This place has bad customer service , with the callers arguing with you instead of helping you. The parts are very over priced ,which are usually higher then most online and from other places with a similar system.
The majority of these parts are already selected and marked as garbage from Arizona Auto Parts. So if your looking to buy potentially defective parts then this is the place your looking for..
I came to this location to source a gm tac module and matching throttle body. Found both quickly and went to check out. The cashier at the front said he'd charge me for the tps and would also charge me for the motor for the TB but couldn't since they are considered one piece. I removed the tps sensor but he then added nuts and bolts to my receipt. I had to go back 3 times to get him to make it right and even then he acted like it was my problem not his. Also to add to this, I did not have extra nuts and bolts and even gave the cashier the screws I took off with the TPS sensor when he said he was going to charge me for that being on the Throttle Body
Found what we needed but the girl ended up dropping our cupholder and was laughing but got a good price still didn’t appreciate the laughter since she dropped it twice as we were leaving continued to snort laugh in our faces and didn’t say sorry and other coworker with glasses tried to not give us the discount
MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR.
Gotta pay attention to the receipts here. They sell you the "warranty" even if you don't Want it..
They'll charge you for a different part that's similar but cost more.
They have A lot of parts so it's good to check I'd just look at my receipt
extremely high prices for a place that sells junky stuff you have to take out yourself. Not worth it just order your part and save yourself the trouble
Prices are getting ridiculous, amazon is a better option. Also they search your tool boxes like your entering prison, I was expecting a cavity search after they went through my boxes. Prescott upickit is way more relaxed and they dont make you feal like your a criminal

I was here at week ago and a lady knew i had a son and said that they accept 13 years old and 14 and higher after a week i came back brought him and the front young lady in the counter said that they now accept 16 year old and they got me pissed like cant they just say what age they accept instead of getting people confused i would have gave it a 5 star but this young lady in the front counter getting people confused and this was a waste of time and gas, this place is a 5 star but people at the counter is a 1 star young lady in counter over here getting me confused and wasting my gas and time.

They also charge you for a warranty that was never discussed with you .
For what they charge you for the part needed or want to get for your car , you’re better off ordering it on line.. And wait for it a few days to be delivered.

It's Kool to find parts that you need, at a super great price. Pull-A-Part and a website to search for the vehicle you are looking for, before you even consider going. Some even have pictures posted, so you can see the whole vehicle prior to setting out on your quest.
It's also a quiet place, to go to and get away. I find the place peaceful, specially if your old lady likes to rag early in the morning.
Have always had little problems with them but never complained, this time I wanted to return a window switch I bought here because it was faulty and the girl who attended me told me I had to use the same card, I checked it was the same card through transactions and instead of refunding me the money, she told me it declined and gave me store credit and just sat there staring at me not making an effort to make it right. How does that make sense and after that she tells me theres nothing I can do and they can’t give me cash or get the money back. On top of that she said I can’t use the store credit at another location. If the owner reads this I have the receipt of the store credit and transaction of the original purchase. If possible I would like to get refunded through cash or my card and I’ll also remove this review if it gets resolved, thank you.
Friendly counter staff and no complaints till ignorant owner enters picture. If he is the owner I am surprised as most business owners would never conduct themselves or treat paying customers with such manner. I showed up one full hour before the opened and waited to be first in to buy motor they had sitting in business entry and was successful with it being 50% off semi-annual sale saving over $500 on motor. Which I spent on tires, rims, batteries and other items completing a list I needed to fill. Everything was fine as we were taking transmission apart from engine the owner who never introduced himself but kept interrupting our progress with incorrect method by which to separate transmission from motor. I have done this before and knew the process and am surprised he was certain we did not need to take flywheel bolts off torque converter to free transmission. We continued as and as others came out and needed hoist promptly stopped and lowered engine and allowed others to get loaded and never once held anyone up. As we were finally loading this owner sends out his lot guy to inform us if we didn’t leave immediately he is calling to tow my truck as we were taking too long. Unbelievable as nobody was being held up by now and we were minutes from pulling out anyhow! Who does this? Usually not a business owner with any concern about my future business with his company. I’ve bought at least 6 cars from these lots. I’ve sold them decent cars I didn’t have time for the price of a night out and I’ve spent thousands buying parts for the 25-35 vehicles I buy and sell a year. What a shame and unfortunate situation that should have ended in a much better review!
They are fraud. They charge you a 45 day warranty without asking you if you want it. I purchased a few body items like a hood, a fender and a few other. They charged me over $50 for warranty and when I objected they said this is automatic charge and if you didn't want the warranty you should have said so. I told the manager that your cashier should have asked me but he who is a rude guy said we have it on the board you should have read it. I asked him what is it you warrant on a hood or a fender or a bumper cover? i got them out of an exact car and have no problem with the items I got. Beware they charge you lots of nonsense and will scam you anyway they can. I will contact my credit card company and I will file a complaint with Arizona commerce authority and also will file a complaint with BBB.
Never had 1 problem with these folks, they've been professional & friendly and save us money. I had a part I ended up not needing so needed 2 return it. I had a some1 I know grab the part and my receipt and my bank card I had used to 4 the purchase, in order to get my refund. I was not able to go so had this person take it back, it was about $100 & time sensitive & I wasn't able. Meanwhile no pending transactions and I'm waiting patiently on day 6 now. I call my bank again, after speaking to pull n save. Still nothing. I suddenly happen to notice a difference between my card used for purchase and the return receipts card #s. No wonder I have nothing in my acct, they did not refund MY $ to MY acct. The bank card they refunded the $ to is not even my card at all. Didn't think you could refund someones $ from a purchase to a different card that wasn't used at all and didn't even have same name on it as card used to purchase parts originally. I don't know who is to blame but I'm out $100 now thanks for the refund pull and save. While I sit stuck at hospital not being able to do a thing, cuz I'm stuck here and out $100 apparently. Where did my $ go? It's not in my acct and went some other plc. Thx I gave $100 away, I'd like to know where it went at least!!!!!!!
All pull and save locations have a great variety of newer and older cars. From time to time you'll find great parts from tires to body parts, engines and transmissions.
My only complaint about these yards is they have a "core" fee for EVERYTHING. And cashiers will try to add fees for bolts and nuts that you are not taking.
Because I've been a technician for so long, this is one of the places it's like a toy store for me. They made a few different changes that have been really good ,especially the used tire area. It's easy to do the sign in and get paid to go in the yard. They keep the yard organized really well so it's easy to find what you're looking for.
Very kind and helpful velatrize and they definitely have your part and what help out is you have them year of car and they tell you exactly if they have your car save time and help.
Great place I go threw all 3 yards. That are nearest to me PHX/N, PHX/S & Glendale. Life happens & while down on my luck I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee for 2k. Ive completely rebuilt it buying most of my parts here. All the while upgrading with help from the staff. My only complaint would be i cant get ahold of the owner. To one say thanks two to talk about maybe show casing his co name.
They have a large place and friendly service. Called in to make sure the had the vehicle. They have a map where import cars are, lugging my tools there I search for the car, took the door off, something I learned from a you tube video ahead of time. Got the piece check on the map which had prices too. They have a sister Pull N Save a little ways down the road.
