Andrew came to me at the Casino near by to take a look at my rig. I had a coolant leak. Wasn't going to charge me to take a look at it. We figured he could get it fixed in the morning after diagnosis this evening. Pressurized the system and found it was just a bad pop off valve. He left and said he would track the parts in the morning. 30 mins later I got a knock on my door. It was him and he had a new valve in his hand! Said he had it laying on a shelf at the shop! Got me back on the road just like that! He could have charged me for a whole new reservoir, but instead he fixed in in the parking lot. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. HIGHLY recommend! Will be coming back to them....
After a family camping trip in Flagstaff, my truck blew a turbo hose off just outside of Camp Verde while pulling my 40’ toy hauler. We were able to get it off the freeway and to an RV park right off the freeway. This was on a Sunday about mid day. After a quick Google search I contacted Andrew and he made sure we were taken care of for the night until he could get the needed part in the morning. The next morning he showed up at the RV park with the part and got me back on the road so I could get back home to Tucson. I was very impressed with his professionalism, his customer service and expedient service! Definitely saved our butts this trip and we are extremely grateful. If you are ever in the area and in need of repair service, I absolute recommend Andrew and his company! Well done sir!
Andy, owner of this business, saved us twice towing us (big F450 plus a 43 ft long toy hauler Momentum) from I-17 to Galpin Ford dealer in Dewey. The second time we broke down he came and got us in 30 minutes. It was getting late in the day and he ensured that we didn’t get stuck overnight on I-17.

Well, for starters, I can’t tell you how professional, and amazed I am with Andy and his company. I waited for over nine hours for someone to come and tow me off of the road yesterday in the cold, rain and fog. When I finally reached Andy, after waiting on unreliable others, he said he’d be there in 30 minutes and he was with a hot cup of coffee, cream, and sugar, and a helping hand! . Got my RV stuck pretty good in a ditch today. GoodSam sent out Andy and he got me out super quick. I expected damage to the rear of the RV considering the ditch. But he pulled her out and no damage whatsoever. Was very happy and highly recommended these services.
When Progressive couldn't help me I reached out to many tow truck places
C-Class RV and two passenger side tires shredded to smithereens... not only did they show up in about an hour grabbed the rims and came back with them having tires on them! Great job
Ok...here I go...only reason I give 2 stars is because the 2 young guys that show up ask me to do a review so im going to be honest and they were kinda of fast and good ppl and i know they dont have nothing to do with the price i got charged.....BUT be ready to get ripped off .... besides waiting 5 hours even i was 20 miles away from their shop the owner charged us over a 1,000 bucks for replacing a 10 inch hose and 12 gallons of coolant,,,,, wich is insane ..... I was expecting like 600 hundred knowing it was gonna be a lot of coolant but over a 1,000 bucks was way to much.....no way we doing business with this thief( the owner) again...stay away .... even Loves is cheaper ....
The only reason I give King Auto 1 star is because I was able to drive my motorhome from their place of business. This is quite possibly the worst service experience I have had, in my life. Andrew, the mechanic was approachable, and somewhat caring, but can only do so much with no backup. Andy, his boss, is non existent and non caring. Early on in the first couple days, I called and texted Andy on 3 or 4 separate occasions looking for updates on parts and timeframe, not one answer back from Andy. (I am sure it is; busy, busy, busy!!) I am guessing that my repair was not a big deal to him, it is a big deal to me! (And who cares about me??) King quoted me a price of $2050.00, billed me $2385.00. (Serpentine belt and fan clutch) I specifically asked prior to the work being done if the $2050.00 included everything, Yes was the answer. For the service call they billed my credit card for $492.00. (no complaint about he price) It took me 9 days and at least 5 or 6 inquiries, to get a detailed billing to turn in to my towing insurance company. Finally after receiving receiving that detailed billing, I write this review. Lastly, I would not let these people change the oil in my lawn mower.

Made it to their “service location “ ha if you can call it that. Dead end street. Nowhere for tractor trailer to turn around. Nobody at said “shop” and nobody answered the phone the second time.

I like Andrew. They could be a little faster, yes, but they are polite, and still got to me faster than anyone else around. I wish they had a wider variety of parts in stock.
We did fixed our trucks almost 10 days ago. Their prices are really high. It cost us an arm and a leg. Also they promised to sent invoices and receipt , but they didn't, even If we called several times. Sometimes they didn't pick up the phone just ignoring.
Kings is the best DOT shut me down for no brake lights three mechanics from Loves couldn't figure it out so I called Kings Andy was very helpful he came out diagnosed the problem within an hour he brought me food cuz I was at a rest area with nothing to eat for 2 days these people are top-notch if you need any kind of work done this is the place to call very professional. Thanks again Andy.
We have a Freightliner Sport Chassis that had diesel leaking in the engine when we started it up. After dealing with another mechanic, who’s name I won’t mention, and getting the run around for four days, we contacted Andy. From the very first phone call, we knew we were in better hands. He kept in communication with us and came and fixed the problem within minutes. Highly recommend and will definitely use his services again. Thanks Andy!!!
RV water leak repair. At dropoff requested an estimate and update when diagnosis was complete. Waited a full week with no call back. When I called was told diagnosis was done (needed a new turn off valve) and part was on order and expected in a few days later and would be a couple hours labor. Then asked to have a call when repair was done. Waited another week with AGAIN no call back.. when I called was told repair was done.
Arranged to pickup the RV. At scheduled pickup (4 days later) the rad fluid had still not been added so had to wait around until it was completed. When I questioned why fluid had not been added before picking up the RV ... I got a line about how adding rad fluid days later was better because the seals in the new shutoff valve needed time to seal.
On pickup day, drove the RV to Phoenix and THERE WAS STILL A WATER LEAK. Evidently had fixed one leak but didn' bother to look for another leak or check the system. The second leak had to be fixed by another shop, which ended up being a loose hose clamp.
Then (after picking up RV) I had to phone 3 times over a 4 day period after to get the invoice (that was promised to be sent the same day). The invoice was finally sent but there was no RV desciption on the invoice and then had to be sent a second time.
The only thing done efficiently and correctly was taking my payment. The rest of the process was frustrating, sloppy, slow, and unhelpful. Would never recommend.
Excellent service! King came to my RV site and repacked the bearings and cleaned grease out of my brake assemblies. Couldn’t be happier with their performance.
These guys at Kings towing saved the day. I called on a Sunday morning for emergency semi towing and they got right back to me. Andy was able to hook up and tow a fully loaded tractor down the mountain to a safe location. The next day he came back to tow to my preferred repair shop.
Had a water leak on my RV. They came out 2 times and still didn’t get it fixed. Charged me $200. Text them to let me m know it was still leaking and no response.
Easy to work with and as prompt as can be expected on a Sunday afternoon. Dug around and found a pretty obscure part on one of their service trucks and got us up an running and off the side of the mountain. Much appreciated, and I will keep their # handy.
We blew two tires and two separate occasions. Fixed both on back to back days. My family and I own a fifth wheel. On Fourth of July weekend we were headed up to Williams Az from Phoenix area. Our fifth wheel blew a tire out about 20 miles south of Camp Verde. We had a spare. After making several calls and without the proper tools to change my tire King Answred the call. They came within an hour of contacting them. Changed my tire quickly. We decided to head back home, regroup and go back north the following day. The next day, in almost the same spot, we blew another tire. This time without a spare, we didn’t hesitate to call King. It was Saturday, King located a tire and wheel in Cottonwood, drove out, picked it up and again fixed our fifthwheels blown tire. We are grateful for King. They stepped up, helped get our family on the road and we were able to celebrate the fourth in cool weather! If you’re ever in their coverage area, don’t waste your time, just call King and they will answer the call!
Went above and beyond to get my RV back on the road and didn't try and upcharge me which most drivers will try and do. Even followed me back to town and helped when my rig had a 2nd issue no charge. Earned the 5 stars for sure.
My driver broke down on the side of 17. This shop was great to work with. They arranged for the truck to be towed and got him back up and running quick. Very nice gentleman, Andy, that assisted us. Good rates.
(Out of towner recommended) Great service, friendly, worth every dollar spent. TnT and Bellemont Trucking couldn't help me but Andy got the job done. Yesterday(02/02/21) I had a tire on the steering axle blown up that damaged my brake chamber. Had to wait for them to respond but once the mechanic arrived he did a quick and great job for a reasonable price. Would recommend for everyone who needs repair on their vehicles in this area.
Fantastic response on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. We had broken leaf spring shackles on a travel trailer. Andy had wielding repair done asap! Very friendly, and highly recommended. We were here visiting from the upper peninsula of Michigan!
I was stranded on the mountains of Flagstaff with a narrow shoulder and my phone didn't get good reception but I placed a call to King Auto since they were the only mechanic around that was open late and I am sure glad I did. My phone disconnected twice and they kept calling me back. They had me text in a picture of the part on my radiator that was leaking. They found the part and texted me back within minutes!! I would highly recommend trusting them with your vehicle! Excellent service above and beyond what I would have ever expected.
I blew my turbo as I approached the rest area at Rim rock on I-17, Andy was great, arrived at the time he said he would and finished the job when he said he would and kept me informed, and prices were very fair especially for over the road, 38 years I've been driving and this was definitely a real good experience, and thanks to Jerry one of Andy's employees an added problem I had through this Jerry made go smooth.

I have a 92' Prevost Bus, hard to find people who are familiar mechanically with them. Andy was more than knowledgeable and got the job done in quick order, replacing the power steering pump. Easy to work with and someone I will go back to for future needs
