This place is awesome, had a oil pump changed and this was the best experience in a shop i have ever experience i would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I’m so thankful for Jerry Bacon at Roadmaster! He is always helpful in getting all 3 of my vehicles fixed and always helps making sure it’s a price I can afford! Never had an issue with anything that he has fixed ! He truly is one of the only mechanics in Searcy that knows what he is doing !

Parking question! It was 2:30am where do I pay for parking? No one around. Should have a QR code on building or sign and enter your plate and truck type and color. Make life easy. I left because I didn’t want to get my truck booted or a ticket.

The general manager went above and beyond to help me out in my time of need and help me get a tire but nobody else seem to have or care to have helped me on a day most people were closed I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in this area or nearby towns

3:30A.M Roadmaster did a great job answering the emergency phone call & getting me back on the road within 30 minutes with 2 brand new tires!! 110% reccomend!!

I had an excellent experience with this shop! My semi-truck broke down, and they got me in right away. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient with the repair. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road much faster than I expected. The quality of work was outstanding, and the pricing was fair and honest.

I would put zero stars if i could. I don’t write reviews but this had to be done. Had a truck lost oil pressure on the highway. Called these guys told them the problem. Told them i wanted a manual pressure gauge and a computer to try and figure out the problem. My driver told me oil level was between the ADD mark and FULL. Service guy shows up, doesn’t have a gauge and asked my driver if i wanted him to go to a parts store and purchase one. I told them go ahead. He didn’t go get one. Computer shows no active codes, but the stop engine light came on so it should have an active codes. Tells my driver it needs to be towed to their shop. I agree. Gives me a bill for over $500 for road service call. Gets towed to the shop. Get a call the next morning telling me they have it in the shop and added some oil and still no oil pressure on a manual gauge. Tells me my next step is for them to pull the pan and I tell them no i will send a truck to get it. Drive goes and pays bill. Over $750 more dollars. $300 was tow bill. I get the truck home and i was charged over $250 for 44 quarts of oil. Call and talk to service manager and i tell him the oil i drained out of it is not new oil. He tells me they drained my oil and was only 2 gallons in pan. Told them i know better. The oil i drained out looks to have the viscosity of water and is blacker than my tires. Tells me he will have manager call me. Have yet to hear anything. I understand service is high, parts are high but i know good and well that the oil that was in my truck was not new and i know there was more than 2 gallons in my pan when it broke down. People like this is why i do my own work and will spend money to send a truck 600 mile round trip to haul it home vs paying someone to work on it on the road.

Guys was more expensive than speed co he lied and got us away from speed o and then quoted $ 3800 But sent an invoice for $5009.00 but all I can say is Karma will come back to you . Guys please get written estimates. He said he quoted the price with an aftermarket radiator . But when he called the digger Freightliner to begin with . Please avoid these guys who feed on someone else bad time I get the same job done in hometown for $1500 -1800

Had a very concerning noise coming from front tire. Called them, sent someone out within 20 minutes, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it. On a Friday night at 7pm. Very helpful and great people! Highly recommend!!

We are artists on our way to an art festival in Chicago when our power steering went out on our truck. We were lucky because we saw saw the Roadmaster Service Center and were able to pull right in. They had big rigs in every bay but they took the time to look at our truck right way. Then they fixed the leak with no problems and on top of that they refused any money. Now who does that? Friendliest folks. Clean nice shop and honest service. Thanks Guys!

Very rare it happens that shop is this fast and reasonable. They literally took 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace the radiator on my 21 cascadia... Ubelivable service!

Ricky and his team were great. They found a leaking valve stem and repaired it quickly and put the tire back on and replaced the spare. Refreshing to find professional people who care!! Thank you!!!

My wife and Father-In-Law were helping our daughter move to Texas and they blew a tire on the trailer they were pulling. These guys absolutely came to their rescue. They were polite, professional, and a real God-Send since I wasn’t with them to help, and had them back on the road in minutes. Thank you sooo much Mike and Damion!!!

First of all, I’m so glad I found this people. My truck broke down in Arkansas. I went to loves I waited literally. About 16 hours and then they told me they cannot fix it. I have to take my truck to the dealer dealership to fix it. I look right across the street Roadmaster repair shop located right across the street from loves. I went inside. I ask them if they can diagnose my truck. Mike the supervisor came out and he told one of his guys to check it. they found out I have a leak in my DEF system. He did make few phone calls. He told me the earliest he get one is in few days. Later on, we did found one in one of the auto parts store about 25 miles a way. They have one and I called Mike back and I told him. And I give him the part number and the phone number of the store Do you think you can get it and replace it for me? He said yes before you know it, he pick up the parts And replaced it . He get me back on the road and no time They are very professionals very kind and outstanding customer service. I would’ve given them 10 stars if I could. I will recommend this shop if you ever need anything has to be done for your truck. call them. He will take care of you and also they have a very reasonable prices. I feel like I was dealing with a real people not fake one like the one right across the street from loves. I started going to these guys about 6 months ago and after the first time i told my husband that is our new shop! He instantly agreed! I have never felt ripped off by them they always do there best to get our stuff done quickly and efficiently. I will not use anyone else I never do reviews but these guys deserve more than 5 stars! USE THEM!

I showed for a radiator flush without an appointment. I was told there were some cars ahead of me and i could drop it off or wait. i went to the waiting room with the big screen tv and waited till done. the price was quite reasonable and saved me from a dirty job. Thanks

They saved the day. Best customer service that I have ever had. I was back on the road on the same day. My 2007 RV to big for some shops and to little for Semi shops. They let my dogs stay and I had a security night guy check on me. To bad this company isn't in Colorado. Thank you to all they guys at the shop.

These guys were lifesavers. I blew a tire late at night with a car full of three dogs. I couldn’t get anyone local, so they came all the way to Lanoke to get me back on the road. Pearce was really great and checked all my tires for me, and the person who answered the phone and dispatched was personable and helpful. Prices were very reasonable for as far as they came.

Got me in the door 30 minutes after I showed up. Did the job for $1000 less than TA and faster with better quality. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area.

I received fast and professional service with the staff at Roadmaster. Their hours are: Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm Saturday 8am to NOON Sunday CLOSED I came in on a Saturday, when they only had a couple of people working, yet they still treated me as if it were a normal weekday. I needed service on my 2013 Coachman Leprechaun. They changed my oil, checked my tire wear and pressure, inspected my breaks and checked all the fluids and filters. They even called O'Reilly auto parts and had them deliver the proper filter in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Roadmaster Service Center if you want quality work with courteous and professional staff.
