Had a great experience with O’Dell Towing during this past winter weather. Nate was awesome!! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He had me out of the ditch in no time and took great care of my vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about him. I hope I don’t but if I need a tow again I will use O’Dell.
Katulsa came out to unlock my car, which was not an easy task since Searcy PD had two failed attempts, but he kept trying and did not give up until he was able to pop it open. He was not only extremely friendly but very professional. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with a wrecker company. Delivered a road tractor from Roanoke Va to sercy AR only to find out my pto wouldn’t engage at drop off. Jared came out helped undock the tractor off my truck was very curtious and professional did excellent job.

On a rainy Saturday, they made sure our grandson’s tire was changed and he safely got to a tire shop to buy a new tire!!! Great service and easy to work with. We felt safe with their staff!! Absolutely recommend!!!
These guys are awesome. I recently had some issues while traveling and my roadside assistance plan arranged for O’Dell towing to come and take my 5th wheel to the dealership. A very professional and friendly young man named Colton came to the rescue and took my 5th wheel in for repairs. Colton arrived with a rollback trailer but had a neat kingpin attachment for the stinger on the back of his truck. I was impressed. Within a couple of minutes he had it attached and he was ready to roll and even had his own trailer lights that magnetically attached to the back of the 5th wheel. Colton made the process very easy and stress free.
If ever you need a tow O’Dell is the company to call. I am certain that their other drivers are great too but if you are lucky you’ll get Colton to come to your rescue too.
We had an awesome experience with our tow truck driver and his son. Had to be towed an hour away and they were so kind and helpful. The conversation on the tow there was great. Highly recommend this company!

Had a AAA call at about Midnight for some locked keys. Jerrod came out in about 20 minutes. He was cheerful, and I would have assumed he might be exasperated. Nothing could be farther from the truth. He was kind, patient, and genuinely friendly; he said, "aw, this is what I do. Glad we can help." I highly recommend O'Dell's for Towing & Roadside assistance. Very professional.
Great service from Colton with O'Dell Towing & Roadside today. My vehicle wouldn't start when I came out of a store this morning. I called my Roadside Assistance company and within minutes Colton called me and said he was on the way. A few minutes later he was there to jumpstart my vehicle. He got it started and checked to make sure my alternator was working and I was quickly on my way to buy a new battery. He was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.
Jarod did an amazing job today. My truck was over 78,000 lbs, and he got it and myself to the dealership quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them if you're ever broke down in Searcy or neighboring towns. Quick easy and not too bad on the wallet either. Thank you sir!

Our family of 5 broke down on our way home, they were very prompt and so nice to work with. They immediately sent an additional vehicle to transport our family while they towed our car. It was such a pleasant experience during a stressful situation. Great guys, helping us when we desperately needed it!
I had a engine failure on the way to work a few weeks ago (very early in the morning) and needed a tow to the repair shop. Colton came out and took care of me! He did a fantastic job, was very prompt, courteous and polite...overall a real good dude! I really appreciated the help!
Dustin gave me a call about 15 mins till and was early (which is a first for tow trucks), having my 2012 high performance Camaro with a body kit and 1 and half inch lowered kit on it. He had no issues at all, came prepared to do the job with so much ease. I would use them from here on out especially Dustin because he took the care into my car as if I was doing it myself.

David was excellent. He called me twice to let me know exactly when he would be arriving for the tow. The process was very simple, when he arrived I handed him my drivers license to take a picture of and went inside. He took care of everything and was very friendly and polite. Great service. I used Odell's Towing to tow my classic 1970 MGB Roadster to an auto repair facility. The driver, Colton, was very professional and took extreme care and caution handling my pristine and very sentimental British convertible. He treated it like a baby and it was very pleasing to have someone show that kind of respect for another's property. Would highly recommend to all! A second tow of the same vehicle involved a kitten that was trapped on top of the transmission at a local Sonic. I didn't want the kitten to be injured with the vehicle about to be towed. Josh, the tow tech jacked the car up and diligently worked underneath the car to free the trapped kitten. This employee showed great professionalism and human kindness! This company is all I use now! Highly recommend for the great service!
I cannot thank them enough for helping me. Broke down on the freeway and called AAA. I waited for quite a while in the heat and finally I called them only to find out that AAA never even told them that I was waiting. They immediately came and got me . The tow truck driver gave me some cold water because I was dehydrated. They are also able to fix my car the very next day. Very fast. Helpful and professional. They are the definition of five star service.
David went out of his way to make sure I was safely back on the road. He came analyzed the damage and quickly began to set up his safety cones. Once we were both safe he went ahead and started by changing my tire. Then he pulled me out with the winch. He went as far as to use his expertise to inspect my vehicle to make sure I would be safe to drive. He’s a good worker but most important, he’s a great person who cared about my experience and safety.
I am from Detroit and was in Arkansas visiting my sister and the rental car I was given wouldn’t make it up an icy hill after the recent ice storm. David was awesome and was quick and efficient. He went above and beyond by giving us a ride back to my sisters up the street so we didn’t have to walk it with groceries plus, I was in a knee brace. Thank you soooo much David!!!
