I'm going through the worst financial disaster of my life and now my A/C goes out and engine light goes on! Susie immediately found a rodent ate through a wire and A/C didn't need a compressor. Had it been some other repair shop, God only knows what they might have convinced me I needed. This is why Pete and Susie have been my trusted mechanics for years.
If you want it done right... If it absolutely has to be done right this is the place to go and they don't charge you an arm and a leg and they are expert mechanics like you have never seen before..... As a backyard mechanic I could tell you right now these guys are one of the best around
I can’t say enough good things about this auto repair shop! They are both so knowledgeable and generous always explaining and showing me the broken/worn out part(s) that needed replacing. I have several vehicles and their workmanship has ALWAYS been professional, top quality and more than fair I highly recommend them to ALL!! P.S. Pete and Susie are great mechanics and super nice people. They take care of 2 vehicles for me. They always go above and beyond to provide phenomenal service. Made an appointment to have my car's AC looked at for 9:30 this morning. Showed up at 9:20 shop was closed and nobody was around. I waited until 9:50 after calling and leaving a message. No response. What kind of customer service is this? Not!
My husband and I went here to get our water pump done on our dodge magnum and he did not fix problem what so ever. Over heated very same day we took it home. We paid over $900 and left with the same problem as when we brought it in. Threatened to call the police when my husband confronted him on his work. Refused to make it right! Blamed us for the car overheating when we brought it home. By far the worst experience we have ever had with a Mechanic.
Helpful with a great price for oil change. I needed mine changed asap and they couldn't do for another week or two. In the future I am making appointment ahead of time.

I moved to Camp Verde 2 years ago from Chicago and was lucky enough to find Pete and Susi when my car needed major brake work. I've had it back a few times since then for other repairs (it's getting old) and they charge exactly what the parts cost them, no upcharging, plus labor. They are honest, kind, speedy in their work, and I only trust my old car in their capable hands. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. A++
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Pete so-called 'fixed' my problem, but when I returned to tell him that the problem was only fixed for one day & came back a few days later, not only did he REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, but became extremely belligerent, putting the blame on ME for being mildly upset about the fact that I had just spent good money for repairs that lasted only a few days. I tried to speak to his wife to apologize, since THEY were blaming ME, but instead of accepting my apology for something I actually was not even guilty of, she shouted over me, stepped forward to block me from entering the shop and reiterated that they were not going to do anything about it. Now I'm not sure about this, but he reminded me of someone who, due to circumstances not chosen by me, had crossed my path years ago after being released from jail, & wouldn't take 'no' for an answer from me. This is the only explanation I can think of for their aggressive, rude behavior.
