Every time we use this station it is so organized and surprisingly clean! Even when they run free community clean up days, organized and surprisingly clean! Bravo Yavapai county, well done! And bonus, the staff is friendly and accommodating!

This transfer station is very pricey & a lot of work. I took a 6' pickup bed trailer, only 3/4 full and below the top of the trailer. I had to unload in 3 different places & was charged $58.
Took a much fuller load over to Gray Wolf Landfill off AZSR-169, unloaded in one spot & paid around $22. Same type of trash.
Great customer experience! Very efficient and professional. Good value with fair fees. I plan to use more often to clear out a bunch of stuff at my place in Camp Verde.
I've picked up to 24 yards of mulch at a time here all for free to redo Landscaping and keep temperatures down and soil moisture and mineral content high at people's property throughout the Verde Valley. Good mulch good services.
Cottonwood Landscaping & Extra Help
They have a big, well-organized facility, with reasonable prices. I frequently drop off yard slash since Cottonwood transfer station no longer accepts it, and it always goes smoothly.
