I pay for a part to be pulled told it would be ready by 2:30 3:00 I decided to wait till the next day to pick it up to give extra time. Next day(today) I show up to get my parts and I’m told it’s not ready yet so I wait like 30 minutes then I hear that the part was sold then they say it was lost I won’t ever shop either them again
Call Arizona Auto parts my customer service person was Manuel, I was looking for a part. I had no clue exactly what it was referred to as. Manuel walked me through the nature of the part and the terminology which was considered a park lamp. Thank you Arizona Auto Parts for hiring such a great staff member.
I recently visited Arizona Auto Parts in Phoenix and was really impressed by their selection and service. As soon as I walked in, I found a huge inventory of recycled parts for all kinds of vehicles, engines, transmissions, body panels, you name it. The staff took time to help me search for the right part, explained their warranty options, and treated me like they wanted to get me fixed up properly rather than rush a sale. The facility is organized, parts are clearly labeled, and the checkout process was smooth. If you’re hunting for quality used auto parts at fair prices in the Phoenix area, this place absolutely delivers.
Check them out online. Research the car part you need before going there. You will pay for it online, then pick the part up when they text or email you it's ready.. Really easy, simple process. The guys at the counter were very nice and helpful, they print out your paperwork for the part. You have to drive around the side of the office, stop at a gate, give the parts picker your invoice and he'll bring the part to you. That's it. Easy-breezy. Highly recommended using them for vehicle parts.
Just wanted to share what an amazing experience my husband and I had with arizona auto parts.. they are wonderful people who absolutely honor their warranties!! Very kind friendly and get back to you in a timely manner.. absolutely recommend them!!!
I talked to Manny Chavez and he immediately found the correct amp for my Tacoma! I have spent a week looking, calling, & texting all over the US. Had an amp shipped from Pennsylvania that was totally wrong and was nearly resigned to purchasing a NEW amp for over $800.00! Manny set me up for $200.00 yeah 5 stars!
Their inventory is better than most, having an internet order option is very convenient. The staff are very polite and helpful on the phone and in person but they do seem to take a long time to process internet orders.
Juan Chávez who sits all the way on the right side on the front desk needs to have some training about customer service , I didn’t receive any order number previously from my vendor Kevin who let me know that the part (that was under warranty and delayed for couple of days) has arrived to their location so I can pick it up , so when I arrive and he knew that I didn’t have this order number , he just ignore me and said that there’s nothing he can do , I just have to move to another person who I let him know about this and then he located the part that I was looking for .
This took my awhile too write, primarily because this is an edit. For starters the team on the maintenance side is amazing I will be forever greatful for how the treated us and explained everything I needed to know in great detail they were amazing. I'm so happy that I was able to work with them. If you work with Arizona Auto Parts you will not be disappointed with that side of the business.
Not on to the bad. The sales team did everything in their power to deny our warrenty claim. Please please please read your contract and ask for your contract. I'd love to give 5 stars based on their work but I can't in good conscience they made everything right in the end but it shouldn't of gotten to that point the terms should have been explained off the rip. Ask to know them when/if but if you use their maintenance team you will not regret it. They are awesome and extremely patient and knowledgeable.
Very unprofessional! Was connected to this company through Carbrain to sell our vehicle. We agreed on a pickup day, and I was given a six hour window in which they would pick up the vehicle. I was told that the driver would contact me 30 minutes before pickup. One hour before the window was over, I messaged and called to make sure they were still coming. No response, no answer. The only response I received was 22 minutes after the window was over saying that the driver “tried calling and there was no response.” That is a lie. Nobody called. Now I have six hours wasted. My family had plans, but I canceled them so that I could honor the pick up window. It is clear that this company doesn’t honor their commitments, and that instead of owning up to their mistakes they would rather lie and say that they tried calling when they did not. Maybe this is a good place to buy parts from, but as far as letting them purchase your vehicle, stay away. Also, if they are quick to lie about this, I can only imagine how often they lie to their customers.
Arizona Auto Parts is amazing. After much research, we ordered a used motor for our Audi. They were truthful and reliable. They shipped quickly. It arrived in SC within 4 days. The new, used motor runs better and smoother than the original ever did. They were helpful throughout the process. Thank you for a perfect experience.
Beware of online scam, found their page on Ebay an asked about pricing on the engine. They bumped up the price $400 before responding. Really scummy
Reply to the response: The engine was listed at $2950, sent them a message that I was interested in purchasing and asked for pictures. Received a response that they would do $3200, went back to the listing and saw that the priced had jumped to $3350. Funny how the priced jumped $400 once I told them I was interested and when confront they said "No problem, the engine is no longer for sale!". Real helpful customer service.

Unprofessional I have bought many parts before and every time I give them a call about any part, I normally give them the car VIN to check because I’m not good in knowing exact car details. Last week I called and a salesman whom I will not mention his name but I know him asked me for for numbers/ Letters at the beginning of my car VIN no and he told me that my car’s engine is 2.4. I proceeded and ordered the Alternator. I later picked it and took it to my mechanic and after the mechanic disabling my car to install it, he realized it could not fit. I called to notify the salesperson about it but he didn’t show any remorse. I drove to the store with the alternator, expressed to the salesperson about the frustrations, distance I covered from my house which is more than an hour one way in additional to the extra charges from the mechanic due to all this extra work. All what the salesperson keeps saying is “Do you want a refund or replacement?” He didn’t apologize nor seemed empathetic. All my effort to express how much this has costed me was met with very unfriendly reception telling me I have many customers calling. I kept wondering how do you pretend to take care of other customers while ignoring the feeling of one. I’m sure I gave him the VIN number but he chose not to listen. Soo unfortunate that he treats a customer this way.

Purchased a radio for my 2018 challenger. I’m located in Tn, and they had exactly what I needed and wasn’t over priced. The phone call was straight to the point and got me everything I needed. After I paid, my radio was at my door in 3 days. I installed it and it has worked perfectly. Highly recommend this company, and will be using them in the future.
Excellent service and shipping!!! I ordered two radio's from Manny. He sent me pictures to confirm the part is correct and shipped quickly. Both radios arrived in very good condition and packaged well. I buy a lot of these radios from other yards and they don't arrive in the same condition; creating a ton of back and fourth communication to get the problem corrected. That's not the case with Arizona Auto Parts! It's such a pleasure to deal with a yard that knows how to run their business professionally! Thanks guys!!!

Bought a transmission for a 2015 Cadillac SRX with 72k miles on it. Had the transmission professionally installed (keep in mind, this was my 16 year old son that saved the money that he worked for to get this car.) Transmission made it about 130 miles only before failure. Its at its third shop right now, the transmission was opened up, and water and rust was found in the transmission. The wheel sensor was also completely smashed. Arizona Auto Parts did refund our money (minus taxes) but my Son is still out $1800 labor for a transmission that was filled with water and rust (proving this was not stored properly) This is all fully documented.
I thought the customer service was excellent. The prices were extremely competitive. The ease of payment was the easiest thing I have ever done in a while. I have no doubt the quality of the part that I’m gonna get and highly encourage to support their business! I will be making additional purchases in the future.
Fantastic operation! Impressed from the get go with their customer service and communication. Facility is well run and their showroom is clean. I have purchased from these guys two times including purchasing a transmission on ebay and picking it up locally and I will gladly continue to do business with them. An auto salvage yard 1000+ miles away from my home helped me like another local store couldn't. Ryan was great in helping me get the parts to convert my 2018 Honda Civic Type R from a 4seater car to a 5seater car so I could fit all my little-ones (and three car seats) in my car. Thank you again for the fantastic service and speedy delivery. The product was in flawless shape and worked like a charm!
l purchased the front seat assembly from a 2015 Ram here. The seats and console / jump seat were in very good condition, as promised and at a fair price for the condition. However, when I went to install them in my 2004 Ram, two brackets that attach to the passenger seat and support the right side of the console, were missing. I went back to Arizona Auto Parts and spoke to Juan, who I had purchased the front seat assembly from. I brought along the passenger seat and the console and showed him and explained to him where the missing brackets go and, and also provided him a picture of what they probably look like. Juan said he would try to find them. The seats and the console matched but had come from two different trucks and that is what had caused the confusion. A few days later, Juan had the correct brackets for me, I picked them up and installed the front seat assembly in my truck. I would definitely buy from Arizona Auto Parts again. They seem to have a lot of parts, customer service was good, and prices were fair. I attached a pic of the 2015 seats installed in my 2004 Ram
