Awesome fast service. My wife was commuting to her job and had a flat tire. With in 20 minutes a technician was on the scene and had her back up an going very fast. Very trustworthy, professional service.

My car decided to quit on the side of the interstate yesterday between Knoxville and London. I called CMI and they were able to send out a wrecker and get me towed back to Russellville in a timely manner. Aaron Jenkins was the tow truck operator. He was very friendly and helpful. He made an anxiety inducing situation less stressful with his kindness. Highly recommend their services.

Stuck on the highway after hours on a work trip, roadside assistance was a nightmare and zero help. We called cogswell towing and immediately cancelled roadside as they sent someone to help as quickly as possible. Logan, the driver, was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, lightening the mood for everyone. We arrived at the dealership after hours but they had a rental pulled around and ready to go as soon as we arrived. Great service from everyone involved!

Extremely Fair and Professional. We had a semi truck and trailer that was in an accident and went off a steep ditch. Thankfully the truck and trailer was not damaged but was in a difficult spot to recover without further damage. They were able to recover our loaded truck and trailer without further damaging it and also helped transport our driver back to the truck after being released for the hospital and hotel. Very professional company and great customer service. No one likes paying the prices of tows and accident recovery but the proper equipment and skill set doesn't come cheap and saved us money in the long run. Thanks to Shawn and his team for a great job!

Had my rear wheel shear off about a mile east of Big Piney bridge, walked 5 miles, caught a ride to my cabin just to get a cell signal. Chris came out, picked me up then we went and got my truck, which was in a ditch. Towed me clear to Russellville to a great family owned tire/repair shop. All on a holiday weekend! Price was reasonable, considering the distance and conditions. So thankful for these guys!

Cogswell helped my family and I when we broke down on a Saturday afternoon. I called other wreckers in the area including Hodges and they couldn't help me in a timely manner. Cogswell had a driver to me twenty minutes later.

Very friendly guy, took about 45 minutes, but unfortunately, I definitely had sticker shock when I saw $300+ for a five mile tow.

Original call about towing the vehicle went ok and was given a price of 650.00 or 700.00. That's it. Not a lot of communication from this business who had our truck for 3days. The main part was almost doubled in price. Additional cost was added on to the core fee. No itemized invoice was given. All said and done - driver ended up having to plug in a sensor and one wiring harness that was left incomplete. Not a satisfied customer! Communication and customer service can go a long way- do better.

I needed to get a heavy motorcycle into the back of my truck. The boys from Cogswell made short work of that for me. I called them and 20 minutes later I was loading the bike. Appreciated the help with my unusual request.

Logan with Cogswell Towing was absolutely fantastic. I was 3 hours into a 7 hour drive when a tire blew on the side of the highway late at night. Logan immediately responded and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond what is typically asked of a towing company, taking my truck to a tire shop, me to a hotel, and giving me a ride the following morning back to the tire shop for my vehicle. He did all of this and allowed me to bring my dog in his vehicle with no objections. When I was alone on the side of the highway, not knowing where I was, Logan provided unparalleled service and advice to get me back on my way. Thank you Cogswell and Mr. Logan.

They helped me out so much since I lost my ID and debit cards in my wreck. They even gave me a ride to the hotel. Great group of people!! 10000% would highly recommend!!!

Outside of this experience, they are good. But needed a vehicle towed down the road in town to a shop and our tow insurance was not accepted by them. Was going to charge $75 to go 3 blocks up the road.

The tow guy they sent, "Shawn," was very creepy. Was really eager to show off the app that he used to spy on his wife without her knowing, completely unprompted. They also charged an insane amount

Anthony was quick and easy when he came to help me! The service was amazing, if you need anyone for a tow give him a call!

Ball joint broke on me and Anthony from here towed my vehicle in. Did a fantastic job handled it with care. He's an awesome friendly guy who I'd say deserves a raise! Price was only $136! Incredible service all around 100% recommend them.

Very good service. 20 minutes after I called them a tow truck was on site. Driver towed my truck to russellville and even gave me a ride to local hotel. It was 105 degrees outside and driver let me sit in his tow truck with ac when he was hooking up to my truck

I had one of those mobile curbs jump out in front of my car and it blew out TWO tires. I called Cogswell Motors and ANTHONY ANSWERED!! Best tow truck driver EVER!! He was super reliable, came and picked up my shuttlecraft and took her to our service center. When my credit card didn't work, he called, was polite, efficient, and we finished our transaction in a heartbeat. He even helped me feel better about my boneheaded driving! ANTHONY is a keeper!! Great employee!

I called for a tow because my lower arm ball joint broke on a vehicle that I just purchased and needed to tow it home. The driver struggled to get my car on the truck as to be expected as well and having a difficult time getting it off the truck. I was trying g to get my cats to the vet and the driver told me that he did the best he could but he dented the frame just a little. I thought just a "dent" so i didnt look until i came back from the vet. He said he would he said he would email me the receipt but I never received it. The next day I contacted the main guy , bottom line is I met with him explaining everything and showed him the before and after pictures and he asked me to give him the pictures to see what he can do, several days later he said he couldn't help me and I needed to go through my insurance. My insurance company contacted the driver and he is now denying that he damaged my car. How is it fair that I have to pay for what they did? I would not recommend this company personally.

This crew was not in charge of the cleanup from my truck, but they helped find my best winter hat after the wreck I had. It needs to be cleaned but I am grateful that the young gentleman found it. If you need towing or recovery these folks are just the right ones.

Definitely recommend them! The tow truck driver (Anthony) was very friendly and helpful. They were also very affordable, which is a huge plus. No one wants to have to tow their vehicle because it's expensive, but if you have to I definitely recommend using Cogswell!

Had these guys rework a load for one of my drivers and they did an awesome job for half the price of all other services in the area. They had great communication throughout the entire process. I recommend them for any trucking companies needing assistance in the area.

James at Cogswell did a great job towing me all the way back to St. Louis from Arkansas after a 4wheeling accident. He even tried to get to my truck in the woods and didn't charge me anything when the trail got too narrow. Highly recommended!!

Broke down on top of Mt. Magazine on the evening of July 3rd. A local driving by stopped and eventually got me in contact with Cogswell Towing. Professional and good service. Drove me all the way to my hotel in Clarksville for a very reasonable price.
