Barnett Towing Rocks! Spoke w/ Jason on the phone. He was so considerate & accommodating for the urgency in our timeline & situation! Your service was professional w/ the spirit of down home hospitality. David arrived to haul our SUV. He was very personable & polite! I was comfortable & reassured there was nothing to be concerned w/ our SUV being delivered. Awesome in every aspect & definitely will do business w/ them when needed in the future!
I called on a Saturday morning because I was stranded in Searcy. Not only was he there in 5 minutes, but he helped figure out what my problem was and then towed my car that same day. Great service, fast responses, and not only very helpful but very reasonably priced and very kind!
I’ve used them for going on 20 years now and won’t use anyone else! They’ve pulled stuff out of the mud for me, taken vehicles to the shop many of times for me and I’ve been blessed to have them work an accident I was involved in because they do what they say they will and go out of their way to help with whatever it is you may need! I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible. When my truck was totaled a couple of years back Jason helped out a lot letting me make several trips out there to get tools and accessories of of my truck because that’s how I make my living, he also helped me as far as handling the insurance people and met them so they could do their job as well. There isn’t a better towing company in Searcy in my opinion, very professional, friendly and family oriented people!
Jason has gone above and beyond for us. We had our vehicle towed there due to a wreck that was not our fault . Our insurances just happened to be the same as theirs. Insurance tried their best to screw us but Jason didn’t let that happen. So if you have any towing needs please give this family your business.
My car was stuck and wouldn't crank at Walmart. I called and within 15 mins he was there. Supper fast, friendly, and professional. Great experience during difficulties. Would recommend. 😁
Outstanding company. Jason went above and beyond to save my son some money. Made a recommendation that did not benefit him monetarily only my son. Will definitely use them for every tow we need in the future. Highly recommend.

This man whom I thought was rude & didn’t care about any bodies vehicle I WAS FINALLY pleasantly surprised HE FINALLY AFTER 6 weeks or more received my .guess what you were completely right I’m so excited Now he did. Charge me for the car and I have to comply even though I had the money the 2 nd day it was in there I have to hear him out even though he didn’t listen to me I’m the beginning he has make a complete turnaround and even took my car to the shop for free ! They did a great job with my truck. Was there in 10 minutes and had me taken car of and back home within the hour. I’ll definitely be calling this guy EVERY time!
First class towing services. Jason was very friendly and courteous. He was very understanding to my situation and towed the Escalade on a flatbed towing truck so it doesn’t damage the car. Definitely will do business with them again
I wanted to come on and tell everyone that the service at Barnett Towing Recovery, LLC is above all!. We called after hours and they were kind and friendly and very very helpful. Jason Barnett came out himself and pulled the truck and trailer out of the mud. Our F450 was buried up to the axles on the drivers side and not going to move. After our call to Barnett Towing it was just a matter of minutes and we were out of the mud. We are so Thankful for the help on the situation. It is an awful feeling to be stuck 4 hours from home and still have a job to do. It was awesome we found such a great tow service. Thank you again.

Was the only company that answered out of the 4 I called and showed up very quick and knew exactly what needed to be done. From phone call to being unstuck was probably about 30 mins! Couldn't have asked for better.
Today at the worst of times, pouring down rain our company rig broke down on us on the freeway, and after calling other companies Barnett Towing answered promptly to help us out. They had us towed and taken care of in under an hour, and were on site in less than 30min. We will most definitely be using Barnett Towing and Recovery in the future. Affordable, fast and professional.
If I could leave 0 stars on reviews I would. Had them tow my pickup and they forgot to check if it was in neutral and the Parking brake was set (its a manual) and failed to secure it to the rollback properly. I hopped in the truck with the driver and headed off to my local mechanic which was only a 5 minute ride or so. Immediately after taking my off my truck rolled backwards and at the first stop light crashed into the back of the cab directly behind me. Thank God they had a headache rack. After they said they would pay for the damage to the front of my truck and then gave me grief when I picked the vehicle up following the repairs because upon visual inspection the work they had done was not to my standard or in any way quality. Literally sent my truck to a shop that couldn't blend paint or match the color and tried to make me take my truck back with busted fog light lenses. Do not recommend.
Had to have our car towed to a shop. These people have very resonable rates. We woulda had to pay the same when stranded in Cabot for a 2 mile tow. And this tow was around 20 miles for the same price and they were right out here with no having to wait! Thank y’all! We highly recommend this towing service!
