Almost always a bad experience. Can’t order over the phone? You can at other part stores… then not being able to find the right part, poor quality products and staff that just make finding parts miserable. There’s a couple dudes that work here who are awesome and helpful. Not just this location. Autozone is just been going downhill. So much Chinese junk that fails
It's a little bit small compared to some of the other autozones.I've been in, but the staff here is quite helpful, especially if you hang on to your receipt.They're very helpful with product exchange's returns or warranties.As well as a little help out in the parking lot with your car or vehicle. I would recommend this location for anyone needing car parts or help
Ordered a part off of the AutoZone website and it arrived damaged. The return process online says to bring it to the store, but when I called the store the employee that I spoke to was extremely rude and told me I had to send it to the third party that they (AutoZone) ordered it though. I called the hotline number and they got it reordered for me.
The employee clearly does not know what he is doing and has extremely poor customer service. Sounded like he had an issue with me calling about the issue I had with my part.
I was working a Coolant system issue on my Toyota Matrix and i was given incredible service, they were not able to find the part I broke, and I had a trip the next day, but he made every effort to find it and then came up with a better solution after we couldn't find it. I searched all over town and every autoparts store had to order it, this was the only store that went above and beyond solving my problem and didnt let me leave until they tried everything possible to get me a solution today. I appreciate it so much.
The Auto Zone staff are always super helpful. I went in for a new battery and James showed me all my options and helped me pick a good battery, and replaced it right there. He was super friendly and professional, and afterwards helped me find the right wiper blades for my car.
Went to AutoZone with battery issues.

I was driving from the Bay area to Raleigh North Carolina and I started having car troubles near Tehachapi. I pulled into the AutoZone on Tucker and was assisted by James and Johnny who went above and beyond your typical customer service. I safely made it to Raleigh North Carolina with no problems after stopping at AutoZone and have JAMES, Johnny, and Gino to THANK from the bottom of my heart!
Special thanks to Vincent Lopez! He tested our battery and determined it did not have sufficient cranking power. We purchased a new battery which Vincent installed for us on a cold Tehachapi evening. Vincent then tested our charging system and we were pleased to find that the alternator was good. Thanks again Vincent for getting us back on the road!
These local guys are always ready with the answers Google forgot to give me. They also stock most everything for the major marques, or can get one shipped over pretty quick. 15 years on they're my go to, especially when I was stationed overseas and needed parts for my US ride
The store is usually in nice condition and most of the time, somebody is available to help. However, the manager must be exhausted. Seeing as how he is the only one that seems to really know anything about mechanics.
Usually, I would give a 5 Star, which I have done so in the past, the employees quite helpful. However, more recently, we've noticed a couple employees that seem to think they're in charge of the show. Recently, we asked about checking, and one larger fellow (perhaps with a beard) looked like he couldn't care less. Others would demonstrate and attend with the customer. He just pushed it forward without any instructions until we asked. Then when we returned to get the code, he walked away, avoiding. We had to find another employee to get the code. This is not the autozone we remembered.
Absolutely amazing customer service, they were extremely helpful. Both Logan and John were more than Knowledgeable an more then ready to help me when i knew nothing about my car will come back for any an evrything i need for my cars!!!!
I just want to Give a "Shout Out" to Destiny!! .. She was So Sweet in helping me with my car issues. She helped me replace a windshield wiper, and help me find where the power steering fluid should go!! . SHE'S A KEEPER!! 😍

Visuddah is the best... I went in on Sat 3/25/2023 All I needed was a Bulb for my headlight... he offered to install it, and made sure all was working before we left.... the best Autozone I have ever been to, and this employee Visuddah should be the Manager.. Best Customer Service and all with a Smile....
Jason story is a top their employee! His above and beyond additude helped me on my troubled time with my break line on my way to Wisconsin. I was able to fix my car and get back on the road I'm a timely manner . Thanks you again and will most definitely stop at this store if ever I need it.
Decent selection, no better or worse than other auto parts stores. Employees are kind and helpful, and correctly guessed what was wrong with my car when I described the symptoms (confirmed by the shop I took it to). They recycle used oil too, with no gruff about just bringing that in and not purchasing anything on that trip.
This is the most helpful AutoZone I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They saved my behind by going above and beyond to help me out. Storytime... It was 8:30PM when my upper radiator hose blew up while coming up the hill out of Bakersfield. I was 20 minutes away from their store driving but I lost all my coolant and there was no quick fix; they closed at 9PM. There's no way I would have been able to make it there before they closed. So they gathered all the parts & tools I needed to get back on the road & let me pay over the phone with my credit card. Then they hid everything outside so I could retrieve it after they were gone. Roberto even gave me his number so I could call him after hours if I needed help finding the parts & tools in their hiding spot. I was then able to have a tow truck driver to pick up the parts and bring them to where I was broken down. I replaced the hose and got back on the road. The best customer service I've ever encountered. Thanks again Roberto from Tehachapi AutoZone!
Knocking a point off because, in a store bustling with employees (and only one other customer), absolutely no one even replied to my "Good morning," and left me to dig through the parts binders by myself. Thankfully, I got Jason at the register; Jason is the only employee I know because he's the only employee who has ever been genuinely helpful (even once coming outside to help install wiper blades). Overall, the store is small but well-stocked. Just make sure you know what you're looking for, and don't expect any hand-holding -- unless Jason is on duty.
I'm surprised how much more this Autozone has than others. I was able to get a key cut and programmed here, and Oscar led me through how to replace the battery in my fob as well as tested it to make sure it worked! It's great to have people go above and beyond when it comes to the service you expect.
Very rude people, he walks around doesn't smile nothing gets a motorcycle battery off the shelf tells me it's $66 didn't have the one I had in stock send it be here at 2 then it was $91$8 core charge which I understand that should pay for the taxes still should be $66 around then he tells me around $80 I'm like you got to be kidding me really highway robbery a battery they only have 3 months warranty on, I've been there plenty of times and I think I've seen maybe two happy people there, I don't get greeted when I walk through the door. It is what it is yes just the way businesses are these days
