I will never recommend this shop to you, be very careful, they went back on their word, we came with little money, they didn't tow us. They replaced the ac compressor, they replaced the belt, but they charged me $3140. This is a big mistake I made.
Never paid more than 50.00 since I owned my truck to grease it! Not sure why I paid almost 160.00. Will not recommend ever! It's my fault cause I didn't check the price !
Sheared my studs off my hub on my travel trailer. They had studs in stock for my hub luckily. And lugs for the studs as well.

I was broke down on the side of the interstate Mr. Terry with Hodges heavy duty roadside service showed up fixed my broke fuel line and had me back on the road within a couple of hours. Great group of guys very professional very courteous no doubt got me out of a bind today
Hodges is wonderful!!!!! We made a purchase that was over our legal limit by accident and the billing dept really stepped up and took care of the whole situation. We are so thankful!!!! ❤
Well, I went here for a pm, I asked before hand how much that was gonna cost, the gentleman told me around $500, which i had no issue with, when it came time to pay the bill though, the price was $860! No good reason for the price increase, no offer to reduce the bill any. I also had an s cam, bushings,break shoes,drum, wheel seal replaced on the trailer, that bill was $890, still a bit steep, but not near as out of line as the oil change! Will avoid in the future, which sucks because I thought I found a good private shop to use, i would much rather support small business then corporate.
IYKYK they are the “Getting Place” as it were for semi parts. And if it’s on a semi Hodges probably has it. Always helpful, never a long wait. In trucking this is 5 star operation.
My opinion this is the best big truck mechanic shop in the state , they changed my air bag and leveling valve in 45 mins and I was back rolling. Highly recommended for anything you need ...
I wished I had read the reviews of this shop before taking my diesel pusher in for a PM and minor r&r (remove and replace) of an air valve). Incompetent mechanic and a shop manager (Matt) who couldn't care less. STAY AWAY ! !
I'd rate this negative if I could! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Jennifer and Jackie are very vulgar and are all about trying to scam someone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Total rip-off. $800 for a winch out 0.5 miles away. $350/hr with a 2hr min? plus fuel charge and sales taxes when they're literally just across the street! Never going to call them again. No wonder they're always available ... with these rates. Might get better prices from a serious tow company 40 miles away.
Needed the power steering reservoir replaced and an exhaust leak fixed. Truck started and made no unusual noise, so I took it home. Got to looking at what they did. Power steering hoses were kinked because they hadn't been pushed all the way onto the fittings. Found out just now that they boogered up 2 of the exhaust clamps and never tightened them down. They also like to add to the bill by replacing parts that aren't bad. They don't like to give up the parts that have been replaced either. Those are gone, the scrap left yesterday.
Very very pricey and the customer service is terrible. These guys towed a 48’ trailer for me to their shop which was less than 10 miles and was charged $4300. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you have tons of money to throw away!
Great truck parts store. But the shop personal doesn't do there job and there over priced. I took my kenworth there for a annual inspection and the inspector made one pass around my truck checking off the inspection sheet not really checking anything never got the creeper out and checked anything underneath.
There diagnostics team can't seam to figure out anything very big either.
They tell you a $100.00 a hr but they don't tell you it's a $100.00 hr per mechanic even if it just to give a helping hand to the other Mechanics don't recommend this place at all . They don't even think it's wrong to do that what a joke of a place

They did a hell of a good job. Everyone there was kind and they got right on the job and replaced our clutch and throw out bearing in record time. I recommend anyone that needs work on a diesel go to Hodges. They will do you right.
Roadside was faster than expected. Thx Hodges... I'll use you guys in the future (when in this neck of the woods). *Big dirt lot, plenty of room to bring truck & trailer. I recommend.
Good people! No fuss no muss! They have a good selection of parts in stock. I've been going there for over 35 years and have allways been happy with the bisness!
My liftgate trailer was down and wouldn't go back up so I went to Hodges. My driver got there at 1:00pm, same time mechanics got off of lunch. Got a call at 3:48pm with diagnosis, stating the wiring was messed up and it was the circuit board...they couldn't fix it. I told them all I want is the lift in a higher position so we can drive back home to California, so mechanic offered to have it chained, which I agreed too. Got a call 4:01pm with my total of $603. When I asked why so much, they had charged 5.5 hours of labor at $90 a hour. When I asked how it was possible to get 5.5 hours when we've only been there for 3 hours, he said he had 2 guys working on it....for an electrical issue? He claims one guy was operating the forklift, which I never authorized 2 guys to work on and its out of the norm, so they should have asked me before racking up an invoice that I can't do anything about. On top of that, the owner was chiming in from the background of my phone conversation being hostile, all because I dared to question my invoice amount. By the way, they didn't properly diagnose the issue...it was only a solenoid that cost me $200. They're just there to take advantage of you.
Mechanic there fixed my air dryer and unscrewed the turbo sensor and put a metric screw in type deal for what reason i dont know. I guess u have people who don't take baths
This place over charges!!! Find another wrecker service. The service technician was rude and they will gouge you like they always have. This was our second go around with them and I should've stuck to my guns when we refused to ever use them again after an incident several years ago.
I will never use a repair shop that gets this many bad reviews or bad experiences from hard working small businesses and gonna try to gouge them at the end!!!!! Your corruption will bring you down!!
Had my trailer tires locked up right after load pick up at early hours on weekend. Truck i leased with called them to help out. Showed up shortly after, they found trailer brake air valve was faulty. Didn't have parts available until 2 days later after weekend. Hodges guy wanted me to use their tow truck to bring my loaded trailer into their shop until part would become available. I asked them to just release my trailer brakes manually and I'd move to a truck stop 0.25 miles away and turned down towing service option. Service guy released my brakes, enable trailer to roll and i parked truck trailer there. Hodges guy left shortly after removing bolts for brakes to come on again. No invoice was handed at time of service. Few weeks later, I'm receiving invoice of almost $1200. Not just for service he provided but also for towing service which was never utilized. Upon requesting itemized bill, they're claiming, Tow truck was on its way but i turned it down half way to my location..which is a total BS. I told the guy No towing needed the moment he mentioned.
Be careful before calling these folks..Seriously messed up situation can happen.
