I contacted this company because they had good reviews, but it was a huge MISTAKE. I was contacted by one guy who then had another guy named Mike text me. Everything was fine until I didn't respond fast enough to his texts. I asked a simple question about a notary since I found another company that sends one out for the title transfer. He told me it's not needed to sell my car which didn't make sense to me since every time I have sold a car privately, the title had to be notarized. He responded by telling me to look it up and that he buys "cars evey day" and knows what he's doing. Then he proceeded to talk down to me by telling me he doesn't think any company will send out a notary. When I told him I already did, he said "yeah sure you did". Then when I told him I was going to write a review he insisted he didn't do anything wrong and told me to "go ahead". So I did. Apparently he doesn't understand professionalism or customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company after such a rude experience 😒

I had this vehicle for some time now, it’s been in an accident and my insurance would not cover for the damages but it was still drivable, my sister used it for school when she moved to the valley. Unfortunately, she said it started having problems so she stopped driving the vehicle and brought a new car. I was unsure about what to do with the vehicle but I am glad I called this company that was able to help with this process, I definitely would recommend their service.

I contacted them after I was in an accident. My insurance declared my vehicle a loss and I was responsible for fixing it. Unfortunately due to the accident I was not able to fix it. After calling numerous other place to get a car removed most never called back or were down right rude. I called Corner Stone. Got a quote and scheduled to come at 10am same day. We made a deal. About 20 minutes before 10 the driver called and said he was running a few minutes late. He showed up at 10:15 The guy was polite and courteous. Apologized for being late.Which wasn't a problem because of the phone call letting me know. I got paid exactly what was quoted and the car is gone. Great job Cornerstone. Other places should take note
