Great service, very helpful staff.

They always have what I need. At least so far and it was very quick and very friendly service and I was out of there in a jiffy.

Charlie was the man. AutoZone, everybody else at O’Reilly’s and Napa could not find a part for me. Charlie spent two minutes and he found it for me. Can’t thank him enough.

Fast and friendly. Guy was very helpful, put on the new windshield wipers I just bought and told me about some products.

Love the employees. They make it a family place. Highly recommend their store. Great manager as well, Charles.very knowledgeable.

Had driven many miles across winding elevated highways to clear lake on a late saturday evening to find was very low on engine oil,small town every garrage and store in small town shut for weekend - except O’Reilly, at that late weekend hour it seemed almost god sent, the only person managing the desk at that late hour was most helpful and went beyond and above his duties to help get matching oil and helped me top up and that saved my weekend and travel back safely. One can truly count on O’reilly’s at any time someone is stuck in such situations. They have extended hours, well stocked stores and most helpful policies and well trained and knowledgeable staff.

I REALLY DO HAVE A DEEP RESPECT FOR THE STAFF AT THE CLEARLAKE CA O'REILLY'S!!!! IN THE LAST FEW..(PLUS) YEARS.... THEY HAVE HELPED ME.. BEYOND JUST BEING PROFESSIONAL... I CONSIDER THE ATMOSPHERE... AS FAMILY!!!?

Had a great experience dealing with Steve assistant manager, he help me work out an issue with my truck alternator. Solved my problem, set me up with a new 1. Great employee's Jorge did his best to try and get my issues solved. I recommend this store if you want professional support and great customer service.

Just called to price a headlight relay for an 08 impala. Stephen said the horn relay is the exact same part as the headlight relay to switch the two put to verify the relay is the issue. Not many people would go the extra mile like that. Thank you Steven!

The staff I've worked with at the Clearlake store are very helpful and knowledgeable. So far, the quality of their products has been good and priced competitively.

The place looked well stocked with a lot of merchandise well on hand except for the customer service. I was amazed at how many people were waiting in line when I entered the establishment. I noticed there was only one employee behind the counter trying his hardest to wait on one person at a time giving them full attention and advice showing them what isle to look in store to find what they were looking for . I wish I was working there I would have jumped in and helped the next person in line.!!! I'm sorry I couldn't stand around waiting and watching the associate try to take care of everyone ! And as the customers began to get impatient. Good job to you and only _you_ O'Reilly employee. ?

They have not failed me yet. Anytime I request a part they got it and at a decent price. The people are super nice and helpful. As a woman who fixes my own vehicle(s), I feel comfortable here and I don't feel like they take advantage of me being a woman or talk down to me either.

Had everything I needed and at reasonable costs. Staff were friendly and from what I could see with their interactions with other customers they were very knowledgeable.

Fantastic service, always greetings with a smile, informative. I'm a women and this store my opinion matters and I'm not treated like I don't know what I'm talking about. So there all you males who think women don't know about cars and such. I'll beat I could teach you a thing or two!

Steven was awesome! When I called someone told me they'd have to order the part. Called back and got Steven it was in stock and he had it sitting there waiting at the counter when I arrived! Thank you Steven you renewed my faith in OREILLYs.

Decent place, knowledgeable people there, but you tend to have to look for help. Having worked hardware in a mom & pop style store, you'd expect to be offered help as soon as you walk through the doors (if it's not slammed)

I don't normally shop this particular O'Reilly's. As it is in Clearlake, California. On Clearlake in Lake County. It's not as close to me as the one in Lakeport, on Clearlake in Lake County California. On the day I stopped in at this one. I was doing other business in Clearlake and hoped to avoid having to go to lakeport later that day. As most franchise businesses go. This one is well maintained and the people who work there knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I'm only giving a three star review is, first off this stores parking lot is a hazard to get in and out of. Especially for those who have a physical challenge. The parking lot wasn't always this way. When the store was first built it had plenty of room for a larger parking lot. Unfortunately someone decided that it could be cut down and part of the space could be sold for an additional business. There by making it a harder place to park and access ♿ while other cars are entering the narrow parking lot. So for those of us who are physically in need of mobility assistance, be aware of this parking lots hazards when accessing the store. I did purchase the item I was looking for, it was reasonable in comparison to the other three major Auto part store we have in the area.

No I know my experience was really good I went in and found an item that I didn't think they'd have for a new truck but to my surprise they had it kudos to O'Reilly's they've got my business lastly they met and exceeded my expectations thank you

Had to drive from Hopland to go get a alternator ukiah didn't have it. Then I get it installed it and it was bad. The clip where the wires connect was off. Look like a factory defective, good thing the ukiah store excited it.

Absolute worst customer service i have experienced ever in any business. They sold me a cordless tool that when i got it home and opend it there was no charger inside. I try to return it and they would not help me. Now im stuck with a 100 plus dollar paper weight!! When i was leaving a different customer was trying to get a battery for his car and it ended up with two employees in the parkinglot squaring off with him trying to fight the guy!!! The employees did this!!! Absolute worst place i have ever been to! Plus the guys that do help you after standing there forever dont know a thing about cars or the parts they are selling. Total joke, go to napa across the street. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I regret coming here to do business with them so hopefully you dont make the same mistake i did!! Stay away from here because you will either get robbed or beat up by the people that work here

I'm sure I've previously mentioned how I love O'Reilly's Auto Parts. Just had the opportunity to visit the one in Clearlake this morning. I had called last night to put a hold on the 900 watt generator, as we have a "planned emergency power outage" scheduled tentatively for tomorrow. [I'd rather have a generator we end up not needing (this time), than defrosted meat & spoiled milk (like last time).] And this 900 watt generator was on sale for $194, plus tax (& the cost of 2-stroke oil, and motor oil... and a gas can and a couple of gallons of gas!) So I called the Ukiah store to put one on hold till morning, since they had sold out during the last 3-day "red flag warning". After I had hung up, my husband said that we were closer to the Lakeport store, and he'd rather go there. So I called Lakeport; they were out, and they couldn't transfer the one from the Ukiah store to Lakeport, like they can with parts. They directed me to the Clearlake store, even gave me the phone number. Lo and behold, Clearlake had one. And they were willing to hold it till I got done at work in the morning. When I popped in about noon, they has it set aside with my name on it, made sure I got 2-stroke oil, motor oil, & that I had a gas can at home, and carried it out & stowed it in my trunk for me. Talk about service! All the employees there were helpful AND smiling. I'd go back there in a minute.

I got headlight bulbs and windshield wiper blades and was surprised to have the guy checking me out offer to install them for me for no charge. I know how to do it, but really appreciated it, because it takes time and can be a messy job. They've definitely won my business!

It was good I order a part on line that they had in stock paid for it and waited for email .. Well they haven't had to many of this type of issue so it tought them something else there store does but they was a lil freaked out because the person from the last shift had gotten it ready but they had no idea where they put it 4 employes looked and found it and We was all Happy .. We are not perfect and learning is a everyday experience I am.very happy with my service and there on.line shopping ...
