In 2021, individuals could recycle all container glass, cans, paper, and cardboard at this location. Alas, in fall of 2023, that is no longer the case. Waste Management is not accepting any recyclables here. In fact, according to the front desk there is *no place* in Tehachapi to recycle materials except Field Recycling behind Home Depot and Field only accepts beverage bottles and cans CA CRV labeled (but they do pay you for them!) . So there is nowhere in Tehachapi to recycle other food jars and cans, or paper, or cardboard. :-(
