Jocko was amazing!! Called on Monday and he had my old car picked up on tuesday. He was very accommodating, and even filled up one of the tires with air and jumped it so it was the smoothest pick up ever. I was so stressed about figuring out what to do with my old car, and he was so great in helping solve my problem!! Highly recommend.

Super piss poor business model to be quite honest. As what yoy want vs just giving an offer like literally every single other company does. You don't go to McDonald's and make them an offer. They tell you. He clearly does not wanna make money
Wow..! I’m shocked by how RUDE the man I had talked to was short, didn’t even take the time to look up the vehicle to give me a quote I had asked for, that way I had an ideal estimate on the price range the my vehicle cost. He didn’t after I gave him a price he laughed and said that’s ridiculous! He will pass BYE! Like WOW I am in disbelief of the horrible service and how unprofessional

If I could leave one I will. I called early morning he offered 300 lol I said give me 10 mins. Wind up taking half the day because there’s kids in my house n I forgot but overall called back he was very rude and disrespectful Joe was who I spoke with. I don’t care if I said I’d call back tomorrow he was unprofessional and I hung up on him. Found someone who gave me way more for my car than 300. Some people really need business etiquette and manners. Cause baby let me had really been unhealed he would have got the business real shit who give someone an ultimatum on picking up a junk car.

First of all, employees show amazing customer service and made this whole experience easy. From the moment I called to when they towed the car, it was hassle free. Service was quick, I called around 9am and car was picked up and home by 2:30pm the same day. I would high recommend this company. Oh by the way, they paid more compared to other companies I called. 10/10 recommended.

Tough to get in touch with. Used the website contact form and didn't get a response. Called and got through on the second try. Got a fair offer, accepted, pickup scheduled for the same day. Truck was almost two hours late, not really a big deal on a random Tuesday. **To other reviewers complaining about customer service: these dudes hustle and scrap cars for a living. Yes, they're curt. They have work to do and trying to negotiate on a price for a busted car is wasting their time. You want good customer service then go to a nice restaurant.
