We are an Auto Transport broker located in Hollywood, and needed this company to assist us picking up vehicles in AZ. that another contacted carrier failed to do so. Mel was the one who took care of the pickup and delivery of the vehicles to their storage yard and was in CONSTANT communication with me the way up until our original carrier showed up. This is not your average tow company, and Mel is not your average tow company employee. She bent over backwards for us to save what could have been a disastrous transport for us to one that we were easily able to recover and deliver to our client in a timely fashion. I have used Mesa Towing for years now. I tow a lot of vehicles for my job and they are very reliable and prompt. I know I can always count on them to pick up and to locate a vehicle. It is very hard to find a tow company that you can trust and they are very trustworthy. Mel is amazing and I wish I could duplicate her in all the other areas that I tow in!

a full star is too much credit should be negative three stars, worst tow company ever! I was referred by my insurance company, I was going to pay $350 out of pocket for a 3.3 mile tow. First call never asked for my info. Number address or nothing said my insurance company well send it over. I call back 4 hrs later after being told ill get a call back in an hr and Mel was rude inconsiderate un professional and told me ill have to wait another two - three more hrs longer and if I didn't like I can call someone else. Rude and will never use them.
We ended up stranded at the lake because of a broken boat trailer axel. Mel was there in an hour on a Friday night. She was professional and amazing. We were there from out of town and had no where to tow the boat and trailer to so Mesa Tow stored them for us until we could arrange the repair. That delivery was again within one hour on the weekend and completely professional. Mel and Mesa Tow made an incredibly frustrating ordeal simple and fixable with a smile. I'll happily refer Mesa Tow to anyone in the Valley.
Mel is this awesome female tow truck driver who towed both my motorcycle and my bmw sedan, both were delivered safely to thier destinations and with no damage she knows what she's doing and the service was fast too. I recommend to anyone looking for a good towing company that actually cares about the quality of thier service.

(That we use to tow our F/T 42ft RV) 2 batteries went totally dead! Alternator too! Was calling all over Arizona (Mesa/Phoenix area) and either getting what seemed like crazy prices ($250-$400). One dude even claimed he had to charge extra for the $1 million dollar “insurance” he needed to drive onto gated property. (He was already asking $300) for a battery charge/jump! With help from the ‘UNIVERSE’ we came across: ‘MESA TOW TRUCK COMPANY’ (be careful there are a Few with similar names to trick ya). “MEL” a wonderful employee immediately answered (No waiting when we were freakin out about no wheels to drive!) Mel gave us EXACT price! ( WAAAAY Under $300 / way under $200, actually).
Mel came in an hour and spent almost an hr with hubby figuring out where the 2 batteries were even at?! She charged both batteries by figuring out all the sudden problems charging a FreightLiner truck. She even texted me tips/pics/places (More choices than just their own company) in case we want to buy/replace new batteries (Ours were 15 yrs old). It was like having a trusted family-member take care of everything! We tipped “MEL” after asking if she was an “OWNER VS EMPLOYEE” (we rarely tip owners).
Price was best out of the three I called, by a lot. Arrived in only 20 minutes as promised. Mel was courteous, even tested my starter to confirm the fault. Got it loaded, safely belted down and got it to the dealership quick and efficiently. You won't find a more proficient, no nonsense towing service than this. If nothing else goes right today, at least this went way better than I expected. I highly recommend this company.
Had a GREAT experience with Mesa Tow Truck Company. Had an old collector car that needed more help than I could give. They showed up to my house on schedule and delivered to the shop for a great price. They were gentle with my car in loading it up and secured it well before driving off to the final destination. By the time that I arrived, it was already unloaded and ready.
I was a passenger with a friend who had a blowout during rush hour on the 101. Scary! The driver, Mikey, arrived promptly and was very reassuring to us!! He quickly and safely secured the car and helped us to the tow truck. He knew where the closest Discount Tire was and was patient while my friend talked to the employee there. I would highly recommend this company.

Milan and Mesa Tow Truck are awesome! I needed my car towed from a collision center and Milan went above and beyond to help me do that. I had been told by the collision center that the car would be ready for him (all parts placed inside of it) when he arrived. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Instead of leaving my car or leaving the parts there, Milan personally loaded up the parts in my car for me and towed it to my destination. I was able to do payment by phone which was great for somebody who can’t get away from work. I can’t stress enough how pleased and impressed I was with how Milan and Mesa Tow Truck went above and beyond for me during this stressful experience. Will definitely be using them for any future towing needs.

We needed a tow to the dealership. The driver was on time . The service department was already closed and he offered to drop the key in the dealer drop box along with our info so we didn’t have to follow him out there. He also took the time to text me after he dropped it off to let me know he made it before the gates closed. Great customer service, thank you!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone based off my experience. I got my car out of an impound lot and inquired about a re-hook. They wanted to charge me over $300 to move my car less than a mile. I called Mesa Tow, they gave a MUCH cheaper price, and had someone out in minutes. Milan had gone above and beyond to drop my car off in my driveway. I was over-the-top thankful for all the help I was given from this company. If I need any more service in the future, I know they will be the first on my list.

I was stuck on the side of road, Gas Gauge is broken and did not fill up based on the Trip Mileage. Anyway I'm waiting for my wife, who is 30 minutes away to bring gas can and gas. A Mesa Tow Truck pulled up and asked if there was anything they could do. They helped me get gas and saved me from sweating in the Sun while waiting for my wife. Was great service and wonderful to have the help when needed.

Mesa towing (Ace towing) arrive quickly within 10 minutes of my phone call. I expected the usual tow truck to show up, but no Milan (the driver) had a nice new flat bed truck. The driver arrived about 1/2 hour early, (7:30 am) and was very cheerful and professional. He got my car from my apartment to the mechanic quickly and with no problems, enabling my mechanic to fix it for me today. I'd definitely use Mesa Tow Truck Company again!

There I was 37 miles outside of Mesa on the beeline Highway! My trailer had rusted through at two points And I was unable to tow it any further. I had called five tow truck services in the minimum was three hours. Have a five-year-old my backseat I called Mesa tow truck company and within an hour they were there spectacular service they made me a priority and the price was reasonable!
