and we wouldn't make it in time to report the stolen iteams. So I called and the lady said she would give the message the owner Pete, but it has been 3 business days and have not got a single call back. It is the tow company's responsibility to make sure that a vehicle is safe as soon as it is in there position untel retrieved or sold etc... my husbands car was only there for 3 days. I am hearing from motipule people that this is nothing new it happens all the time there and the owner does not car and is not interested in doing anything about it. So why are they still in buisness???

Called to get a tow from Lakeport to Clearlake. Paying cash. Told 5 hour wait for service.

the entire team was just plain good. on the ball and willing to make things work. i was stuck in low range at knoxville ohv and they came out and carried my truck into lakeport. darrel, deb and the first lady on the phone who's name escapes me we excellent to deal with. highly recommend.

Called to get towed and was told it would be 2 hours. Agree 2 and a half hours i had to call back and was told that someone said i didn't need the tow. I told them I didn't call and say that. I was then told that it would be an hour. After an hour and a half I had to call back. I was then told that they were waiting for a driver. All together on the side of the road for over 6 hours. Completely ridiculous.

They are a pooe example wouls not come up my hill and pick up my car.

Driver refused to take it up a gravel road that the same size truck has been up multiple times before. Months later I needed another tow, enterprise told me to wait 8 days or find a different provider. Seems like since there the only provider in town they turn down any calls that are a hassle. So much for emergency towing services.

Had to argue the law about keeping property out of a police towed vehicle.

Said 90 minutes. 3 hours later the driver was told to call me but has not!!!

Was frustrated with All in One towing, because of the driver's inability to tow my car and the driver's attitude. I called Enterprise and the driver, Danny was there in less than an hour. He went above and beyond to help me. The car wouldn't start and wouldn't go in to neutral. Danny took the time to research and fix the problem so he could get it towed to the auto shop. Enterprise is the only towing company I will use because of the quality service I received.

I have AAA I feel safe to have enterprise in Clearlake You guys our the best

The worst tow company .Christmas my car broke down called aaa this company potched the call got to a pbone called aaa told aaa have tow company pick me up at the close she) gas station ny the time we got there this place picked o t up and towed to there lot .even tho they take aaa they refused to give me. A aaa they charged me around 400 i got there on xmas eve to pic up was 10 minutes late and the pwner wouldnt give me my car I explained .My dog was dying my daughters needed transportation from airport. They didnt give a shot .my dog died and never got to see my daughyers for Xmas FOR A TOW THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOUCHED IT WAS NOT IN THERE JURISDICTION IT WAS THE TOW COMPANY I .CAME WITH.THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY.GO ANYWHERE ELSE...BAD PEOPLE AND VERY DISHONEST

We broke down driving in the mountains to go camping a long long way from home and Dave really bailed us out. He had a ton of leverage over us: we were stranded on the side of a road in the dark with a dying phone. He did not abuse this leverage in the least. I hesitate to even try to explain how absurdly helpful, kind and giving this man was with his time and effort because I do not want a future client get unfair expectations at what was clearly unreasonably generous service. I am confident in saying though that I have never had such great service, that the price was exceedingly reasonable given the circumstances, and that if you get the option to choose who tows you that you will not regret calling these people.

Driver was friendly and service was prompt the first two times. Place another call and now they refuse to come out to my home because I live on a county maintained gravel road. They said I could bring the car to the pavement and they will come get it. Well it's broken down. What gives. Half of Lake Co. is dirt roads. These guys need to get their act together or move their office out of state, since California roads are terrible. They left me stranded. Thanks for nothing.

My 3 year old and I were traveling from Oregon to see my inlaws mid May. We were 4 hours into our 6 hour trip, things were going great, the drive was beautiful along Hwy 20 until my transmission light came on and my car wouldn't shift. I quickly pulled over to the side of the road. Matt from Enterprise came with an extended cab roll back to pick us up. He was so helpful and amazing. I have never met such a nice guy! He went above and beyond to help my daughter and I get to my lnlaws house that night, it was very late! He talked to my towing company to get me to the town where my vehicle could be best serviced. I don't write reviews, but I absolutely felt I needed to for this fantastic company and driver! Thanks again Matt, you are one of a kind!
