I bought a used engine from here for my 2001 Ford Ranger and they were very friendly and professional! There was an issue with the shipment of the engine, but Richie had the truck turn around and he corrected the issue.
As for the engine.. it turned over instantly and runs smooth. No problem so far!

Have a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT that I've been having issue's with since check engine light came on. The auto shop I took it to here in Tempe multiple times eventually told me cylinder 4 injector and wanted $550 to repair. Took to Richie Rich and and found out IT wasn't the injector at all ! Took care of the issue for less than Half the $550 quote ! Knowledgeable and timely on the repair, truck runs like it should. Very impressed and WILL be going back to in the future
i bought a used transmission had it shipped to Tucson put it up only to find out it was not good. (Things happen) when i called i was surprised at the response i got. "I will take care of it" I was told. I was given a rebuilt unit and was told that the shipping he would take care of also. He was closed on Saturday and i was calling mid afternoon on Friday. He made it happen on a day he is normally closed. I decided to go to phoenix to pick up Saturday all went well and still had time to install transmission. I will use him again for sure. Thank you for making it happen and going above and beyond to make a customer satisfied.
Called to inquire about an engine they had in stock and he gave me a price. He was very respectful and gave me some knowledge on year ranges of the 3.0 ranger engine I needed. Needed a replacement motor for a Nissan Altima. He found me a relatively low mileage replacement. He cooperated with me to verifying the condition of the engine internals before I purchased and had his mechanic remove the timing cover, head cover and oil pan before I purchased. That is really going above and beyond. He also sold me a 6 month warranty on the engine. Everything was done at a very fair price. I have purchased various parts from him over the years. First time leaving review for him. This is a very honest business and I highly recommend it.

Total waste of time and money. I’ll never do business here again. Bought a used AC compressor. Told me it had a 30 warranty. Locked up in two weeks. Denied the warranty because I did not have a AC shop install it. Who would purchase a used AC compressor and have a AC shop install it? I installed it correctly with $500 dollars of tools I rented from autozone. Wish I could leave zero stars. Liars and thieves.
I have to say after being ripped off from another place I called them and they were amazing found the part that I actually needed and at a good price saved their number because I won't go anywhere else. And I love in the east valley great fast honest service

I brought a used part and my certified mechanic installed it. It was very rough driving. I called the shop about it was a bad part. The owner yelled at me. He told me he will tear the warrant and I should take it to the general attorney the complaint. I did a dispute with my credit card. I gave a lot of receipts and documents from other dealers that the part he sold me was bad. I got my full money back by reversing all charges. All the 5 stars are friends, employees, and shady people to bust his ratings. Buyer beware!

I bought a used car from Rich and he gave me warranty for it and kept his word when i need help fixing my car. Very honest man and very helpful. This is the first place I would go if I need anything related to cars.
If u r use to dirty salvage/junk yard, questionable customer service, seated outside on dirty chairs, probably good place for needed parts. Owner was helpful. But staffing have little to no customer service skills
He found me a used Ford C-Max Transmission with only 16000 miles on it. State to State transmission installed it. I saved some money, so I'm very happy!
Don't let looks deceive. These guys run a quality operation with quality auto parts at a reasonable price I run a taxi business in town, and have dealt with these people for years. It is one of the first places i choose when I need a used part.
Went there a couple of times to pick up some parts. One time I arrived there and before I could finish walking to their shack of what they call an office, it smelled like someone was burning some illegal substances on the property, i smelled it everywhere and the guy who helping me was very strange. I've compared prices with some of the local businesses in the area and there are 2 places that can beat this guys prices.
