The estimated quote was more than fair and they pay cash upfront when they arrive. Hector and Mike both communicated with me and they were so friendly and efficient. They are very prompt in getting back with you. Super friendly on the phone and text. They came out faster than they estimated, which was perfect for me. Gave us a fair sale. Mike and another man came with the tow truck. They were very polite and fast. I have another car that I might call them about. It wouldn't let me leave another review. This is my second time using Corners Stone Cash, Mike came right out made me a good offer. 👍🏽
RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LOW BALL YOU!!! I contacted this company because they had good reviews, but it was a huge MISTAKE. I was contacted by one guy who then had another guy named Mike text me. Everything was fine until I didn't respond fast enough to his texts. I asked a simple question about a notary since I found another company that sends one out for the title transfer. He told me it's not needed to sell my car which didn't make sense to me since every time I have sold a car privately, the title had to be notarized. He responded by telling me to look it up and that he buys "cars evey day" and knows what he's doing. Then he proceeded to talk down to me by telling me he doesn't think any company will send out a notary. When I told him I already did, he said "yeah sure you did". Then when I told him I was going to write a review he insisted he didn't do anything wrong and told me to "go ahead". So I did. Apparently he doesn't understand professionalism or customer service. I will NEVER do business with this company after such a rude experience 😒
