Even with an appointment they tend to not start your oil change until an hour after drop off.

People there are very rude. I have had multiple instances where the staff gave attitude or just up and left. The work is fine, though.

What can I say. April was helpful happy and efficient all round. Job done correctly and within a decent time frame. Thanks for keeping this affordable Walmart.

Was told I had a 3 hour wait for tires as it was first come first served. Waited 3 hours and was then told my car would be next as long as no oil changes came in. Oil changes take priority. To add to the experience, I had my 2 and 3 year old nieces I had to keep entertained for going on 4 hours now. Never again, walmart clearlake auto center is awful. Not worth the money saved

I've had Walmart change my oil and also flush/clean my fuel injectors. Both services seemed to be done safely, correctly and with care. Everyone who works in the Auto Care department is friendly and knowledge. Oil change is first come, first serve, but I did not have to wait long.

Had to fight them tooth and nail to take a return in a battery I bought because their mechanic told me mine was was bad. Mine was less than a month old but I needed to get home so I bought the battery on their mechanics recommendation. After having mine tested I took theirs back to them the next day and after about an hour of arguing with manager he finally took the return under the conditions that I never buy a battery there again. And I never will

We desperately needed a tire repair on a Saturday at 3pm afternoon. Walmart was supposed to be open till 5, so we went there. Two 20 year old kids were sweeping, closing up shop 2 hours early. First they tried to tell us that our sprinter van camper was too heavy for their jacks (??), then that they didn’t have time (All of their bays were completely empty), then that they weren’t sure how to do a simple tire repair (as techs at a tire repair shop). Nearby BigO saved us. Even though they really were just about to closing time, but they did a clean kind thorough job! Johnny the manager was so kind and his team tracked down the leak and had it fixed in 20 minutes. Well, turns out Johnny is the reason Walmart went downhill and bigO is awesome. He was the good manager at Walmart who left for good reasons and all the best techs joined him. Get wise. Skip a bad Walmart auto experience.

I had a friend that worked there before & he told me 3 or 4 people had actually been given their car back after a simple oil change and the workers forgot to put oil back in their cars !!! Unbelievable !!!

Had a oil change and tires rotated on my 2016 Kia Soul. When I got home I noticed my tire sensor was on which indicates low tire pressure. All the tires were low in air. I fixed it myself. The next morning I notice oil on my driveway. My car has never leaked oil until they worked on it. I inspected the undercarriage and their was oil all over the skid plate(under cover). I understand everyone has a bad day, but this was a little to much for me. The drain plug was leaking. It was fixed. I purchased and supplied my own oil and filter(Valvoline Full Synthetic). I noticed the remaining oil in the container and there was over a quart left in it. There should be less than a quart. I noticed this because I usually change the oil myself. The oil container purchased holds five us quarts. The crankcase holds 4.23 us quarts. There should be less than a quart left. I checked the engine oil level and it was on mark. So why was there more oil remaining than should have been? Only two possibilities, either he put some other additive in my crankcase or he didn't change the oil filter...I don't feel comfortable with this Walmart, it seams to be run by criminals...Scott changed my oil and Jason tried to defend the work by stating Scott is one of their best. Jason made me feel like it was my fault and at one point was arguing with me. There is no excuse for the shady work. They will never work on my car again nor can I give a recommendation...

I went in to the Tire/Automotive center for new tires. Was helped by Alan and was told it was busy that day( I got there at 10:30 am) and it would be possibly up to two hours for my truck to be done. I said that is fine and went off to do some shopping. After almost an hour I go back to the tire center and when I walk in Alan looks suprised and disappears into the tire stock room. A few minutes later he comes out rolling 1 of the four tires for my truck. Originally when he quoted me the price I had questions about the mileage warranty so he scanned the tire he brought out to show me and get approval on. He scans it and discovers it's the wrong tire. Back it goes and a few minutes later out he comes with a different tire. He scans it and its the correct tire. So after almost an hour shopping he rolls out my tires and I proceed to wait 3 more hours for it to be finished. The customer service there is really appalling and I wont be going back for anything there again. Ive had much better care and service at other Walmart's. Two other customers were there with me and had similar experiences to mine. Be warned.

Everyone tries to get it done. Keep in mind that the people that work here don't make up the rules in an attempt to piss you off. Only those who really need this job would work here. Try being nice to the help. You get to go about your business and forget about what stupid little problem you have. These people have to deal with A- Holes like you, all day long and do it with a smile on their faces. All this, while working for a soul crushing company like Walmart. Be nice, it's your choice to be in a bad mood, or not.
