I was stuck in a snowbank.The young man who pulled me out, called to confirm my location and kept me posted on his progress in arriving. He explained very thoroughly on how he was going to get me out.And did it very quickly. Hey was very polite and respectful did not act like I was a problem. I found out other services in the area were not responding that day.So I was very grateful.
Not only did they do a great job towing my car but he was gentle with my car while getting it on the tow truck. He also recommended a mechanic that had my car fixed quickly & efficiently!
Cold rainy morning and Dalton saved our hides. Thank you Tow Mator for hiring people of good and kind character. He was awesome and informative the whole time. Even with my stupid questions he was patient and clear the whole way through. I hope I never need another tow, but if I do this will be the company I call.
The team at Towmater was excellent. They communicated the status of my vehicle, assisted with my conversations with the insurance company, and helped me get my car where it needed to go. I would highly recommend them!
Kat arrived within 30 mins and had my spare put on in less than 10 mins. He also told me I needed just a little bit of air and where to go on the next exit to get air. He was so kind and with me being disabled, he was a godsend! Thank you so much!

Great service. Tow Mater Towing immediately dispatched a truck. Brent called us to let us know his eta and got there as soon as possible from 35 miles away. He was friendly, very efficient and had the car loaded and headed to a mechanic in no time. (The company’s and Brent’s efficiency really stood out because we had waited two hours after calling OnStar to find out they hadn’t even called a truck yet. We called Tow Mater and they took it from there.)
Wish I would have remembered the black gentleman's name last night who towed me at 1am because he was AMAZING! Very professional, polite, and knew what he was doing. If you guys know who it was please thank him for me. He towed me from kum n go in jacksonville.
Car overheated and needed to be towed to a mechanic. ETA through roadside service was over a hour but the driver was able to get to me quickly. Driver was very friendly and patient as I figured out where to haul it. Would recommend to anyone and use again…but hope I don’t need to. Lol
Jared was incredibly friendly and helpful. Before he started towing my car, he checked the battery to see if he could jump it and spare me the trouble of having to get it towed. When that didn't work, he gave me a ride to and from the car shop. Very good service and I would recommend it.
We had a blow out on our camper heading home Monday. We called our Road Assistance and they contacted Towmator Towing Service in Searcy. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and The technician Jack did a wonderful job! He was very professional and kind. Back on the road in just a few minutes after he arrived!

Lunchbox was beyond amazing. He rescued my momma and I who were stranded on the side of the road while on vacation. We were traveling from Wisconsin to Texas and hit an animal and totaled our rental vehicle. We were stuck 800 miles away from home and really needed some kindness. Lunchbox made us feel like family and was just so kind. He even helped us carry all of our luggage into the hotel!!
Lunchbox was great! He explained everything he would be doing and gave me a courtesy call to let me know my vehicle had made it to the dealership. 10/10 recommend!

Towmator Towing Service was dispatched when I called AAA for a tow service. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the driver “Lunchbox”. I was out of town in my 1965 Mustang and suffered a coolant leak that I couldn’t repair on the side of the road. Lunchbox was prompt and kept me up to date via phone and text on when he expected to arrive. He was very careful and I never felt uneasy about loading up and securing my car. He drove us and the car back to Memphis and even the drive and conversation was pleasant. I can highly recommend Lunchbox and Towmater Towing Service.
