They responded to the middle of nowhere to get my buddies bikes loaded up and provided secure storage for the motorcycles. Then knowing they were stranded decided to do the unthinkable and took them back to their hotel nearly 3 hours away. There is nobody else that would have done that!! First class!!
My daughter had a minor accident approximately 4 - 5 miles away from the towing service office. She repeatedly asked them to tow the vehicle to her house and the towing company would not. The paid receipt clearly states that the vehicle was driveable. They ended up charging us an outrageous amount of $655.00. He was quick to inform me that he didn’t charge us storage fee, but it was only there 1 day and like I said we repeatedly asked them to take it to the house (so I don’t think storage fee should be charged). They treated my daughter like they were sexist and what she asked for or said didn’t matter. I am attaching a copy of the paid receipt for you to make your own judgement call.
They showed up quickly and loaded my car carefully. Tommy was very polite, professional, and friendly. They fixed my car faster than I expected AND delivered it back to my workplace. I'll be back again! You don't get great communication and customer service like this very often. They do it right and go above and beyond. Thank you!
Was down wheeling and had the transmission go in my Jeep and Tommy from Battlecross towing was there with in 30 mins .. super great guy and great company … very helpful .. would definitely encourage anyone who has any issues or needs a tow to reach out to Battlecross towing .. Vet owned company ..
He answered the phone promptly during a blizzard and offered to help me in 30min. Then he waved off my offer of $20 when I managed to override my KiAs malfunctioning lock system.

When my alternator went out, these guys were the only tow service around the was willing to help. They convinced me to let them replace the alternator the next day, gave me a ride to a hotel, picked me up from the hotel the next morning, and had my car ready for the road by 9:30 am. Couldn't ask for better service.
My family and I were stranded at a hotel in Arkansas (were from Northern California and we’re here visiting family) because someone stole our catalytic converter when we stayed at a hotel. I called them to tow the car to an exhaust shop. They showed up fast we’re very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond stopping while I rode with him so I could pick some things up and also dropped me back off at the hotel. Would definitely use them again.
Battle Cross saved our Christmas. We broke down on the way to my mother in law's down South and broke down right outside of Russellville. They were so helpful and kind and took us all the way back to fort Smith. Y'all are amazing people
They only had excuses of why they couldn't come tow my car.....bc "their tow truck runs on diesel?" Im a veteran, live locally and, was paying in cash. They also quoted me $150.00 more than what I had my car towed for. Helping people and bringing in revenue are not a priority for this company.
Really thought this company could be trusted with the Owner being military and all, but in the end they damaged my Datsun 260Z and refused to do the right thing and fix what they destroyed.

Battle Cross saved our Thanksgiving!! I was genuinely touched by their service and help, and wanted to share my story.
My husband and I decided to make a road trip from CA to TN. The first 3/4 of the trip went well, and we planned to arrive in Little Rock, AR on Wed, 11/24 around 7pm. However, we got a flat tire around 6pm near Russville, AR, and most tire shops didn't carry the same type of tire we had. Due to the holiday, we would need to wait at least four days to get the new tires shipped. When Battle Cross Towing showed up, we asked whether they would be willing to drive us to TN. Both Tommy and Cory were very supportive and were ready to drive us the next day.
The trip took around 7-hour, and we arrived in Nashville TN safely before 2pm. Tommy was very kind and shared many amazing stories, and drove another 7-hour trip back and missed his Thanksgiving gathering with his family. When I asked whether his family would miss him, he said he just could not leave people who were in need. We were so blessed to have met Battle Cross, and would recommend to anyone who wants help under challenging situations.

These guys towed a car for me... when I went to pick it up, they had added a ton of extra charges to the bill.... snatch block charge, winching charge, load charge, towing charge, pickup charge, administrative charge, fuel charge....etc.... all added to $897 for a two mile tow...from an OPEN parking lot, non wrecked, tires aired up car..... WOW!!!! I complained and they said I could go F#@K myself...they will keep my car and put a lien on it and sell it at auction and get whatever they want..... I was astonished!!! I had no choice to pay their ransom, as my car was a 2019 Porsche.....they seen $$$ when they towed that car.....easy pickings....not only that, EVERYTHING that was in my car had been stolen.... I went back in and they threatened me if i didnt leave..... BEWARE of these sorry people!!!!
Blew a tire and rim shearing off all 8 lugs from our horse trailer at 1:30 am, they were the only company out of 9 so-called 24/7 towing companies in the area willing to come out and rescue us. Thank you, thank you! Don't use anybody else.
Amazing customer service. Tommy and his crew showed up within an hour to tow my car to the shop. He was quick, professional, and friendly. Very good prices, too! As a woman, dealing with cars and mechanics can be uncomfortable sometimes. Sometimes it's hard to tell if you're being scammed. But the entire process with Tommy made me feel comfortable and confident. He even showed me in detail the damage to my car and what I might be looking at price wise to get it fixed. I'll definitely be contacting Battle Cross for any towing needs in the future, and I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family!

He crawled out of bed at 0330 and met me in the middle of nowhere to help unlock my running vehicle. Fast, professional, friendly service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
