Called them to help me move a shed and he was there within the hour! Very professional and no damage to my property whatsoever! Definitely recommend and will always be my first call.
I was passing through on the late afternoon/early evening of Christmas Eve when I ended up getting a flat. No spare in my hybrid van and the repair kit couldn't come close to getting me fixed. Every tire shop and wrecker in a 20 mile radius that I could get to answer their phones was (understandably!) busy or just couldn't help.
Tri County Towing picked up the phone, went out of their way to accommodate my problem and get me back on the road. Got my family home in time for bed thanks to them!
They were able to come get my car from bald knob quickly! They did a really good job and the price to tow and to take a look at my car was amazing! Thank you guys so much!!!!
My husband and I were stranded today in Beebe, we live over two hours away. Called Tri County Towing and Recovery. Dustin priced the tow fee to take us home, but then said he could tow our truck and cargo trailer to his shop and fix our truck for about the same price. His mechanic fixed our truck. Highly recommend!! Saved us paying for the tow home and to have it fixed.
It can be a helpless feeling when your RV shuts off without warning as you drive down the freeway around 4:30pm - not even sure what town you're near. Thankfully, Tri County Towing and Recovery answered my call, towed me to their shop, solved my problem, and got me back on the road within a few hours - working long after most shops close. Their price was fair and - most importantly - they truly solved the problem. Thank you, guys! I appreciate you!

Attempted to use this service today. Waited an hour and still no sign of them arriving. Canceled and called another tow company. They arrived in 20 minutes. They may be good but if you value your time, use a different service.
I was driving from Wisconsin to Texas Friday of Memorial Day weekend 5/2025 through Arkansas and my Transmission in my Chevy Silverado tanked. I had been driving for 24 hours. I was stranded at 6AM in Haden AK and I didn’t know anyone. I called Tri County Towing and Dustin the owner picked me up right away. I asked to be towed to a Chevy dealership but he felt I would be better taken care of at Smith Transmission. Dustin first ran a computer analysis on my my vehicle at his business then contacted Tim Smith of Smith Transmission in Bradford , AK. He told Dustin he would look at it right away. Dustin drove me over and Smith Transmission replaced the transmission the same day after finding out for me that my warranty covered it. Without Dustin of Tri County Towing I would have been stranded with my vehicle at a dealership out of state for who knows how long. IF YOU ARE ANYWHERE IN ARKNSAS IN NEED OF A TOW I STRONGLY RECOMEND TRI COUNTRY TOWING!!! I was treated like a close family friend. Wonderful people!
The Team at tri county was top tier! They went above and beyond when i was having my worst night of the year. I broke down on I40 and I was recovered in a reasonable amount of time in the middle of the night. They were also able to fix my vehicle with great results and at a reasonable price. They helped me get to where I needed to go when I didn't have a vehicle.
No random fees, no price gouging, just honest guys doing good work. God bless.

My car wouldn’t start when out running errands in town, gave these guys a call and they showed up within like 30 minutes. I thought I’d have to be towed to the shop but Dustin figured out the problem (my battery was junk) and not only that, he was able to sell me a new one and install it for me! Most other places would rather tow you to make extra money, but they go the extra mile to earn your business and get you taken care of

Worst experience ever with a towing company. Not professional, friendly, nor good customer service. Informed me they had a mechanic shop for years and i figured they would b able to tell me what was wrong with my car after charging me 75 dollars for hooking it up to their machine but that wasn't the case. Asked for print out of the codes and was told they couldn't print info so I asked for a screenshot and was told something different but than was texted a screenshot of codes that were suppose to b my readings but I know that was falsified by the dates and time but nevertheless when vehicle was dropped off I wasn't handed my keys or thanked for my business the keys were left in my cup holder and driver drove off. I'm a African American blk woman and was treated like I was stupid and as if I didn't know anything and different from them. Last but not least I pray for people like them cause I let God deal with them because we will b judged for our wrong doings and will reap what we sow

Called this company for an estimate on getting my vehicle towed and the guys that came out (Dustin & Josh) helped me tremendously! Very honest and professional people who were friendly and showed up in a timely manner! All around pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend & I will be giving them a call in the future if I ever need the help again!
After months of struggling with my car, this man came out and helped me get it hauled off last night to be fixed! One of the nicest men I have ever met, called in advance to get details so he knew what the situation was, tried to help get the car running a bit, went through so much trouble to get it out from between two trees and a light pole, and didn't even do any damage to the driveway or my car! I need to double check on his name but will edit and add it in later, highly recommend him! Drove over an hour to get to me as well and was never cranky! I've never met a non-cranky individual that does a job like this, but he just never dropped his smile!
